Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the lobby attended us when arrived. The hotel is well located at walkable distance to the main attractions. Its location is also easily tracked by the GPS.... Parking is very convenient. We would suggest that adding courtesy coffee and water to the room won't increase the hotel's cost significantly and in turn will make it more attractive to guests.

El hotel es grande, tiene unos cuantos años. La habitación bien, aunque el baño y la ducha necesita una actualización. Esta bien situado y tiene parking.

A large hotel with lots going on. Although there were many youth sports teams, it was quiet and comfortable. The staff was accommodating.

Petit dejeuner copieux et diversifié ,de qualité egalement.Par contre la robinetterie est vetuste et on a du mal a bien fermer les robinets..de plus la douche est impossible a regler ..ou on s\'ebouillante ou on se glace!nous avons signalé le probleme mais sans resultat.Le nombre d"ascenseurs est insuffisant quand l\'hotel est très frequenté ,ce qui oblige a attendre de longues minutes pour descendre ou monter aux etages..Ou alors il faut prendre l\'escalier...quand on est au 4eme...!!

O hotel é muito espaçoso embora os quartos já merecessem alguma renovação. A localização é boa e o pequeno almoço também. Os carregadores elétricos no hotel não estão a funcionar … o que é uma pena porque a informação engana quem escolhe motivado por este servico

Good location for walking to the main sights of Zaragoza. We left the car parked in secure underground parking for our entire stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with reception staff having good English. We did not take breakfast, but the evening menu in the restaurant was excellent value, with a selection of starters, mains and desserts plus bread and a drink for 18.50 euros. The food was very good both times we ate there. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

He pasado pocas horas allí pero ha sido muy agradable. La habitación muy limpia, nada ruidosa, temperatura perfecta, la ducha funcionaba inmediatamente, .. no he podido observar nada negativo.

El hotel debía estar muy bien hace unos años, pero está degradado, sucio y con un servicio que no es de 4 estrellas sino de 2. Lentitud extrema en el check in. Comentar que me han cargado 3,8€ adicionales a mi targeta, cuando no he hecho uso de ningún servicio extra, ni minibar ni nada.

Bonjour, Cet hôtel ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles attribuées. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique mais ils font ce qu’ils peuvent avec les moyens qu’on leur donne. L’hôtel est bien situé à environ 20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et du centre ville. J’ai demandé une réparation de mon coffre fort qui ne fonctionnait pas, le technicien m’a précisé qu’il ne pouvait pas le réparer et m’a ramené un nouveau coffre fort qui bien sûr n’était pas fixé au mur, donc je ne l’ai pas utilisé. Ce que nous avons constaté c’est que la tapisserie était d’époque, elle était sale et les murs abîmés. La moquette ne semble n’avoir jamais été changée et la décoration aussi. La robinetterie et les sanitaires sont aussi de l’époque des années 1980, avec une absence de mitigeur. Il faut reconnaître que comme la qualité des matériaux est bonne la résistance dans le temps a duré et peut avoir son charme mais la température de l’eau est soit trop chaude soit trop froide. La literie est bonne mais n’est t’elle pas aussi d’origine ? Le frigidaire était trop petit. Les interrupteurs électriques ne fonctionnait pas tous… Le prix est trop élevé 99 € + 13 € pour le parking soit un total de 112 € pour une nuit sur une chambre triple, c’est scandaleux et je demanderai un remboursement de 30 €. Les ascenseurs ont même des tags gravés sur les portes ! La direction va devoir se ressaisir et rafraîchir leur hôtel pour pouvoir conserver le statut d’un 4 étoiles.

O atendimento e a interacção com os funcionários do hotel foi muito bom! Alcatifa no corredor e no quarto não contribui para a sustentabilidade e um melhor ambiente. Neste caso o corredor do piso 2 cheirava mal.As escadas cheiravam mal e a necessitar de manutenção. Ao contrário do Hotel Doña Carlota da mesma cadeia em Ciudad Real não tinha à chegada uma garrafa de água e um doce. Dois rolos de papel higiénico à chegada e nenhum à saída pois ontem o papel higiénico não foi reposto O pequeno almoço classifico de bom.

Apartamento amplo, ótima vista, último andar. O hotel precisa de uma reforma, pois as casas de banho são ultrapassadas, carpete no piso, etc. As camas são ótimas, confortáveis. A água do chuveiro esquenta e esfria “por conta própria”! Mas vale a simpatia do staff e da localização.

Great hotel .. perfect location. Always stay here on biz for the last 5 years. The only criticism being, the hotel needs a reliable WIFI connection. In all my stays I had to connect via phone. That's it.. if otherwise, all is just perfect !

They advertise air conditioning that is non existent. I was put in 3 different rooms and the air conditioning doesn’t work. They pretend it will when they know it’s permanently shut off because the very nice cleaning people told me it’s been disabled. I don’t like dishonest people. The hotel was decorated in the 1950s nothing has been upgraded it has an old musty smell everywhere, when I walk out of the hotel my clothes started smelling old and musty. Not happy at al. Way over priced. Would never go back.

Staying here was very pleasant for the most part. Clean, nice staff and they provided me with a kettle to make tea. Central to easily walk to restaurants and cafes. The only regret was the air conditioning quit working on our last night so it was a pretty sweaty sleep. Things happen, I can't hold it against them.

Air conditioning did not work so we had to leave the windows open but the traffic noise was pretty bad. The hotel is very dated. Could not believe it was a 4 star. Will not go back

Staff was wonderful, regretfully the hotel needs some refurbishment since it's quite old.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour une visite de la ville à pied. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très bonne literie. Attention, cependant aux robinets de la salle de bain, pas très ergonomique. Excellent service de restauration. Personnel agréable et poli.

Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency

Very convenient location.

This is a very large hotel, typically touristy but well located .5 km from the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants in the area but we made the mistake to stay in the hotel. The restaurant was poor, limited and menu only in Spanish. The staff were rushing around and the evening was not what we expected.Breakfast was a buffet and could not be faulted.

Un hotel bien situado, con personal muy amable y habitaciones amplias y limpias. Diseño algo anticuado, pero funcional. El desayuno abundante y con muchas opciones diferentes.
