When I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed to find that the pool was out of service, one of the main reasons we chose this location. We were told it would be fixed by Monday, but by Monday morning, there were no visible signs of any work being done. Additionally, I encountered an unprofessional situation at the front desk. A woman, who was not wearing shoes, informed me that someone from the front desk would assist me shortly. Being barefoot while working behind the desk is not appropriate or hygienic in a hospitality setting. When I was first assigned a room, I opened the door only to find that it was already occupied. I had to return to the front desk to report the issue and was given a new room. While the updated rooms are a nice touch, the one I received had ants, suggesting the hotel could benefit from pest control services. The bathroom floor also appeared upswept, with some debris left behind. Lastly, the hot breakfast was just average, not particularly impressive.

Breakfast was very limited options. No fruits available. The person that checked us in was super nice but disappointing the pool was closed. The beds are not queen size as advertised. The noise levels from adjecent rooms was extremely loud. And lady at check out was not very friendly and didn't want to provide me a receipt she said the third party i used would issue it.

Spa still out of service. I was there several months ago and it was out of service then. Bugs in the room. Not bedbugs but little black ones. Several bodies laying around. They don't seem to care. This will be my last visit and I will not recommend.

This place is pretty crusty. The property is in awful condition with trash, faded paint, and stuff blowing around the parking lot. The lobby smells odd, the breakfast options all looked like they'd been sitting around for a long long time. Couldn't really eat the food. The staff were nice, but clearly overwhelmed. One guy, a lobby full of oil workers trying to get rooms. A real mess. Oh, and the pool is broken and closed (3/2025).

Though there was construction to remodel nearby rooms, there were other issues that were relevant. Ants in the bathtub, it took the hot water over 10 minutes to heat up, and the jacuzzi was not working. The Continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

This was an unpleasant stay. Our room was not clean. The tub was nasty and the floor was super dirty and sticky like they hadn’t mopped for days. The dining area was super small and not enough sitting for the people. Most of the breakfast electronics were out of service such as the juice, the pancake and the coffee machine. The pool was also dirty. The water was super cloudy and the spa was also out of service. Will NOT be staying there again.

Booked on line. We travel a lot this was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. Coffee grounds on counter, tooth paste spit on mirror edge, hair at base of toilet rusted bolts on toilet top of shower ledge disgusting. Carpet stained. Cigarettes ground on stairs well. Would never recommend. I thought because it was a Wyndham property it would be nice!!!!!! Epic fail

One of the worst run properties I've stayed in in a long time. First, the rooms were dirty and in disrepair. One of our rooms had clearly been smoked in despite being nonsmoking. I took that one and allowed my wife and daughter to have the better one. The next morning, however, my wife awoke to fire ants throughout her room, in the bed, and in both their luggage. Why? Because on investigation, the management had allowed garbage, trash, pizza boxed, and spoiled food to be stored near the building downstairs. (We arrived at night and did not see this.) Bags of food attracted the pests and infested rooms on this side of the building. We told them of this. Five hours later, when we returned to leave the place, the garbage was still there. Incidentally, the breakfast was unfit for consumption. Consider yourself warned about this one!

The property was undergoing what appeared to be extensive upgrades that I wasn't aware of. Pallets of supplies everywhere, the noise of construction very early in the morning. Floors in the room were dirty, the fixtures in the bathroom vanity and tub area were unfinished, cracked and missing caulk. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

I usually don't trash a motel review, but feel like I have to warn other fellow travelers about the sorry state of this property. This place has bed bugs! I saw one crawling on the bedsheet in the morning; took a picture and confirmed via Google image search that it was a bed bug. Even showed the picture to the staff at the reception desk. The room and property overall are in a bad state of neglect. The carpet had a stale damp smell that the AC kept circulating through-out the room. The window blinds left a gap on either side of the window and made it possible for someone to peak inside the room. The hot tub was broken. If I stayed around longer, I surely would have found more reasons to not like this place.

We had a nice visit at this hotel! The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and inviting. There were a few hairs in the bathtub and the carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming, otherwise it would have gotten a perfect rating for cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable! The shower pressure was decent and I couldn’t hear everything my neighbors were doing. There were plenty of working outlets. I wish they had elevators. Carrying all our luggage in the heat wasn’t the great. But not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

We were glad to get out of the car finally. The non-smoking room smells of smoke- maybe from pulling it in from outside- and the tv support is broken so one would need to sit on the floor to watch it - luckily I have a good book 😁

The front desk ladies didn't look they were interested in doing their jobs of welcoming new guests, they were rude. When I approached them to check in about 45 mins early to check in, they said our rooms were not ready. Then after about 2 mins of talking, they suddenly said the room is ready, which I found to be strange. The coffee they served at breakfast was also cheap and tasted like it was decaf.

First this hotel has no elevator, so if you cannot take stairs do not stay here unless you specify 1st floor or handicap room. Rooms are clean and bug free, but they have smoking rooms... seriously!? Breakfast is pathetic and no coffee/tea in lobby after hours. No fruit, biscuits, just cereal and pancakes on Sunday and don't even think about sleeping in or it's gone and not restocked. Generally this place is just cheap! We traveled with a child and the pull out sofa in the king "suite" was broken! Turned into a taco bed if you can picture that. we yanked the mattress and put it on the floor. No sheet/blanket/pillow available for pull out bed. Indoor pool was the one stand out here that was just nice although its much smaller than the photos show and is packed in the evenings. Room service doesn't exist but morning of checkout they will be banging on that door by 8am for you to get out! Lobby staff is pretty snotty so just avoid the conversation with them. This hotel is not worth the $ you save staying here.

