Casa Caetano by an island apart

We can wholeheartedly recommend this flat and the agency. Everything was well organised, from the booking process to the check-in and on-site support. Whenever we had any questions, we received a quick response by email. I’m sure someone would have been there in a flash if it had been necessary. Anyone looking for a lively holiday in Madeira who enjoys the colourful hustle and bustle of the city will be in good hands here. It’s a short walk into town, with restaurants just round the corner, and perhaps most importantly, it’s a great central location from which you can easily set off using public transport. A major advantage of the flat is its two levels. Sleep and relax downstairs, cook, eat and relax on the terrace upstairs. A real favourite spot. Madeira is a special place and we felt very much at home there.

This property is comfortable and in a great location for Old Town, the waterfront and the Cathedral area. The company provided great support when needed. Quick and friendly. You'll have everthing you need - restaurants, farmer's market, cable car for Monte & Botanical Garden.

Great stay while we were in Funchal. It was nice to be able to walk to some great restaurants.

This house became our home for 4 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs could be a problem for some but overall we were sorry to leave. Already booked for a return visit.

The apartment was excellent in every aspect.Clean,modern very comfortable,had everything you would need for a extended stay (December 14 nights for us).Change of towels and bedding for 2nd week.Large Outside area with comfortable furniture, sun in the afternoon.Pictures are a true reflection of all the spaces within the apartment.Would definitely look to book this apartment again, if available when we return to Madeira.Communication/instructions via email was excellent
