Leaky sink which took them a day to fix and dirty sheets and towels. Worst is that don't admit they have inconvenience our plans and maintain they have provided the best service. Management is not mature enough to understand improvement

Stay was quite pathetic and an awful experience. They charge an extra 53 ringgit as deposit and return the 50 ringgit upon checkout. Washrooms are the dirtiest that you can imagine. No hand faucet, no hot water, no fan. The split AC in the room is a joke, it not only weeps when trying to cool but also stops in the middle of the night. The photos of this place is a graphic editor’s creative visualization. Also, they don’t provide toiletries and parking space. If you park the car in their space, you have to drop the keys with them.

Quick, friendly check in, spacious, clean room with patio chairs and table. Complimentary tea bags and cups but no kettle. Basic bathroom that lacked body wash and shampoo. Across the street from Underwater World, duty free shops and beach. Plenty of eateries in close proximity.
