Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Staten Island

No hot tub. There were some upgrades needed/ deferred maintenance in lobby

Not enough parking spaces for guests in hotel. room and hotel cleanliness could be much better. Breakfast was ok. some of the food was cool not hot. some staff were not helpful but one staff member was fantastic. mattresses were hard and old.

They never said they don’t had any service for cleaning rooms when we checked in. The room was not as clean as I expected toothpaste stains near sink and bathroom not detailed cleaned. Beds horrible. We booked a room of four people and were only given three towels. Then only give three more cause they had no more due to staffing issues.

Room clean, there’s always a tv issue idk why, some TV allow u to watch Netflix others don’t, some tvs work great others don’t, there isn’t a person on sundays to help with that idk why so be cautious if staying on the weekend just check if the tv is working , everything is great specially the staff is always lovely

Nice room, clean and not too much noise from the hallway. King size bed was comfy but the sheets were very rough. Staff friendly and kind. Nice stay.
