Quinta Bella Huatulco

Nice view , nice pools , nice restaurants ,, no elevator , open stairs , you realy only paid for the view. Some safety issues on the open grounds , I founded my door opened without reason one time.

Everything was great other than the WiFi.. I couldn’t get working WiFi enough to do about an hours worth of email checks and some work stuff.. it was hard to stay on or get enough bandwidth.. other than that, the area was beautiful, the staff at all places were fantastic! Always treated with respect and gratitude. One other thing to note, parking is not enough on the property, but there is an overflow that we used and wasn’t too bad.. but worth noting for others to know.

We constantly had problems with parking. Staff at the entrance gave preference to local people coming to dine, and we had to park on the street.

The hotel is beautifully situated and in a walkable area. The hotel is clean, up to date and well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. There are two pools right next to the beach with salt water. Very clean and well maintained. The seven restaurants of the hotel are all good but a little bit on the pricey side. Otto is my favourite restaurant. The only downside I found to be the music around the pool. It gets played from 7am until after 11 and can sometimes be quite loud, preventing us from sleeping with the patio door open to listen to the ocean. The hotel and area are very safe.

I really liked the location, the pool area and the restaurants. However, the suite that we stayed in had issues with the palapa roof. It leaked during a rain storm and flooded the floor. The gym was poorly maintained with broken machines, lack of cleanliness and no working air conditioning. I also think that not allowing people to bring their own drinks to the pool or beach area was a little restrictive. It felt like you couldn’t use the facilities you paid for without paying for them again. It was also a little difficult to get ice, without machines, and it would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room. Especially with the weather being so hot and humid.

Parking is limited. Normally I wouldn’t care but this time we rented a car to go there but they was street parking outside as well which was safe since they the hotel security people also patrol that area.

Great property all the restaurants all have great options beach rate in the front with an infinity pool. Friendly staff Entertainment nights are great Walking distance to downtown for shopping, and 1 million other restaurants to choose from Can’t wait to do it again

This is a beautiful area, it is a little noisy right now because of the upgrades. The gym was not in use, but did offer a yoga class. There is music some nights on the beach which is lovely. The restaurants are awesome. Especially Otto it is the best. The staff is great and accommodating. It is close to town and other beaches. But all In all a fabulous place to stay and unwind.

The pools, beach and entertainment were very enjoyable. Lots of restaurant options o the resort.

Hotel has an excellent location on Chahue beach. The staff are very friendly and professional. It is not a very large hotel, so the pools and facilities are not busy. Restaurants hve excellent food and view from terrace restaurant is amazing.

Quinta Belle was an excellent hotel the staff was friendly the was very good. Really enjoyed all the dining options. Roderigo and Juan the waiters around the pool were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things to be aware of is that the rooms are noisy and I might suggest is the hotel buy all new linens and especially the in room towels. Thanks for the great much-needed vacation. Stephen

This is a beautiful property! I was very pleased until I found an ugly stain on the sheets of the bed. I called right away and after 15 minutes of silence I went to the receptionist to see if they were going to do anything about it. It took one hour for some one to come and change the sheets. No apologies were offered…

Room was ok, no fridge, no hooks for hanging towels or cloths. Sewer smell coming from drain was unbearable. Stayed for 10 days only received face cloths twice. Cleaning was fine but could use improvement. Staff very pleasant.

Yes - very clean and comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the amenities - beach, pools, and dining options on site but also proximity to Santa Cruz and Crucecita.

Out standing service and super clean

This property is a joke. From the outside, the grounds are kept beautiful, the restaurants are nice and then you get to the rooms. Terrible doesn’t describe the conditions. Mold in the shower, no hot water, stained towels and sheets I would never recommend staying here. There were 3 Yorkie dogs that were allowed for some reasons and peed on the walkways every day. I’m a VIP Expedia member and this hotel was a joke. Never stay here.

Las sábanas de las camas estaban manchadas y percudidas y las colchas igual Fui con bastón por una lesión en ni pie y me mandaron a una habitación al tercer piso sin elevador y no me quisieron cambiar más abajo

There was no hair dryers or any extras in our rooms. The room was clean but very poor lighting

Room was just ok. We had a tired room with frog sculptures everywhere and green paint on the walls. Bathroom was not super clean. No washclothes. Sheets were grey and bed was super soft and lumpy. That being said, the rest of the building looked in great shape. They are building ANOTHER restaurant so we could hear construction during the day. Music on salsa dancing night was way too loud for a room with old sliding doors to the patio. Pools were VERY clean. Staff was amazing. Food at Marea and Otto were fantastic. Food at Rustico was 5/10.

Reading the reviews tells the story..Great pools ,beautiful view and great service around pool..We found great dinning at hotel and surrounding area..I was disappointed with the drab hotel room ,it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia website ..The room was clean ,linens were fine,bed was bit on the firm side..We thought the room had a bit of a dank smell maybe due closeness to ocean or poorly vented bathroom ..The hotel had the feeling of an all inclusive with events every nite ..The room is the hotel’s weakest area..