Breakfast is pathetic and no coffee/tea in lobby after hours. No fruit, biscuits, just cereal and pancakes on Sunday and don't even think about sleeping in or it's gone and not restocked. Generally this place is just cheap! We traveled with a child and the pull out sofa in the king "suite" was broken! Turned into a taco bed if you can picture that. we yanked the mattress and put it on the floor. No sheet/blanket/pillow available for pull out bed. Indoor pool was the one stand out here that was just nice although its much smaller than the photos show and is packed in the evenings. Room service doesn't exist but morning of checkout they will be banging on that door by 8am for you to get out! Lobby staff is pretty snotty so just avoid the conversation with them. This hotel is not worth the $ you save staying here.

The noise levels from adjecent rooms was extremely loud. And lady at check out was not very friendly and didn't want to provide me a receipt she said the third party i used would issue it.

I received a huge gauge from the square part on the door for the inside lock. When I went to the front counter, the guy at the front counter could have cared less. The manager/owner was given my number to call, and he never called. Expedia attempted to reach him, at no success. Expedia said my booking was non-refundable, and they can offer a credit that was less that twenty five percent of the total booking for me. Which isn’t acceptable

When we checked in the room had not been cleaned, bed unmade and trash in the room. The receptionist up front immediately gave us another room. When I booked I was lead to believe the hotel was full, it was empty. The jacuzzi was broken, it was one of the reasons we choose Days inn. The hot breakfast was disappointing. The room was comfy, yet cold. The staff were helpful. The faucet dripped and needed to be fixed. I told the front desk and she thanked me for the info and was going to get someone who could fix it.

There was trash all over the property. The front desk lady was fantastic and very friendly. The walls and floors are very very thin. I could hear everyone’s conversation through the adjoining door. At night while sleeping a consistent thud every 2 seconds would occur and last for about a minute. Right when I was falling asleep it would happen again! Then the person upstairs deciding to walk around like he was throwing a tantrum. All night! I had a terrible nights sleep and I probably won’t stay here again. I get it, that it was spring break and everyone was most likely staying there for their travels to Carlsbad Caverns. The pool was suuuuper crowded and gave my kids anxiety. The pool was cloudy and just looked gross. It was also $160 a night for this place which in my opinion, having stayed other places near by, and the amenities it offered, outdoor entrance thin walls is just ridiculous. The breakfast was very nice and clean and the attendant there did a great job keeping up on things in there. The pancake machine was the hit in my family. I suppose what I am mostly annoyed about is the price i paid for this on a Thursday night. I expect more from a hotel at $160 a night. This place should have been more like $125 compared in my experience at other hotels at the higher price which offered much much more with thicker walls, inside entrance, full cook to serve breakfast, fitness room, better complimentary toiletries, laundry bag and more.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, we could ask at the front desk and they would take care of it. It was very clean. The property is undergoing a remodel so there were things around outside related to that. We had an issue with our air conditioner. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we could the next morning and maintenance was to our room very quickly. He changed out the unit right away.

The front office lady was very nice and accommodating ! The conditions of the hotel not so much :/ the first room the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the lid off and pulled the plunger up and the smoke detector kept chirping. She moved us to another room quickly and with not hesitation. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because the advertised the indoor pool and jacuzzi however the jacuzzi is broken. If something isn’t available it shouldn’t be on the amenities list. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was the jacuzzi. Very disappointing to say the least.

The hotel is pet friendly at a low fee of $10 per night which is a plus but watch your step in the parking lot and surrounding area as many people do not clean up after their pets. The bed was not the most comfortable either but otherwise a fine stay.

The front desk wasn’t very friendly but did let us check in early. The room was dirty and not well taken care of. The breakfast was very lacking with only a few options of sausage or make your own pancake. There was 4 cereal options, poppy seed muffins, plain bagels, and bread. There was some oatmeal bags but not much and the juice machine was out of order. The little refrigerator in the room didn’t work and was leaking water all over. The hot tub was out of order and we were put in a room

The staff was great, however, inside of the room, the toilet overflowed, there were old towels left in the bathroom, the microwave, laundry, ice machine, and television were all broken. the breakfast was decent. There was no fruit or really healthy options. Go to other hotels around here instead.

The room was extremely clean upon check-in. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The Breakfast bar was amazing- even has a yogurt machine! The hotel itself was very clean and had a fitness room. There is a dog walking area behind the establishment which has grass and is away from parking area which makes it very safe to potty and walk your pets.

This place is pretty crusty. The property is in awful condition with trash, faded paint, and stuff blowing around the parking lot. The lobby smells odd, the breakfast options all looked like they'd been sitting around for a long long time. Couldn't really eat the food. The staff were nice, but clearly overwhelmed. One guy, a lobby full of oil workers trying to get rooms. A real mess. Oh, and the pool is broken and closed (3/2025).

We really enjoyed this property. The hot tub was especially nice after driving all day. The hot breakfast was convenient so we didn't have to leave the property. The front desk staff, Vanessa, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was also very friendly and was constantly cleaning the area as well as replenishing food items. The only negative aspect was there were lots of oil workers staying there and they were outside our rooms smoking and talking at 3 in the morning. Other guests also talked about how rude they were during breakfast. All the handicap parking places were taken up by the oil workers trucks. Except for that this was a great property.
