We were in town for our daughters horse show at TIEC. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. The inside of the cabin of very clean. The only suggestion I have is for the porch area to be a little more clean. I swept up several piles of leaves. And the black and yellow tote was messy looking. The light on the walk way closest to the parking needs to be replaced.

The cabin is conveniently located across from Parker Binn winery. A short drive to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. It is private and off the main road with quiet surroundings, a big yard, woods, and a small walking path. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. The towels smelled great. This was perfect for our stay. We attended an event at Parker Binns vineyard, which is literally across the street. Very easy to get in and out from the road. Cabin was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. There was no one staying in the Yogi Bear cabin next to Boo Boo’s cabin, so it was extra quiet. The two cabins are right next to each other, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a secluded place. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area!

I did like the isolation, as I may have mentioned in another review, there were a few maintenance items that needed attention, but did not affect our stay in any means. Plan to stay here again next year and hope to have my friend take the cabin next door. It was priced decently, clean upon arrival and beyond comfortable for us.

My wife and I were looking for something close to the vineyard for their annual Pig Pickin’. This could not have been more perfect. Very clean, simple, perfect. One bedroom was all we needed. There is a sleeper sofa but it was just the 2 of us. The vineyard is across the street. There are 2 cabins next to each other, so you could have others staying next to you. Something to keep in mind. But there was no one next to us this weekend. We had our own little private retreat. Location was great. It was as advertised. This will be our go-to spot from now on. Loved it. Thanks!

Cute small cabin which worked fine for a horse show stay. Clean, reasonably priced. It is very convenient to TIEC. Though we did not use it much, there is a decent kitchen and coffee maker. The futon is pretty comfortable but very heavy and difficult to maneuver - definitely need two people! Unfortunately the internet is not good, and streaming TV was not possible. Cell service is okay though. It is very peaceful for sleeping, which was the main reason to be there!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin. Very clean and in a great area. Bedroom did get a little toasty at night but other than that everything was amazing. The vineyard across the street was delicious and it’s a 20 minute drive to Lake Lure. We’ll definitely stay here again! Brought our 2 dogs and they had plenty of space to sleep in and to run around.

The place (Boo Boo’s Cabin) was clean, comfortable and cute. However, the two sofas need to be changed. The leather-like couch has pieces sticking up all over. We sat on it with a blanket that was provided. The smaller cloth one was very stained and is in need of new cushions. That is the only reason I gave a four star rating. The owner answered promptly when there was a small problem with the doorknob. It was fixed promptly. We would book it again in the future.

The cabin even has a washer and dryer! The porch overlooks the yard and we could see the sunset through the top of the trees in the mountains.

This was perfect for our stay. We attended an event at Parker Binns vineyard, which is literally across the street. Very easy to get in and out from the road. Cabin was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. There was no one staying in the Yogi Bear cabin next to Boo Boo’s cabin, so it was extra quiet. The two cabins are right next to each other, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a secluded place. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the area!

This is the perfect home base when my daughter shows at TIEC. We've stayed a few times and this time came with some small updates like a new futon. We love this charming little cabin and plan to return!

My wife and I were looking for something close to the vineyard for their annual Pig Pickin’. This could not have been more perfect. Very clean, simple, perfect. One bedroom was all we needed. There is a sleeper sofa but it was just the 2 of us. The vineyard is across the street. There are 2 cabins next to each other, so you could have others staying next to you. Something to keep in mind. But there was no one next to us this weekend. We had our own little private retreat. Location was great. It was as advertised. This will be our go-to spot from now on. Loved it. Thanks!

Cute small cabin which worked fine for a horse show stay. Clean, reasonably priced. It is very convenient to TIEC. Though we did not use it much, there is a decent kitchen and coffee maker. The futon is pretty comfortable but very heavy and difficult to maneuver - definitely need two people! Unfortunately the internet is not good, and streaming TV was not possible. Cell service is okay though. It is very peaceful for sleeping, which was the main reason to be there!

There are two cabins and would really be a nice place for a couple families. Big open grass field for running. Lots of birds to enjoy watching in the woods. Very private
