It was great nice pool could have been a lil cleaner on the pool but everything else was wonderful

My room 218 was ROACH infested !! I went to the bathroom and turned on the light and roaches were running all over !!! The shampoo and conditioner glued to walls were DISGUSTING and filled with Hair and MOLD. Handles on dressers and Night stands and lamps were RUSTED. Night stands were roach infested as well. It was a nightmare. AND NO ICE. The one machine they had was broken.. a total nightmare ... Hair on floor and toilet

The hallway carpets were worn and filthy. Bathroom tub needed to be recailked.

It said a pool but didn’t said it was outside and it was not working so we thought it was indoor pool so I had a autism child that was excited for a pool

When we first got there, the outdoor lighting was not on, and it was dark. We went out to get water, and when we returned, the lights were on.

Staff members were exceptionally helpful nice and welcoming! The place really needs a facelift! The hallway rug is filthy… I know why though! I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country doing construction and I know that it comes from the workers who stayed! But it comes a point where enough is enough! This hotel is good for construction workers only looking for a cheep stay just to lay your head for work! Beds are decent! But still went and bought some new sheets and pillows! I cleaned the bathroom and floors myself and the cleaning rag was filthy! Please inform housekeeping that you have to actually clean the rooms no just straighten up beds! Staff gets 5 stars housekeeping gets 1 star overall hotel gets 2 stars

Plenty of parking

Walls and carpet needs some TLC, there was a cleaning rag left in our room which is no big deal. Floor in fitness center was dirty with grass and dead bugs. Staff was super friendly and very helpful!

Friendly staff, safe, quiet, clean, convenient to things in town, well lit parking area.

We had mold in our AC, The towels were dirty and there was a really bad smell in the room!! Even the pool was dirty! Whoever gets paid to clean needs to be fired!! There were strange people always walking around looking at you and a lot of people had a key to the exit doors!! I would never recommend this hotel!!

Horrible. Worst hotel experience ever. Filthy, tile popping up off the floor, hair in tub and bathroom, room walls dirty, amd iron couldn't hold water. If I could upload the pics I would. Never going back

The property was extremely dirty, the room smells like mold, we actually have pictures of the dirty room, the moldy walls, we left the same night and found and paid for another hotel. The lady at the front desk supposedly canceled our reservation and returned our money but, now 5 days later still nothing has been returned. Please advise on what i should do next.

The rooms were not in good condition and the bathrooms were not clean.

My room smelt so bad!!!! My shower was so dirty!!!! The smell of the room was disgusting. You had to keep room cold to avoid the smell it was like old mildew even the little toddlers ask why did it smell so bad. The room smelt like mildew and smoke!!!! The lady that does the kitchen was nice and very welcoming and front desk staff was nice but you must do something about roooms and the ordor...

The room smelled like someone took a horrible dump in the room before we got there. The floor in the room was sinking in. The shower floor was slippery as hell while we were trying to shower. The coffee was good and I didn’t eat any of the breakfast because it didn’t look appealing to me. The hallway was hot as ever. The receptionist that works the afternoon wasn’t too friendly. It was obvious we was lost to where the elevator was at & she didn’t even try to help us out. I do not recommend this hotel. It also had bugs inside! People was riding bikes inside of the building and the trash inside by the exit door was over flowing with trash. At check out the housekeepers was in the hall way being loud

This is a small town, so there's not a lot of hotels in the area. If slapping lipstick on a pig was a hotel, this would be it. This place needs a deep (deep-deep) cleaning. Although the room was clean, it just still looked dirty. We stayed on the first floor and it was raining off and on; the ventilation is was not good and it smelled like mold. . On a positive note, the staff was nice and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants close by. I can't speak on the amenities because I wasn't around long enough to use them.

The room was very comfortable, beds great. Easy to keep room warm in the coldest of nights in Feb.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. It's definitely time for some renovations for this property. The beds and towels were clean enough. The air in the room was oddly humid and smelly, considering it wasn't very hot during our visit. The shower looked very dirty, there was dark matter in the crevices of the shower. However the water temperature and the pressure were GREAT! Our mini fridge wouldn't close due to an ice buildup in the freezer. I called the front desk for a replacement. The agent stated the staff was cleaning rooms but in an hour or so someone would check. That didn't happen. All in all it served its purpose.

