L’hôtel est super ! Le lit est grand et très confortable. La chambre est très propre. Il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun pour rejoindre Vienne. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Je recommande.

I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. He was so kind and helpful and has said he will wait at the hotel untill we arrived. We got our folder at last and it's all thanks to the young man at the reception.

The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!

Soggiorno perfetto. Hotel un pó fuori da Vienna ma ne è valsa la pena. Personale gentile e attento. Quartiere/Comune grazioso e tranquillo. Stazione S2 a 15 minuti a piedi.

Room was spotless, staff were overly kind and helpful. Easy and quick transportation to downtown. Accommodated a late check in and were very helpful in a stressful situation. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.
