The staff were slow in response to a request. Washroom leaked and had to ask repeatedly for shower gel etc. My elderly guest was not allowed in the room. He had travelled a long distance to see us. The reception staff did not communicate properly.

I had terrible experience because when i reached there and asked them for checkin, they said they dont have any reservation under my name. I did it through expedia they denied it. Then after half an hour they gave us two rooms which were stinky and filthy. Even i paid full amount they created scene next morning during breakfast asking us to pay more for breakfast when i have already paid it for it. Highly dissapointing.
