This hotel is great! It’s in the outskirts of Florence, with a great view of the city and easy public transportation. The staff in the reception, restaurant and housekeeping was amazing! A plus is the pool, small but you won’t find many hotels with pools. The weather up in Fiesole is cooler than Florence since it’s in a hill. Did I mention the views?! I can’t wait to go back.

This hotel is first rate. The staff is sharp and concerned that you are happy. I had a long day and was beat one day, and the staff made me a pick up expresso to energize me. I enjoyed the cocktails in a sitting room near the desk, very stout mohettos. The free parking saved me 30-40 euro everyday. The village center of Fiesole is only a mile away, and has a pharmacy, bars and restaurants of good quality.

A comfortable stay with access to transit. We were greeted by staff upon arrival with parking on-site. The room was small but had a large bathroom with an amazing shower. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The view from the rooms amazing with access to the bus that takes you right to the train station downtown and access to shopping and galleries. We will be staying here again during our next visit.

We had a lovely stay… our room was spotless the bed very comfortable. The staff were si helpful and friendly. Bonus was on site parking and the bus stop ( bus #7) into Florence was a 2 minute walk down the road. I highly recommend this hotel.

And a feee transfer which is definitely essential from this location.. lovely staff, clean, good breakfast. But our room was very small. Especially considering it was the dearest room we stayed in during a one month tour of Italy. We barely had enough room to open our suitcases.

The property is beautiful. The pool is heated. The staff were so lovely. We had an early flight and would miss breakfast so they had a to go box ready for us when we got our taxi at 5:30am. So thoughtful!

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable with incredible views. The overall area is gorgeous and a quick taxi ride to city. It was nice to getaway for some peace and quiet. The buffet breakfast was amazing, great selection. The staff were so friendly amd accommodating. Barbara at the front desk so lovely. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Hotellet är vackert beläget med fin utsikt över Florens. Men det är slitet. Vårt rum hade en liten terrass vilket var bra, men det skulle ha behövt en renovering eller i alla fall en uppfräschning. Från toaletten luktar det avlopp, vilket de försöker dölja med en stark doft av citrus från en ”air freshener”.

The Hotel is situated outskirts of Florence, overlooking to town in a beautiful suburban setting surrounded by beautiful nature and trees all around. The rooms are a bit small but clean, and most importantly, the personnel is doing their best to help and serve you in best possible way. Nicola on specific was a great help, and a wonderful server who was always around to help and serve. All in all, it was a great two day stay for us in a beautiful property, with wonderul people working at, surrounded by beautiful nature and overlooking to one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

El baño debería tener más espacio, comparativamente al tamaño de la habitación. Creo que nos dieron el peor cuarto del hotel ya que las ventanas no tenían vista a nada, y una de ellas era muy chica. El servicio bien, el restaurante bien. El restaurante no quiso dejarnos llevar la comida que ya no podíamos comer por pedir demasiado.

Very nice hotel. If you have no vehicle and the bus is running take Fiesole bus 7 and get off one stop before Fiesole. The hotel entrance is about 100 meters from the stop. If you come at night after 11 p m from the airport it is over 40 euros to get there. They charge double after 11 for cabs. Very unusual for NA people. Not far from Florence Airport. Easy to walk up to Fiesole for eating and there is a lovely viewing site about half way. Take bus 7 anywhere to get to Florence. Tap Visa card for bus. No cash

Spectacular - the best part of Florence without the craziness of in-town tourist zoo. 15 min taxi to the center of town and a very welcome escape for the evening. The restaurant is second to none and is a close second only to the Villa San Michele next door.
