Staff and views were amazing and this is what makes it for me. However its in great need of redecoration and repair certainly to the room i stayed in. Its on an extremely steep hill so you need to be fit. The pictures are a bit deceiving as there isnt a pool either. The food was pretty good.

This villa is perfect. From the port of Ischia it’s a 20min walk or 5min with a scooter/car. The rooms are always clean with a terrace that has an unbelievable view of the coast of Napoli. Next to the villa they have their restaurant Nibili. They have delicious food and drinks/wine all fresh from natural products of the island. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They all speak both italian and english. I had a perfect week here, it’s really worth it staying here!

Older hotel situated in carefully tended gardens with spectacular views of the sea. Bathrooms are small but clean. The restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner and the food and staff were great. Lots of local seafood. Excellent wine list with many Ischia wines. Situated out of Ischia Porto town so a car is advisable if you want to explore the island. Front desk arranged a taxi tour of the island with Filippo who speaks some English and he showed us much of the beauty of this special place.

Amazing views from the terrace and food in the restaurant was delicious with a great wine selection. The hotel doesn’t have a pool so that would be the only thing stopping me from having a longer stay. Beautiful staff and views across the island and port to the castle

Hotellet har den bästa utsikten man kan tänka sig. Grupper kommer och beundrar den från hotellets bar. Det är värt att ta sig från hamnen och ca 1,5 km i uppförsbacke. När vi besökt hotellets restaurang fanns inget behov av att vara nere i byn mer. God mat serverad med graciös vänlighet. Rummen har en liten terass med utsikt. Det bästa med hotellet är personalen. Alla talar inte så bra engelska men hjälper till med allt de förmår. Frågade efter en separat hårfön, den på väggen är inte så effektiv, och två timmar senare hade jag en nyinköpt perfekt hårfön! Återvänder gärna till denna oas och vänliga service.

My fiancé and I had an unforgettable time at this hotel, where we got engaged while overlooking the breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and Castello Aragonese. Our room featured a lovely backyard area with a stunning scenery, making every moment feel magical. Ischia is a place I will always return to in Italy. On our first night, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food, service, and view were all outstanding. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh every morning. Overall, this was one of our favorite places we stayed during our Italy trip, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts as the spot where we got engaged on July 14th. We can’t wait to visit again!

Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Liegestühle haben wir auf der Terrasse vermisst- aber ansonsten ist dieses Hotel optimal wenn man dem Trubel entfliehen möchte. Das Restaurant auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum u das Essen sehr lecker. Sehr freundlicher u aufmerksamer Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Heike und Gaby

The environment and the view are very nice, the staff is kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the good things end here! I haven't read any reviews that the bathroom is terrible! It's all very small! The shower cabin is a nightmare! The shower tray is 60x60 cm, the shower hose hangs in your face when you shower! It is impossible to bend down, but it is difficult to move either! I think my partner and I are average-sized people, 175-180 cm tall and 85-95 kg, but it was a challenge to wash in this shower! The toilet seat is the cheapest crappy plastic. It was cleaned properly, but the whole place shows that it was renovated a long time ago, which makes it unfortunately feel neglected, even if it is clean. The mini fridge is also rusty and has no shelves. Patio furniture is the cheapest plastic. Do not put your elbows on the table, because it will collapse. The clothes dryer is rusty. There is a small TV, but there are only Italian language channels. It's true, we didn't come to watch TV, but it would have been nice to have at least a couple of English-language channels, or a smart TV where we could watch TV in our own language with our own tickets. We didn't put it in the closet because it had a musty smell. The bed is comfortable, although one half was a little creaky. Two single beds were pushed together, not a double bed, but this would not have been such a problem. The 1 pillow was a bit flat for me. We expected slightly better conditions for a 3-star hotel! We loved our view. The room was clean. The beds could be softer. The free breakfast was good. Unless you're willing to drive or use the bus, you'll spend a small fortune on taxis everywhere

Es mejor de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. 100% recomendable. El personal súper atento y amable, las instalaciones limpias y cuidadas. Volveríamos sin duda alguna!!. El colectivo NRO 3 te deja en la puerta desde Casamicciola terme. Las vistas desde las habitaciones y la terraza del comedor son alucinantes.

