Very friendly host, a lovely private accommodation with great views. It’s a working farm and you’re greeted by beautiful horses - perfect!

Owner Mike is friendly and service and his breakfast cooking was good. One thing I feel can further improve is, when we arrived at the hotel around 1700hrs it was already total darkness as we are travelling in winter Dec 2024. Mike should install a lamp by the sign board where the instructions for the guests, to guide the guests to the instruction’s board, as the winter darkness make it challenging for us. He should also change the blackboard to others board as the chalk on the blackboard fade when we arrived, making it hard for us to read. Other than this, all is good, a nice place to stay and experience.

We had a lovely one night stay in the cottage. Great for self catering and enjoyed having stables outside where we could see the horses. Lots of space and a nice log fire to enjoy. The breakfast was delivered to the cottage at our chosen time and was really tasty.

A most delightful simple stay. Mike (the host) was wonderful. Homemade farm fresh breakfast delivered to our door was exceptional!
