Couple of things to be aware of, byo towels and war plugs if you dislike traffic noise. Central tram to city stopping literally outside the door. Clean and basic fit out.

This studio was exactly what I pictured from the listing. Very convenient to where I wanted to stay close to family. I didn’t find the traffic too noisy but as it states you I right on the roadside & by a tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Some small flying bugs in the bathroom but other than that, a great location for access to nightlife and public transport. Brilliant for a short stay.

This was a great apartment in convenient location-close to inner city and local restaurant area and Royal Park. Tram stops at the door. Well organised and maintained facility and very secure. Lovely owner