Vi bodde på Villa Hotel Ireos i 8 nätter och vi hade fantastisk upplevelse! Utsikten från hotellet är exakt lika, om inte ännu vackrare som på bilderna. Vi bodde i ett av rummen med en terass med en helt underbar utsikt över Ischia Porto och Castello. Rummen är precis som på bilderna, enkla men rena med bra förvaring och air condition. Personalen på hotellet är jättehjälpsam och trevlig, de hjälpte oss med allt ifrån att hyra moppe till att få fler kuddar. Helt klart ett stort plus för hotellet. Vi önskar att vi minns deras namn för att kunna tacka dem personligen. Stort plus återigen. Frukosten var bra! Det fanns ägg, bröd, yoghurt, frukt och massor med olika bakverk så som croissant och citrokaka. Vi åt även middag på restaurangen en kväll och maten var jättegod! Även vinet och deras drinkar är väldigt goda så vi rekommenderar verkligen en kväll på restaurangen, till och med på kvällen är utsikten jättefin!

This accommodation is wonderful. Very clean. The staff so attentive. Familiar and individual, the likes of which Italy cannot offer. A dream the view over the Gulf of Naples, Ischia and the breakfast with sunrise directly above the Castello, the landmark of Ischia. it is so quiet and yet so central. 5 minutes from the bus stop. The bus travels around the entire island and the ticket costs only 14 euros for a week. I have nothing to complain about. The fact that there is no whole grain bread for breakfast in Italy is not a real drawback. Rather normal. If I come to Ischia again, I will book this hotel again.

Our stay at villa Ireos was very enjoyable. Loved the location and the view was spectacular. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was not uncomfortable, but it would be nice if it was a little more refreshed, the shower is very small which is not unusual for Europe .

Lovely property just as described. Staff were amazing friendly and helpful. . Hard to find as Expedia has the address as Ischia but it is in Casamicciola Terme. Shower is small 60cm x 60 cm. Which is Fine as long as you know. It is a careful walk to Ischia port as road is so narrow. Took us 15 minutes. Would stay again

The restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner and the food and staff were great. Lots of local seafood. Excellent wine list with many Ischia wines. Situated out of Ischia Porto town so a car is advisable if you want to explore the island. Front desk arranged a taxi tour of the island with Filippo who speaks some English and he showed us much of the beauty of this special place.

The view was amazing from our balcony (very nice to see the sunrise!). The staff were super friendly and informative about traveling around Ischia. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner service was superb (with still an amazing view). The bed was a bit hard for my taste and the air conditioner and the refridgerator didn't seem to cool things as I would expect them to, but overall still recommend this place

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Villa Ireos, specifically the staff we fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, and good natured. The hotel room itself was nice, and the view was spectacular. The hotel restaurant attached was good too, would recommend eating there. Shoutout to Roberto, who was an extremely helpful staff member there. Vi bodde på Villa Hotel Ireos i 8 nätter och vi hade fantastisk upplevelse! Utsikten från hotellet är exakt lika, om inte ännu vackrare som på bilderna. Vi bodde i ett av rummen med en terass med en helt underbar utsikt över Ischia Porto och Castello. Rummen är precis som på bilderna, enkla men rena med bra förvaring och air condition. Personalen på hotellet är jättehjälpsam och trevlig, de hjälpte oss med allt ifrån att hyra moppe till att få fler kuddar. Helt klart ett stort plus för hotellet. Vi önskar att vi minns deras namn för att kunna tacka dem personligen. Stort plus återigen. Frukosten var bra! Es würde auf Wünsche und Beschwerde sofort eingegangen. Da die Küche über uns war, war es doch sehr laut und wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen - ohne Aufpreis. Die Betten sind trotz Austausch unbequem gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There is a bus that runs by the hotel, and if you walk 10 minutes, you will find many more buses to choose from. We walked from the port the first time, but I do not recommend it as it was a 30-minute walk, in the sun, uphill.

Staff was great, breakfast was delicious. It is quite a hike up the hill from the port, so I do recommend buying a bus pass when you get off the ferry. There is a bus stop directly across from the hotel.

