Lejligheden var stor og havde stort set alt hvad man kunne få brug for. Gode spisesteder i nærheden. Dejligt med gratis lufthavnsbus som kører jævnligt det meste af døgnet. Var der kun 1 nat for at nå et tidligt fly næste morgen. Selv check-in og check-ud via instrukser på mail. 👍

ICN空港まで行くシャトルバスが道路渡ったむかい側の道路に停まります。1Fにはコンビニもあるので短期で止まる分には十分ですね。個人的には部屋内にドラム洗濯機があったのは嬉しいサプライズでした！！！

The hotel is several studio apartments on one floor of an office and residential building in a safe neighborhood close to the airport with a couple of cafes and a convenience store nearby. There is no reception desk, only a person who lives on the floor and is not always available. Check-in is all by email. I downloaded the KakaoTalk app to ask for arrival instructions from the airport.and they sent instructions to arrive by a free shuttle service that runs between the terminals and the hotel snd other businesses. The room was clean and comfortable with shampoo etc. but only small paper cups for drinking, no cups to use with the plug-in water boiler. Mini-kitchen area with a mini refrigerator but no pans or microwave. It served its purpose of one night close to the airport at a reasonable price, but the absence of a front desk person could be an issue if you need something or have questions.

Conveniently next to the airport so shuttle to and from is free. From there, you can catch the subway anywhere. 24 hr convenience store and laundry facility and a good amount of traditional eats nearby.

Es wird einem alles geboten, was man braucht, man bekommt nichts von den Nachbarn mit ( also gut lärmgeschützt) man kann gratis seine Wäsche waschen, da im jeden Zimmer eine Waschmaschine ist , man hat eine Herdplatte und eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank , Sauberkeit alles tipptopp. Es ist quasi wie eine kleine Wohnung¡

위치는 아주좋음, 건물 바로 앞 버스정류장있고 식당 편의점이 건물내에 있음. 화장실은 리모델링되어 깨끗함. 숙소가 오래되었고 담배 냄새가 약간 남, 청결상태는 좋지 않음(가구 먼지,바닥 머리카락, 세탁기 겉 오염물질 많음)

Very convenient, just a short trip on the free shuttle outside of terminal 2. Host gave very good directions on how to get to and from hotel. Self check-in with door code sent via WhatsApp. Room was basic but nice and clean. I'd stay again.

The rooms were not properly clean. They a thorough cleaning. One of the rooms did not have a lock which is important if you're a single female traveling. They did provide great instructions, however, the rooms need maintenance.

My family and I stayed at the Sky Guestel because we had an early flight at the nearby airport. The room number and code to get into the room was emailed to us. We never saw anyone that worked there. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem that we had was that the air conditioning unit was loud. Thanks.

The room is big and has a lot of space. It gave me and my friend a lot of space to fix our luggage. I like how the cabinets are big to put clothes and other stuff in and the bed is warm and cozy!! The only part I didn’t like is the towels are too small. But overall it was good. :)

Nice comfortable stay, we stayed for an overnight connection. My only complaint is that the water is extremely hot no matter where we put the handle. My kids had a difficult time showering before headed out. Overall, spacious room and comfortable bed, I got really great sleep.

Worked for us. A single night stay near the airport. Way basic no frills. Check in process could use some clarification, but it was ok and following the steps in order helped them make sense. Room was clean and big.

I ended not staying at this hotel (flight was delayed for too long) and I lost my non-refundable deposit. But from the very brief interaction I had with its staff, I can tell it has excellent customer service. They contacted me 4 different times (2x calls and 2x texts) with very details check-in procedures. Looks like a very good option to stay near airport.

チェックインの際に部屋番号とパスワードが送られてくると書いてあるが送られずに2時間くらいホテルで彷徨った。たまたま現地の日本人に相談したらそこのオーナーと連絡取れて部屋番号とパスワード届いたが連絡取れる手段が無く、最悪でした。連絡取れなかったらどうしたらいいのかわからず不安でいっぱいでした

Sky Guestel guest service was very convenient and helpful. All amenities were in good working condition and was a perfect one night stay before using the free shuttle right out front to get to the airport the morning after.

Nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas un poco antes de la hora de check in, está muy cerca de una plaza donde puedes pasar el tiempo, además de una tienda de conveniencia, lavandería y restaurantes. La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa, tiene amenidades para hacer tu estancia más fácil, en la planta baja, cruzando la calle puedes tomar un autobús para las T1 y 2 del aeropuerto de Incheon el cuál no tiene costo y comienza a pasar a las 4.59 de la mañana, puedes ver la terminal desde tu ventana, realmente muy cerca, si es necesario tomar taxi.

私の事前調べが足りなかったのもありますが、ホテルの場所がわかりにくいです。表示はありません。隣のビルで親切な警備員の方に隣りのビルだと教えてもらいました。私だけではなく、中国人も迷っていました。部屋はシンプルですが、広く清潔で寝るには充分です。今回は年末年始で高かったですが、通常だとコスパはイイと思います。パラダイスシティにも近くとても良かったです。建物入り口に表示をして欲しいです。

Lejligheden var stor og havde stort set alt hvad man kunne få brug for. Gode spisesteder i nærheden. Dejligt med gratis lufthavnsbus som kører jævnligt det meste af døgnet. Var der kun 1 nat for at nå et tidligt fly næste morgen. Selv check-in og check-ud via instrukser på mail. 👍

A quelques minutes de l aeroport en navette gratuite et régulière, donc ideal pour un transit. Tous les contacts avec l'hôtel se font sur internet (explications pour rejoindre l'hôtel, où acheter a manger H24, quel numero de chambre, code de la porte de la chambre, code wifi...), pas besoin d'aller voir qui que ce soit, donc on peut arriver a n'importe quelle heure, très pratique. Grande chambre. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.

We checked in late.It was confusing looking for the hotel. And there are 2 hotels in 1 building thats why. Also, make clear the name if the convenience store associated with the hotel so it can be spot easily. Property is clean, love the heated bed too. Very close to the airport and shuttle is free for airport transfer which is a plus.

건물안에 편의점이 있어서 이용하기엔 편리했지만 주변에 식당이나 배달가능한 음식점은 그리 많지 않았습니다. 숙소의 청결함은 그닥 별로였어요. 관리를 안하시는지 바닥에 머리카락들이며 먼지들이 좀 많았고 건물 내부에서 담배피는 사람들이 있어서 담배냄새가 복도에서 나서 이용하기 불편했어요

The host is very friendly. You can add her through Wechat and she will provide you good instruction of contactless check in even late night! However be a bit careful that shuttle bus driver can’t speak English, if you take your ride late, please be careful he may do extra stop, so not always 2nd stop, we thankswere lucky we met a very helpful and nice Korean girl who also lives there, help us where to take off the bus! One thing I really like the hotel, it is very convenient for late or early flight, I also surprised it has a washing machine and clothes line. Very thoughtful for the host for travellers! Thanks

One major recommendation is to provide good direction to the hotel. The management should hire professional marketing firm to help them provide easy to understand how to get to the hotel. I can understand English is not their first language and the translation makes it worst for me to figure out the instructions versus pictures sent to me. First and foremost, this is not your typical "hotel", not even close. It is basically sort of like a studio unit that been converted into a hotel. The other units could be a office or house. Hallways poorly lit and felt like haunted building. The room is not cool enough as the AC is weak and I had to use all three portable fans to keep the room temperature comfortable. There were no English translation information in the room on how to use the AC, so had to do trial and error to figure things out. Mind you, I was a gold status member of Hotel.com before I retire from work and stayed in many hotels. However, the hotel shuttle is available. But not easy to understand if you are taking it from the airport because of poor instructions. The pictures they sent to me of the busses probably from years ago and the bus company had changed logo and bus model. Even the display is by Acronym, so good luck with that. I had to ask the bus driver if the bus is headed to the hotel area, only then I board. I tried contacting the hotel via WhatsApp, but they didn't respond. They literally ignored me. They give me emoji thumb up when I told them I found it.
