Hotel liegt in einer unglaublich lauten Umgebung. Lärm von Bars und vorbeirauschenden Taxis machen Entspannung und Schlaf unmöglich

Esta muy bien la ubicación del hotel a 1 cuadra de la playa cerca de lugares para comer, el personal amable, solo tuvimos 1 inconveniente la ventana del baño no tenia cortinas, nos comentaron que no se veia nada pero al estar en la alberca podia ver cuando mi esposo iba al baño y si se asomaban de los fincas aledañas pues se veía todo lo comente 2 veces en recepcion pero su solución fue siempre la misma que de enfrente no se veía pero pues no es garantia y si es incómodo, deberia de haber una cortina y ya tu decides si das show o no.😉

Lorena at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and so kind to us all. She really went above and beyond. One of the girls I was traveling with was celebrating her birthday and the housekeeping staff made a towel birthday cake and left a birthday message and balloons. Lorena also helped us with a wine key and held onto a cake for us in her refrigerator. Such a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

This property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms, design, and overall vibe are exactly what you’d hope for in Holbox. Unfortunately, the noise situation is a major issue. There is a bar directly across the street that creates extremely loud noise every night. The bar itself usually quiets down around midnight, but the yelling, music spillover, and people lingering outside continue well into the early morning hours, often until 3:00 a.m. On top of that, there was loud domestic noise around 3 a.m. as well, making sleep nearly impossible. If you come prepared with very good earplugs, you might still enjoy your stay, because the hotel itself is lovely. But without them, the noise between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. is truly unsleepable and completely overshadows the experience. I would only recommend this hotel to very heavy sleepers or anyone planning to bring serious ear protection. Otherwise, the lack of nighttime quiet is a big downside to an otherwise gorgeous property.

La chambre était bien, mais au vu que l’eau est non potable il aurait été préférable d’avoir des bouteilles d’eau à disposition.