This villa is perfect. From the port of Ischia it’s a 20min walk or 5min with a scooter/car. The rooms are always clean with a terrace that has an unbelievable view of the coast of Napoli. Next to the villa they have their restaurant Nibili. They have delicious food and drinks/wine all fresh from natural products of the island. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They all speak both italian and english. I had a perfect week here, it’s really worth it staying here!

Hotellet har den bästa utsikten man kan tänka sig. Grupper kommer och beundrar den från hotellets bar. Det är värt att ta sig från hamnen och ca 1,5 km i uppförsbacke. När vi besökt hotellets restaurang fanns inget behov av att vara nere i byn mer. God mat serverad med graciös vänlighet. Rummen har en liten terass med utsikt. Det bästa med hotellet är personalen. Alla talar inte så bra engelska men hjälper till med allt de förmår. Frågade efter en separat hårfön, den på väggen är inte så effektiv, och två timmar senare hade jag en nyinköpt perfekt hårfön! Återvänder gärna till denna oas och vänliga service.

This accommodation is wonderful. Very clean. The staff so attentive. Familiar and individual, the likes of which Italy cannot offer. A dream the view over the Gulf of Naples, Ischia and the breakfast with sunrise directly above the Castello, the landmark of Ischia. it is so quiet and yet so central. 5 minutes from the bus stop. The bus travels around the entire island and the ticket costs only 14 euros for a week. I have nothing to complain about. The fact that there is no whole grain bread for breakfast in Italy is not a real drawback. Rather normal. If I come to Ischia again, I will book this hotel again.

Vi bodde i ett av rummen med en terass med en helt underbar utsikt över Ischia Porto och Castello. Rummen är precis som på bilderna, enkla men rena med bra förvaring och air condition. Personalen på hotellet är jättehjälpsam och trevlig, de hjälpte oss med allt ifrån att hyra moppe till att få fler kuddar. Helt klart ett stort plus för hotellet. Vi önskar att vi minns deras namn för att kunna tacka dem personligen. Stort plus återigen. Frukosten var bra! Det fanns ägg, bröd, yoghurt, frukt och massor med olika bakverk så som croissant och citrokaka. Vi åt även middag på restaurangen en kväll och maten var jättegod! Även vinet och deras drinkar är väldigt goda så vi rekommenderar verkligen en kväll på restaurangen, till och med på kvällen är utsikten jättefin!

Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Liegestühle haben wir auf der Terrasse vermisst- aber ansonsten ist dieses Hotel optimal wenn man dem Trubel entfliehen möchte. Das Restaurant auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum u das Essen sehr lecker. Sehr freundlicher u aufmerksamer Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Heike und Gaby

The staff was awesome! The view was breathtaking! We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The island is so beautiful , people are friendly and you feel safe everywhere! Loved the food at the port, everything fresh and tasty!!

Room was clean every day and was a good size. Superior room with balcony and sea view which was beautiful. Shower is small, uncomfortable for a mid size to bigger size person over 160cm, typical in hotels here but just something to note. Good bus access to Ischia Porto/Ponte and Casamicciola. Mateus and Rossella from reception were so lovely and helpful. The restaurant staff could do with some work on how they talk to guests. All in all, good value for money, clean and well situated.

The hotel was very nice and our room had beautiful views. It was very clean with good air conditioning. Front desk was always available and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included and very good. We ate dinner at the restaurant, Nibilu, and it was excellent.

Thank you, Villa Ireos, for a truly wonderful week. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and incredibly friendly staff. At check-in, we received some very valuable recommendations and tips that made our stay even better. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and outstanding service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic terrace and amazing views. It was clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated that housekeeping cleaned the room and made the bed every day. The only downside was that the rooms were not very well soundproofed. We could hear noise from the neighboring rooms as well as from the restaurant above. However, we are both heavy sleepers, so it didn’t disturb us much beyond occasionally hearing other guests. The beds were also a little firm, but that wasn’t a major issue. The rooms and facilities are somewhat dated, and the shower was quite small. Other than that, everything was great. A special thanks to the wonderful breakfast and the exceptional staff. We also really appreciated the free parking.
