JAZ Sharm Dreams

Il resort è molto grande e ci sono moltissime piscine, alcune anche riscaldate, i giardini molto curati e bordo piscina sempre pulito. I pasti sono molto vari quindi si trova sempre qualcosa di proprio gusto. L'animazione è sempre presente anche la sera, gli spettacoli carini, ma si potrebbe fare qualcosa di più. La spiaggia vicina, molto curata e controllata dal personale del posto. Consiglierei senz'altro il jaz Sharm Dreams. Oltretutto è vicino all'aeroporto e vicino allo shopping di naama bay, raggiungibile a piedi.

Extérieur très propre et les piscines entretenus, transats disponible suivant les piscines... Nourriture basic . Accès à la mer facile en moin de 10 minutes. Une fois arrivé la plage est sublime et avec l'avantage d'avoir des transats pour tout le monde. Mais surtout pensez à emmener votre masque pour la beauté des coraux et poisson à se croire dans un aquarium a 10 mètres de la plage. En bref très bonnes expériences de 15 jours avec des Egyptiens très sympathique. Je recommande si vous êtes respectueux du personnel. Très bonne vacances à ceux qui veulent tenter... Pour des Normands attention par de fromages ni de pain digne de ce nom....

ottima struttura, vicina al centro di Naama Bay, con bar ristoranti corner shop e discoteca, cibo vario ben presentato , personale attento e presente, animazione non soffocante, buona la SPA, unica piccola pecca.... non è sulla spiaggia, ma bisogna attraversare la strada per poi trovarla, pulita ordinata e ampia.

Hotel was okay. Rooms could do with an upgrade and the pool could do with more shade. Most annoying problem of the holiday was the kids near swim up bar, at all times it was so busy and not enjoyable for this it should be adults only near the swim up bar!

Located very conveniently in Naama bay. Sister resort Jaz Ferouz is across the road (you can use their services and beach if you are staying in either) Pedestrianised Qabos street only 10 minutes walk where lots of shops and restaurants. Buffets good though bit repetitive. Probably the best location. Will certainly stay here again Overall

La mer devant l’hôtel est très belle (snorkeling conseillé). La restauration. Estr variée et abondante. Le personnel est sympa mais non francophone.

Struttura semplice ma ottima, in centro a Naama Bay, camere confortevoli - uomo delle pulizie molto cordiale, piscina bellissima con bagnini super gentili, spiaggia stupenda a 3 minuti, bar e baristi ottimi con cappuccino SUPER, ristorante con cibo abbondante e buono per ogni palato.. menzioni speciali per i cuochi Abdelrhmen e Alaa Salem.. insomma ottimo raffronto qualità/prezzo.. Sicuramente ci tornerò

Good location. I paid full price for a hotel whose pool area was totally under construction. i felt the value was not there. Misled by EXPEDIA advertising!!!!

Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni presso questa struttura. Ci siamo trovate benissimo! Personale cordiale e disposto ad aiutarti in ciascun momento. Piscine spettacolari, camere pulite. Animatori simpatici e non aggressivi, un ringraziamento speciale va a Khalid per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Unica nota un po’ dolete è il cibo. Complessivamente do un 7: sono molto buone le zuppe ed il pollo. La spiaggia è lunga e non rocciosa, lo Sharm Dreams la condivideva con il Fayrouze Hotel.

Kahvaltı kültürleri yok o yüzden kötüydü ama öğle ve akşam yemekleri mükemmeldi. Odalar ferah geniş ve temizdi. Havuzlar temizdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi güler yüzlüydü. Genel anlamda iyi bir deneyimdi.

Nice place nice staff very accommodating BUT need ti concentrate on hygiene and cleanliness .

The Hotel is just beautiful. Every staff member that we came in contact with was just exceptional. They always went above and beyond. Food was lovely, with the buffet you would always have many varied options and even with fussy children, they never went hungry. All the Restaurant's on property were amazing. Rooms were immaculate and Housekeeping always left that wee surprise in your room that made you smile, some very creative art work with towels and fresh flowers. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for that little bit of everything.

