Pool area was good - clean and spacious. Reasonable range of activities / facilities, however, Games Room seemed a bit lacking, particularly for kids when compared to other RACV resorts. Useful fitness equipment around perimeter walk. Jumping pillow and tennis courts good. Due to poor mobile reception, the absence of wifi in the cabins was restricting. Also, the on-site cafe seemed a bit restricted. Overall, however, it was fairly good.

Excellent cabin. Very clean, comfortable & roomy. Had everything you would need. Park had lots of amenities. Staff courteous but not very friendly or personable, which was very different from all other hospitality staff in the region.

Lovely property, well thought out and well maintained. Our cabin was a great size, full kitchen and two bedrooms. Could sleep up to 6 which i imagine would make it pretty cramped. The park was not busy when we visited so it was very quiet, I expect this changes during peak times. Cabins have zero wifi which was a problem for us.

We had a cabin for two people which was more than adequate and I must say the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have had for a self catering stay. The unit had everything we needed for a week long stay, the air con was efficient and for someone from the UK the remote was a bit confusing but it kept us cool whilst the temperatures was in the 40s It took a day or two to get used to the bird scarer noises in the fields next to us and the creaking of the cabin when warming up or cooling down but it didn’t keep us awake. The spaciousness of the resort is very impressive and in fact the whole resort is very well laid out.

We were initially told there were no rooms available when we tried to book in as Racv City Members . So we jumped on line through expedia and there was some rooms available which we booked.

Outdoor amenities for kids are great, we spent a lot of time at the pump track, playgrounds are great as well. The entire park was extremely clean. The cabin we stayed in was great, although we had an ant problem from the moment we got there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool looked amazing, but too cold for us to use. We will definitely be back in warmer weather.
