UNSAFE for Female Solo Travelers: Major Security Breaches & Hostile Staff I am currently staying at Xperience Hilltop Hotel and have never felt so disrespected and unsafe. 1. Severe Security Violation: A male staff member unlocked and walked into my room without knocking while I was taking a nap. I had explicitly requested no housekeeping that day. When reported, the manager dismissed this alarming breach, telling me to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and brushing it off by saying, "We are family." Zero accountability for my safety. 2. Hostile Management: No English-speaking staff was available at check-in. When a manager arrived 15 minutes later, he acted aggressively—citing their booking score and complaining about his 24-hour shift instead of taking responsibility. 3. Inappropriate Door Lock Incident: My keycard failed while I was returning from sunbathing. I was left waiting in the hallway in my bikini while 4–5 male staff members crowded around my door. It was deeply uncomfortable and handled with zero professionalism. 4. Condescending Service: Beach bar staff patronized me ("Hey, it’s only 2 euros") when I declined a massive bottle of soda to avoid waste. The iced coffee was essentially water with 1% coffee. The management, staff attitude, and lack of basic security are an absolute disaster.

We enjoyed our twelve-day stay. Mohammed Ali provided fantastic service and went above and beyond to meet our needs; we hope he becomes a manager soon, as he deserves it. Islam (Houseman) consistently maintained high standards and was always helpful. Adgab from the bar was consistently positive and cheerful. The night guard ensured we never felt unsafe while waiting. We felt very well cared for and are incredibly grateful. The property is conveniently located near the beach and some truly magnificent coral reefs; it was, in fact, even better than Ras Mohamed National Park. Furnitures need a bit of love and tlc. But that did not affect our stay.

The hotel was amazing. The place is quiet and clean. The resort house room we stayed in was very close to the beach. It was amazing to swim there as it was not crowded. They have a nice snorkelling site well maintained The staff were super nice and helpful, they were polite and there for us 24/7. They also can suggest differents activities and tours with good prices Highly recommended, We are definitely coming back!!