It’s not a bad place to stay if you are using it just to get some sleep for the night for a decent price. Comfortable bed, nice TV and looked smelled clean however the AC/Heating unit was in serious need of upgrade. Breakfast was a standard free breakfast, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice and fruit. Overall, it could be better but it could also be so much worse.

Room was old, lamps were all rusted,one day our bed was not made no new towels and phone did not work. Every night around 4 to 5 am an alarm in the hall would go off for 3 times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Jan at the front desk was wonderful

The price was fair and the accommodations were satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and nice linens. Met our needs and included breakfast.

Was given a key to a room that already had people staying in it. The people staying in the room were traumatized and it was a very unpleasant experience for me and my sons. 100% unacceptable.

The manager gave different gusts keys to our room at 2am, lucky we had the dead bolt and latched locked. We called the front desk and the lady in the phone said “oh sorry my manager just gave them a key to the room” I felt so uncomfortable we did not stay our second night and I had to pay for a different hotel

Booked a king room, none available and front desk didn't even say anythign at check in, so I got to the room, then went back to the desk with all my belongings, just to be told the room I booked wasn't available. The carpets in the hallway were filthy dirty, visibly disgusting. While the photos of the lobby do show the updated portion, the overall condition of the rest of the guest areas were not anything close to the remodel of the lobby, extremely deceiving.

A perfect stay with a pet companion. Plenty of areas to explore, sit and relax, or exercise. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet (traffic was busy nearby). Could not have a better staff!!! Thank you for my comfort and Rudy’s🐶

Stayed here while going to VIR. Bed was a bit soft. Rooms were clean. Bathroom door hinges were coming out of the frame and door couldn’t close —not something housekeeping would notice. Shower frame either was dirty or rusty, but we didn’t mind. For a racer, it was great. For someone more delicate, it might have been a problem.

Access to many eating places close by.. Need to clean bathroom area thoroughly for mold and check on all items functioning properly

Booked for work at VIR. Thought it was on a lake, as was in a pic on the description. No go. Not sure where that lake is. Staff was great, very professional and friendly. Lobby wasn’t bad, but hallways pretty

Overall, it was very good for the price. Breakfast was nice. Bed was nice and comfy. I just wish it was dusted better.

Free breakfast consisted of one type of small muffins, waffles made by you, toast and coffee. Need to add other items such as pastries,donuts, hot cereals, individual cans of juices, more variety.

I really honestly hate to do this because the people there are absolutely phenomenal. They are so positive. They are so helpful. They are kind and they are absolutely wonderful. However, the room itself I do not believe was properly cleaned. We open the drawer, and there were some old open Doritos, as well as some children’s gloves. There was dirt on the wall by the trashcan. The windows were disgusting. The shower caulking is all brown and some of the tile and trimming is falling off there’s scrapes and bumps in the wall that look like they need to be repaired. The bed looked very clean. It felt very comfortable and we were there for a karate tournament so we did not bother to complain about it all we didn’t plan on using all that other stuff. The breakfast was great. We do not eat pork so I wish there would’ve been some non-pork meat but the lady that works at in the morning is absolutely fabulous. She’s so friendly. She’s on top of her game. She’s always refilling things asking how she can help making conversation with you. There’s toast, bagels, butter, cream, cheese, cereal, gravy, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, coffee, like six types of teas three different juices, cold and hot water a toaster probably more oh and muffins it really was a great breakfast. But probably the best part about it is how friendly the lady is that runs it and how dedicated to her job.

The breakfast was always late or never set up on time and some of the staff was just antisocial! Hallway was dirty and they take your towels and never replenish them with new ones.

The reservation was for room with 2 queen beds. What we ended up with was a room with a king and an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. The linens were stained and had holes. Breakfast was not well stocked at 830am.

Posted pictures on Expedia are not accurate, this place looked nothing like the pics. Breakfast was from 6-10, at 7am they said the owners didn’t do breakfast, staff had no idea what’s going from check in to check out.
