I stayed at Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center for three nights. Everything was great, the food, service, very close to the Old City and excellent view from the rooftop. In addition, with a Chapel inside and with daily Mass. if you can afford it and you’re a pilgrim this the place for you to stay. Shalom…

The staff were helpful, the dining options were great, its proximity to the Old City was perfect. I was most impressed that Mass was said in the beautiful Chapel every evening. If you're in Jerusalem on pilgrimage, this is the place to stay.

For the price the hotel was below average When asked for electrical adaptor it was a NO although was late to go out and look for one The rooftop was closed and that restaurant food wasnt good

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the Old City and nice shopping as well. We felt very safe around the neighborhood. It’s directly across street from a tram stop. There is a beautiful chapel with daily mass. Guests have access to the rooftop lookout for amazing views of the whole Jerusalem. The rooftop Wine and Cheese restaurant offers great food in a sophisticated setting with great views. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Jerusalem!

What a lovely place to stay in Jerusalem! I believe this is owned by the Vatican and a particular place for Christian pilgrims. It is clean and beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We live in Israel and needed to be in Jerusalem overnight. This was a great time to stay here. The room was a bit small but for my wife and I it wasn’t a problem. It was a very comfortable experience and the breakfast and the staff was wonderful.

The room and service were very good. The television did not work properly and it was impossible to grt any news channel. The driver who was arranged by the front desk took me to a wrong address which caused loss of time and extra cost.

I can say all the standard things, but here is the most important one. I was staying there on the day when the most recent conflict started, and I was anxious about canceling my stay and catching the train home while they were still running. The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day.

Abeer at the front desk was and is super amazing as was Aberdeen and the entire staff as well as the room staff and the Director, this hotel is hotel heaven!! The most wonderful and accommodating people ever!! The food staff were also incredible and all food was absolutely delicious at the buffets and my favorite in all the world was the golden potatoes!!! I loved my room and I loved my balcony and the best thing ever was no tv so I had all my husbands attention!!

The staff were helpful, the dining options were great, its proximity to the Old City was perfect. I was most impressed that Mass was said in the beautiful Chapel every evening. If you're in Jerusalem on pilgrimage, this is the place to stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful location opposite the Old City. Staff was highly professional and helpful. Rooftop restaurant, with its gorgeous view, is a must.

For the price the hotel was below average When asked for electrical adaptor it was a NO although was late to go out and look for one The rooftop was closed and that restaurant food wasnt good

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the Old City and nice shopping as well. We felt very safe around the neighborhood. It’s directly across street from a tram stop. There is a beautiful chapel with daily mass. Guests have access to the rooftop lookout for amazing views of the whole Jerusalem. The rooftop Wine and Cheese restaurant offers great food in a sophisticated setting with great views. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Jerusalem!

Our experience began with an incredibly warm welcome at the reception. We were met by a beautiful, charming, and highly professional lady named Abeer. She welcomed us with such genuine warmth and sincerity—it was deeply appreciated! Our room was fully ready by the time we arrived. The room itself was beyond praise. The cleanliness was absolutely perfect and spotless, including the bed linen and pillows. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine, a kettle, tea, coffee, and a mini-bar. Our room featured a terrace, which was the most wonderful bonus to our getaway! It was an absolute pleasure to sit there, enjoy a glass of wine, watch the fantastic Jerusalem sunrises and sunsets, and simply take in the moment. The breakfasts were delicious, and there was everything you could possibly need for a great start to the day. We also spent time at their famous Cheese & Wine Rooftop Restaurant with its 360-degree panoramic view . The service there was excellent and the food was delicious. The highlight is definitely the observation deck, where you can see the entire city of Jerusalem as if it were in the palm of your hand during sunset. Even though we stayed for just one night, we absolutely loved everything and were completely delighted. We will definitely come back again!
