Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel

Thank you Rhombus Aura for the free upgrade to a bigger room and was allowed to check in earlier than usual. Location is good also.

This hotel is very close to the city center, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, all the staff are very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. Both the front desk and the luggage reception service are superb. The staff responsible for cleaning the rooms on the fifth floor also do an excellent job of keeping the rooms very clean every day. Looking forward to seeing you again next time.

The hotel was located in center area, very convenient. The breakfast is delicious with variety choices. The front desk staff Eliana is friendly and very helpful, our flight was 18:00. She kindly extended the check out time to 14:30 to accommodate us to catch flight with heaps of luggage’s easily on 3/12.

Wonderful stay here. Cleanliness is basic, breakfast is good, staffs are helpful and professional.
