O atendimento da equipe foi incrível e o hotel conta com ótimas instalações. A piscina conta com bom atendimento de comida e bebida, com destaque a inclusão de pratos vegetarianos e veganos deliciosos! E o que era o café da tarde? Simplesmente fantástico, tanto pelo sabor dos bolos quanto pelo atendimento da senhora extremamente simpática que nos atendeu todos os dias. O café da manhã também era maravilhoso, mas infelizmente pouco usufruirmos pelo cansaço das festas de Reveillon. Por fim, destaco o ótimo atendimento e simpatia da Marina Matos! Esperamos voltar em breve.

Excelente! Primeira vez que fico em um hotel exclusivo para adultos. Achei fantástico! Pontos positivos: café da manhã (espetacular), atendimento, cordialidade, limpeza e ambiente. Pontos negativos: piscina não é aquecida e no início da tarde, já está na sombra, preço das bebidas e drinks (achei abusivo uma Heineken longneck custar R$24) e poucas opções no cardápio (mas deliciosas). Infelizmente o mar da frente do hotel é perigoso e não pudemos aproveitar muito.

Hotel maravilhoso, pe na areia, silencioso!!! Quarto amplo, com frigobar, cofre, secador e cortinas blackout! Silencioso com barulhinho do mar. Poderia melhorar: iluminação dos corredores com sensores de movimento, pois a luz acesa a noite tda acabava entrando no quarto! A água quente nao funcionava direito e o dia que peguei muita chuva e quis um banho quente nao consegui! Cafe da manha excelente! Petiscos muito bons!!! Dribks bem servidos e cervejas geladas! O menu de almoço e janta poderiam melhorar com mais opções! Piscina confortável com mobiliário farto e vista para o mar! Praia com mar agitado e não tão tranquilo para banhos! (Dá pra ir pela manha, a tarde é muito agitado com muitas correntes). Funcionários extremamente gentis, educados, solícitos! Agradeço em especial o Jamerson e a camareira Maria! Tem estacionamento, nao é coberto, mas tem vigia. Fica ha 7 minutos do centro de Porto de Galinhas.

Piscina que só pega sol até as 11 horas, não é aquecida e fica fria. Não usamos. Pessoal de atendimento muito bom, sem exceção. Não recomendo adquirir a meia pensão, o cardápio é a lá carte e ruim. Café da manhã muito bom, todavia o cardápio, seja da piscina seja do restaurante é fraco. Precisa por aquecimento na piscina, melhorar o cardápio e informar que a meia pensão não é self service e sim um cardápio fechado que deveria ser divulgado antes.

2a vez no hotel e ao contrário da 1a tivemos alguns problemas. Pedi 3 vezes toalhas para piscina e o hotel simplesmente estava sem. Disseram que estava muito cheio e as tolhas acabaram. Oras, bastava tirar uma lista de hospedes no dia anterior e se programar para isso nao acontecer. Para entrar no restaurante do hotel, que é pé na areia, tem que se secar e colocar as roupas, nao pode entrar de sunga, isso nao faz qualquer sentido. Ai sem toalhas disponiveis tive que molhar a minha roupa por ser obrigado a cobrir a sunga para entrar no restaurante do hotel "pé na areia". Qual o sentido disso? Por fim, nos alocaram em um quarto destinado a portadores de necessidades especiais e que provavelmente estava em manutenção, cofre sem revestimento, sifao da pia vazando e telefone quebrado e ralo do banheiro transbordando. O propagado chá da tarde não passa disso mesmo, uma fila de hospedes para pedir uma xícara de cha ou cafe e uma tira de bolo. Pedi frutas que estavam em uma cesta e negaram.

Very disappointed with this hotel, I will never stay here again. I had a reservation confirmed and upon arrival I was charged an additional $300 for no reason. If I didn’t pay I would be charged $800 to cancel my reservation so I was forced to pay extra. The check in was mostly self serve and the service was terrible. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in. The service here is terrible, they only care about your money and that’s all. They are not friendly AT ALL. The location is terrible and they said it’s also very unsafe. For spending $1100 for one night I am completely unsatisfied, I feel I was ripped off. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere closer to the city centre, that’s where you want to be, not here. The rooms are also not worth the price you pay, they are very simple and the beds feel very old and uncomfortable. None of the toilets flush even when there is no toilet paper being flushed. The maintenance people had to come to our room several times to unclog the toilet. The breakfast is not that great, the fruits were not ripe and very sour, the juices are very watered down and the hot selections looked terrible. Our complimentary bottle of wine had a mouldy cork as well. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times in the morning, well before checkout and waking us up. Nothing in this hotel was enjoyable.

