The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are quaint. Parking can be difficult (it’s first come first served) and stairs are inevitable to access the rooms (for anyone needing accessibility support).

Tracy, the reservations manager, was especially responsive when our originating flight had to be re-booked at the last minute and we arrived a day later than expected. Lahinch is a lovely town right on the water with lots of restaurants, shops and views all around. The room was very clean and comfortable, though small due to the fact that it is an older hotel. A gated parking lot at the back of the property was easily accessible and safe. We had a lovely stay!

Our stay at the Shamrock was excellent. Between the great location (golf, pubs, beach) and friendly staff, the Shamrock was outstanding. The off-street parking was very convenient as well.

The lack of an elevator should be made more prominently available. Fortunately this 85 and 75 year old had our son in law with us to tote luggage.

Parking out back with large staircase to rooms. Hotel front desk closed so checked in next door. So we needed to park - go to other hotel - bring luggage through then outside again then up stairs to room. Our bar closed which was part of the reason we picked this spot. Room smelled a bit musty. Overall, it was a place to rest our heads in a good location. We had supper across the street.

Our room small, with stained carpet and very hot with only 1 of the 2 windows able to be opened. We asked for a fan. The revellers walking up the street were very loud till 4.30 am. Not a great stay.

The service was outstanding but the hallway was half painted . The room was clean and comfortable but the fact we had to leave our room and go to the front of the building for wifi was really annoying when trying to plan our next day out!

The location appears to justify the price, however, and absent it own reception and cater The Atlantic Hotel ajoining would have been better as going next door for everything is not the stay I had anticipated. My room was full of stuff to aid my stay - cluttered. The ensuite clean but latch is a hazzard, the raised head of a floor fixing. A brokem light fitting is unsafe. While the management and staff work hard I did feel cheated. The breakfast is the best I've had in a while!

Right in the middle of town. Close to shops, pubs and the beach. only a 10 minute drive to the cliffs of Moher which is spectacular . Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Spacious clean rooms.

I really liked the staff. The room a bit small, bed not so comfortable, and walls a bit thin. It is in a great location, and if you’re golf at lahinch, it’s 2 minutes away. Again, the staff is wonderful. Good breakfast too.

The Shamrock Inn hotel was great! I was surprised because the website and online photos don't do justice to the property... they must be old photos? The rooms are updated and lovely. The restaurant is great for both breakfast and dinner. It's a wonderful location, close to the water, golf course and coastal trail.

We had a great stay, great location. Perfect for those needing parking.. be prepared to climb stairs to rooms. The breakfast is delicious. The service was wonderful. We stayed on the second floor appears to be in some upgrades with hallways half painted beds comfortable.. my greatest disappointment was that we were at the back of the hotel, and there is no Wi-Fi until you walk to the front of the building which is problematic at the end of the day when you’re trying to plan or communicate with others. We had to leave our room to access the Internet if you’re staying at the front of the building, there is signal, but is weak. Our waitress at breakfast was fantastic. Gave us suggestions for local music night.

Cozy hotel right in the middle of a cute Irish seaside town. Our only difficulty was that we happened to be there during a “heat wave” & rooms don’t have AC so it was a bit hot. Our room was right on the main road & with windows open for air circulation, it was a bit loud with traffic & pub noise both late into the night & very early in the morning. Breakfast was great.

The staff was responsive to our needs. We had problems with a lack of hot water and they solved the problem within an hour. The full Irish breakfast was delicious. The receptionist, who also served our breakfast, was efficient, friendly, and helpful.

We enjoyed Lahinch! Walking distance to a variety of pubs/restaurants, but we really enjoyed the Cornerstone and ate there both nights. The initial check-in is a bit confusing as the the hotel is connected with the Atlantic next door and that is where you check in. We visited the Cliffs of Moher from here. Lahinch also has a nice walking beach close to the hotel, which we enjoyed.

We enjoyed Lahinch! Walking distance to a variety of pubs/restaurants, but we really enjoyed the Cornerstone and ate there both nights. This is a very unique old hotel in a lovely ocean front town. The staff is very helpful. There are no elevators so it is a challenge for us older folk. The staff is quick to help with luggage.

Nice little place on the main street of Lahinch. Staff were very friendly, plenty of nice pubs along the street and the breakfast was also very good. Also only ~15 minute drive to the cliffs and a small beach to stroll along right down the block. Would definitely stay here again if staying in the area in the future.

A little odd to check in at the Atlantic hotel next door then walk next door to the Shamrock Hotel. The bedroom felt old and needed updating. No fridge, no safe and no bottled drinking water (on request two bottles supplied) Soap dispenser empty which was filled on request sadly it was not fixed back to the bathroom wall. The dinner in the bar was excellent the breakfast choices average.

We really enjoyed our stay in the shamrock. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, even though we had to go next door to sister hotel to eat It was still convenient. We would stay there again.

Restaurant food was some of the best we've had in Ireland. Simply wonderful all around. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms very nice. Recommnwd it highly.

Great location. Could use some updates in the room and facility. I think they are planning to reopen the hotel restaurant. Overall comfy and close to most activities.

Stayed in rm 11 that was on the main street. Room was unbelievably hot and the only way to cool it down was to open the windows on the loud main street with all the people leaving the pubs at 1 and 2 am. The mosquitos in the room was awful too. The breakfast was descent and the location to the beach was great.