Poor Clearing and hospitality service, staff uniform not dress well , staff need to be trained

Dit hotel is helaas vergane glorie en zeker geen vijf sterren waard! Het grote pluspunt is de zwembaden, deze zijn echt prachtig met heerlijke bedjes. Daar begint ook meteen het eerste minpunt: de mooiste bedjes worden al de avond van tevoren al gereserveerd door er handdoeken op te leggen waarbij wij sterk de indruk kregen dat het personeel hierbij helpt tegen betaling. Daardoor krijg je nauwelijks de kans om een mooi bedje te bemachtigen. Op het strand zijn veel te weinig bedjes, er zijn zeker 10 parasols waar geen bedjes bij staan en het personeel gaat dan leuren om bedjes bij mensen die er teveel bezet houden. Het eten is steeds hetzelfde, vaak koud dn droog en je moet eerst leuren om bestek, zeker als je buiten wilt eten. Dan de airco: onze eerste airco was de airco niet meer dan een ventilator die lucht blaast. Het was ‘s nachts bliedheet in de kamer. Ze stuurden een monteur die met een schroevendraaier wat porde, waardoor er wat meer licht blies, koelen deed het nog niet. Na drie keer klagen na een halve dag strijd voeren een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Ook hier werkte de airco niet naar behoren. Als je hem op koelen zette, ging ie verwarmen, dus weet bloedhete nacht. Uiteindelijk uitgevonden dat als we m op fan zetten, hij wel iets koelde, maar ook niet stabiel. Meubilair en sanitair valt van ellende iit elkaar, meerdere keren moeten vragen om WC papier, dat soms niet kwam. En zeker 80% van de populatie is Rus. Koraal bij het hotelstrand grotendeels al dood. Niet doen!

Vi hadde ett flott opphold på Sharm Dreams, men hotellet bærer preg av alderen. Trenger desverre endel TLC for å få topp karakter fra meg. Servicen derimot får topp karakter, tusen takk.

Hotel é bom porém está necessitando de reformas. Amplo quarto com sacada e banheira. Bem equipado. O sistema all inclusive possui bebidas alcoólicas nacionais, tais como cervejas e destilados a vontade. O restaurante serve um buffet variado de comida típica egípcia. Buffet de saladas e sobremesas. Assim como o café da manhã com bastante opção. Estávamos preocupados com as avaliações negativas, porém não tivemos os problemas relatados. Além do mais o hotel está bem localizado.

The resort is a bit threadbare, the rooms were spacious, but in need of repair. The property has all of the essentials. The food was copious, but mediocre in quality. The beach access was easy, staff were very accommodating. Internet was intermittent and slow.

Man hat sich dort besonders gefühlt, nicht wie ein gast unter tausend. Gefühlt kannte einen jeder und man hatte immer ansprechpartner die man zu allem fragen konnte. Das personal spricht auch viel russisch, englisch und vereinzelte wörter deutsch. Sonerwünsche wurden immer angenommen!

She really does make a huge difference in a positive way to the running of your hotel. Her smile, her attentiveness, her care is unfounded and real. She has a busy role in your organisation, but finds time to take care of all the guests needs. I worked in hotel and catering for over 10 years, and to find an employee like Alesia is very difficult. My recommendation would be to keep her, look after her and allow her growth within your organisation as more senior posts become available. She will give you, the employer and your customers her all. I’ve been going to Jaz Makadi hotels for 6 years, and this was my first time at Jaz Makadi Dreams — sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. There was almost no animation team, so the kids were bored all day. Breakfast had no variety, and the overall food quality was poor — even the watermelon and cantaloupe were spoiled. There was no ice cream, and staff blamed the supplier, which isn’t the guest’s concern. At the beach, no food or hard drinks are allowed, unlike other Jaz resorts. The pool hygiene was awful — many guests swam in regular clothes and Crocs, and no staff enforced any rules. The rooms are very old and need renovation. Most staff were either rude or extremely exhausted, and service was unprofessional. When I complained at reception, I was told someone from management would call me in the morning — no one ever did. This hotel does not reflect the Jaz quality I’ve trusted for years. I don’t recommend Jaz Makadi Dreams and will not return.

La struttura è molto grande e nel complesso piacevole, pur se qualche dettaglio sarebbe da rivedere. L’accesso alla spiaggia non è diretto, ma è sufficiente attraversare la strada. È vicina al centro di Naama Bay. Il personale è molto gentile e ci è stata anche offerta una cena a sorpresa.

The location is truly beautiful and offers a serene atmosphere, along with a variety of activities available on the property. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement regarding the dining options. There appears to be a limited selection of meals, and there have been instances of beverages being unavailable. Additionally, the absence of ice has resulted in warm drinks. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