I liked the hotel & would stay again. The room was lovely. Staff at reception were great. However I found checkin an over complicated process, where we were told to access a website on our phones & fill in the details. i found the staff serving food and drinks a bit slow. Although the food was very good. The pool I felt could be a bit cleaner & nicer. However I liked the hotel it was modern & clean & I would stay here again.

O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, porém a cama era dura e por ser inverno eu acho, o quarto estava extremamente húmido, o chão não secava nunca e a roupa de cama parecia ficar molhada, isso incomodou um pouco. O banheiro era limpo, chuveiro bom, porém precisa de manutenção , uma das pias estava entupida. Quando chegamos o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de produto químico. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade muito boa de coisas, algumas coisas eram gostosas outras nem tanto. Almoçamos uma vez e o almoço não estava legal, o frango muito seco e duro, não deu para comer. No jantar comemos lanche e estava muito bom. Os músicos que tocaram na quinta e na sexta fizeram toda a diferença.

Amazing stay. Hotel feels like new despite being 10 years old. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill all requests. Only minor issue was during checkout day: planned to have lunch in the hotel, but it took so long for food to arrive that we had to cancel. Had dinner in the previous day and food was great, though.

Lugar incrível e encantador… As fotos, por incrível que pareça, não retratam a real beleza desse Hotel que fica DENTRO DO MAR! Eu e minha esposa passamos uma semana por lá, e sem dúvida nenhuma, foi um dos melhores lugares que já ficamos. Ambiente maravilhoso, funcionários afiadíssimos e impecáveis, cozinha ótima, café da manhã ótimo, enfim… Tudo perfeito!! Ficamos na suíte Super ( custa um pouco mais caro, mas vai por mim, vale cada centavo), a vista de lá é de tirar o fôlego e vc estará “dentro do mar” todos os dias. Toda a decoração do hotel e os ambientes são um espetáculo a parte, tudo de ÓTIMO GOSTO! O restaurante do hotel é ótimo, almoço e jantar com cardápios e comidas maravilhosas. Sem contar na música ao vivo, dentro do hotel, quinta a sábado, que é um show a parte….Literalmente! Já estamos organizando a próxima… Muito obrigado por tudo Kembali, sem dúvida nenhuma foram férias inesquecíveis. 🙏❤️

We really enjoyed our stay there. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first since the streets outside seemed a bit run down and we realized that this is more of a local tourists spot and we were likely the only foreigners there with none of the staff speaking English. However, the staff’s friendliness and the raw beauty of the beach really changed our opinion. All the staff had friendly smiles and were patient with us as we used a translate app to explain what we need. The food was also really delicious. You can tell that all the ingredients are fresh. We especially enjoyed the breakfast where the waiters would come around with various extra fresh juices & smoothies and snacks beyond what’s in the buffet. I already miss the fruits in the buffet as they were always fresh and delicious! Staying in Recife now in a more commercial hotel and the fruits there are just not the same :( Walks on the beach just after sunrise were also very relaxing. While the city center is full of interesting shops and restaurants, we felt a bit uncomfortable as the only foreigners there that really stood out so we stuck to staying at the hotel area and enjoyed a relaxing two days. Thanks kembali staff for making our stay enjoyable!

Our stay at the Kembali hotel was perfect, the staff were all excellent even though we did not speak portuguese. Extra shout out to Christian who spoke enough english with us to help with everything we needed. The rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast is great, they keep the pool and grounds clean and are a short walk down the beach to the main town. Was a very pleasant surprise not knowing much about them or the area.

Amazing stay. Hotel feels like new despite being 10 years old. Rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill all requests. Only minor issue was during checkout day: planned to have lunch in the hotel, but it took so long for food to arrive that we had to cancel. Had dinner in the previous day and food was great, though.

A piscina conta com bom atendimento de comida e bebida, com destaque a inclusão de pratos vegetarianos e veganos deliciosos! E o que era o café da tarde? Simplesmente fantástico, tanto pelo sabor dos bolos quanto pelo atendimento da senhora extremamente simpática que nos atendeu todos os dias. O café da manhã também era maravilhoso, mas infelizmente pouco usufruirmos pelo cansaço das festas de Reveillon. Por fim, destaco o ótimo atendimento e simpatia da Marina Matos! Esperamos voltar em breve.

