The hotel is right across the street from the beach and carnival which is nice. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us. We called the front desk a man came up in the middle of the night and said its fine they are just termites and felt after promising us that we can change rooms the next day. We did not end up changing rooms they sent up a maid to clean the room and all she did was sweep and mop the floor. The shower as well when we checked in was filthy and i got an eye infection from the dirty old "queen sized" bed in the room. The bed was actually just two twin sized beds pushed together with a sheet on top. As well the hot tub was broken when we wanted to use it on the roof top.

Café da manhã simples mas ok. O ofurô estava em manutenção e não recebemos informações sobre. A Recepcionista que nos recebeu foi muito simpática atendimento excelente. Já o rapaz que estava no dia seguinte ja não era nem um pouco sociável, cara fechada, acho que não estava no seu melhor dia. O quarto precisa de manutenção, a descarga estava vazando. Não tinha os utensílios de cozinha como descrito e por estar com criança fez falta. Do mais foi tudo bem