Not a bad stay, central and clean. Was very central, we walked to Santa Cruz and La Crucecita many times, sometimes twice in a day The pools were nice and staff very friendly. It didn't seem crazy crowded which was nice. The plunge pools on the upper floors are great nice and warm and lots of sun! On the lower floors not so much. Our server by the pool Diego was great, very attentive but never pushy. There were some vendors that came by while you were sitting at the pool or beach. They were never pushy or in your face, once you told them no, they just moved on. It didn't really bug me as they are just making a living and I had no problem with that. When you venture out of the hotel, make sure you check out Mama Elsa's (Amazing burgers and fresh cheesecake) and Viena (Schnitznel) both less than a 10 minute walk. Also check out La Crema (Delicious pizza) and Alfredo's (great pasta) both located in La Crucecita. If you need a scooter rental, check out Dario at Motorbike & Scooter Rental La Crucesita. He delivers and picks up too! PROS - Central to La Crucecita & Santa Cruz - Clean & comfortable rooms - Great much needed A/C - Local restaurants near by - Supermarket near by (although you are not allowed to bring ANY food back into your room) - Friendly staff - Room cleaners always offering us water and towels (we didn't want our rooms cleaned regularly so they made sure we were stocked up) - Nice

I’m probably the only person in Huatulco that would like a warmer shower and there was no hot water to the room. Other than that, everything was excellent! One of the pools was under renovation, which will be an indication to new visitors that they keep the property very well! Very convenient beach access and close to town. Other than the hot water lol I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, quiet at night and modern room decor. The pool area is beautiful and has very attentive staff. The hotel even allowed us to safely store our luggage and use the gym facilities to shower after check out as we had a flight later in the day. We also had massages at the spa that were great. A couple of downsides, there was no hot water in our shower the entire duration of our stay, despite trying at different times of the day and informing the front desk, even the gym shower was cold so it was likely an issue hotel wide. Also, the pool bar charges the same price for drinks with alcohol as the non alcoholic versions. We ordered virgin mojitos and when questioned the bill were just met with a shrug saying it’s the same price.

This hotel is excellent! Almost everything is wonderful except they need to fix the internet/wifi. It’s terrible!!

Don’t go for the suites, the rooms by the pool with individual little pools are better

There were great choices for dining as there are 5 or 6 restaurants, good swimming and the facilities were very nice. The staff were wonderful.

There was noise late night in our room with music until 11pm. There was rooms around us being renovated with workers all around our room. We asked to be moved to the upper floor, as there were empty rooms available. I stayed for 10 days, two of them in their “premium room”, and they never moved us up. The restaurants staff were great as well as the food. The reception employees, not very “receptive”!

Front desk worker laughed in my face over a question made me feel uncomfortable.

We took several of the hotels excursions they were very good. We are not totally conversant in spanish so wouldhave appreciated a little more help with the translations. Google translator isnt good enough!

We loved our stay at Quinta Bella. The restaurants at the hotel were amazing. I was disappointed that I was not allowed to use the Orbitz coupon at the spa. Also, the day before we checked out we had payed for a taxi through the hotel to take us to the airport and the driver never showed up. We had to pay for another taxi because we would have missed our flight. Quinta Bella said they were going to refund us the amount we payed for the taxi that never showed up but they never did.

This hotel has the best dining options in Huatulco. The food was almost perfect everytime but the restaurant staff was top notch at every restaurant on the property. I was also impressed with all the staff around the property except a couple of the front desk employees made us feel like we were bothering them.

This is a good alternative to an all-inclusive resort. Right on Chahue beach, some entertainment and plenty of (expensive) dining options. There are two pools and many rooms have a private dip pool on the patio. It’s a good location too. Besides being on Chahue beach it’s also a 12 minute walk to Santa Cruz beach and marina. I would stay there again

The best dining options were at the hotel! Even the locals told us we had to eat there. Beautiful patio, beach, pool, and location. We will be go back here for sure.

El hotel es con decoración y mobiliario muy sencillo pero el personal es muy servicial y tiene 8 restaurantes cada uno de diferente especialidad y con platillos que son todos una sorpresa muy agradable en sabor y como los decoran

What an amazing place!!! Not only is it exceptionally beautiful, but it is also extremely clean. You can tell that the owners take great pride in giving their guests the best experience possible. The restaurants on site are some of the best rated and having had the opportunity to dine both at Aroma and Marea, I have to agree. The hotel also has two beautiful pools with view of the ocean and beach access is also very easy. They also have daily entertainment for their guests. We were lucky enough to enjoy movie at the beach, opera at the beach and salsa music with classes at the beach. And if you choose to venture into town, a 5 minute taxi ride will get you there. Hope you enjoy this location as much as we did.

Rooms were spacious and clean, pool was nice although one pool was under construction for most of our stay. Staff was friendly & service was good and they had a good selection of restaurants but a bit pricey.

This is a truly lovely hotel with 6 or 7 restaurant choices right on the property. One might think that sounds cheesy and that the restaurants might be second rate. But everything about the hotel and restaurants is first rate. The staff are professional and friendly at every level - from the front desk to the gardeners. Everyone seems to love their jobs and serving their guests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Chahue may be my favorite beach in Mexico. Do not miss the opportunity to eat at Otto! (one of the multiple restaurants on site)

Excelente servicio, amenidades e instalaciones, desde que llegué el registro fue muy rapido. Hay muchos restaurantes de donde elegir y cada dia hay un evento en el hotel. Super recomendado.