Very disappointed with this hotel, I will never stay here again. I had a reservation confirmed and upon arrival I was charged an additional $300 for no reason. If I didn’t pay I would be charged $800 to cancel my reservation so I was forced to pay extra. The check in was mostly self serve and the service was terrible. It took nearly 45 minutes to check in. The service here is terrible, they only care about your money and that’s all. They are not friendly AT ALL. The location is terrible and they said it’s also very unsafe. For spending $1100 for one night I am completely unsatisfied, I feel I was ripped off. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere closer to the city centre, that’s where you want to be, not here. The rooms are also not worth the price you pay, they are very simple and the beds feel very old and uncomfortable. None of the toilets flush even when there is no toilet paper being flushed. The maintenance people had to come to our room several times to unclog the toilet. The breakfast is not that great, the fruits were not ripe and very sour, the juices are very watered down and the hot selections looked terrible. Our complimentary bottle of wine had a mouldy cork as well. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door several times in the morning, well before checkout and waking us up. Nothing in this hotel was enjoyable.

Chegamos muito antes do horário do check-in e o recepcionista Anderson foi maravilhoso, nos atendeu muito bem, guardou nossas malas e disponibilizou a sala de tv do hotel para que pudessemos descansar até que um dos quartos fosse disponibilizados pela governança do hotel. O café da manhã é excelente. Piscina e área de lazer extremamente bem cuidadas. Vale muito a pena se hospedar aqui. Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns pelo excelente atendimento.

I liked the hotel & would stay again. The room was lovely. Staff at reception were great. However I found checkin an over complicated process, where we were told to access a website on our phones & fill in the details. i found the staff serving food and drinks a bit slow. Although the food was very good. The pool I felt could be a bit cleaner & nicer. However I liked the hotel it was modern & clean & I would stay here again.

Só deixo como sugestão colocar mais opções no cardápio pras pessoas que ficam o dia todo no hotel. Além disso, colocar caixas de som voltadas pra área externa pra gente ouvir a música ao vivo da piscina à noite. Mas é sensacional, super indico e valeu muito à pena!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations especially when you’re new to the island. Also speak English. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Hotel muito bom, embora tenha ocorrido um contratempo ao termos de mudar de quarto provisoriamente para manutenção de ar condicinado que não estava funcionando e depois ter de retornar ao quarto de origem. A localização do hotel é excelente, junto à areia da praia e o quarto de frente para o mar.

Uma ótima opção em porto de galinhas, longe o suficiente do aglomerado e perto o suficiente para os melhores pontos da cidade e restaurantes. O hotel só para casais é tranquilo, com um ar romântico e muito tranquilo! O café da manhã é incrível e há um café da tarde. Excelente piscina também.

O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, porém a cama era dura e por ser inverno eu acho, o quarto estava extremamente húmido, o chão não secava nunca e a roupa de cama parecia ficar molhada, isso incomodou um pouco. O banheiro era limpo, chuveiro bom, porém precisa de manutenção , uma das pias estava entupida. Quando chegamos o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de produto químico. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade muito boa de coisas, algumas coisas eram gostosas outras nem tanto. Almoçamos uma vez e o almoço não estava legal, o frango muito seco e duro, não deu para comer. No jantar comemos lanche e estava muito bom. Os músicos que tocaram na quinta e na sexta fizeram toda a diferença.

Resort FANTÁSTICO. Talvez o melhor de Porto de Galinhas. Quarto enorme com sacada de frente pra o mar. Pé na areia no melhor ponto de banho de P. Galinhas. Excelente! Primeira vez que fico em um hotel exclusivo para adultos. Achei fantástico! Pontos positivos: café da manhã (espetacular), atendimento, cordialidade, limpeza e ambiente. Pontos negativos: piscina não é aquecida e no início da tarde, já está na sombra, preço das bebidas e drinks (achei abusivo uma Heineken longneck custar R$24) e poucas opções no cardápio (mas deliciosas). Infelizmente o mar da frente do hotel é perigoso e não pudemos aproveitar muito.

Piscina que só pega sol até as 11 horas, não é aquecida e fica fria. Não usamos. Pessoal de atendimento muito bom, sem exceção. Não recomendo adquirir a meia pensão, o cardápio é a lá carte e ruim. Café da manhã muito bom, todavia o cardápio, seja da piscina seja do restaurante é fraco. Precisa por aquecimento na piscina, melhorar o cardápio e informar que a meia pensão não é self service e sim um cardápio fechado que deveria ser divulgado antes.

Excellent breakfast and view. Location is a bit far away from downtown, taking a car / uber is needed to get around. Hotel restaurant is really good but a bit pricy.

This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage.

The room was clean and beautiful (super classification). Breakfast was nice. Restaurant for lunch and dinner wasn’t that good at all. It was a true disappointment. We ate there twice and had to go elsewhere. Front desk staff was very helpful.
