MPM Hotel Kalina Garden - All Inclusive

I really don't like to write negative reviews, but I have to be honest. This was by far the worst All Inclusive hotel we have been to. Rated at 4 stars is a joke. I'll start with the positives: The cleaning ladies were friendly and so was the man who hands out towels. The food was also okay, but no more than that. The facilities were fine and the potential is there. The location of the hotel was also nice, as the beach was only 200 meters away and there were shops and supermarkets nearby. These are the reasons I haven't given it the lowest grade. The negatives: The service at this hotel was really dreadful. We always come in to a new hotel with a good attitude, but this hotel really drained our moods for every day. The receptionists didn't really seem to be interested in having guests. 3 of the 4 people that we encountered in the snackbar was flat out rude. I really can't express enough how much we hated the service from almost everyone at this hotel. We have never felt this unwelcome in any hotel we have ever been to. We spent most of our evenings away from the hotel, so we still could get a little out of our vacation, because the service there was genuinely so bad that it completely ruined our stay.

The hotel is older but it's maintained. Staff are great and friendly. The lifeguard is strict. The food is good, tastes good. Fresh fruits everyday. The lines for drinks can be long sometimes but the bartenders work efficiently. Room cleaning service is very effective. The price is unmatched. You cannot find a better deal than what they offer. Hotel distance to the beach is around 5 mins. walk.

The rooms was not properly cleaned by the cleaners, and the «gym» can not be called a gym.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was also an impressive selection of delicious pastries and desserts. It was genuinely difficult to decide what to try each day! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff constantly maintaining the facilities throughout the day. The animation team deserves special recognition. Mila, Mitko, and Emi were fantastic and brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the hotel. They organized a great range of fun and sports activities for both children and adults, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The light and fire show, as well as the Michael Jackson performance, were definite highlights of our stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived earlier and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly invited us to enjoy lunch free of charge while we waited. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, we had an amazing experience. This was our first trip to Bulgaria, and it exceeded all our expectations. The country is beautiful, the people are warm and friendly, and this hotel made our holiday truly memorable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already thinking of returning to Bulgaria every year. A well-deserved five stars!

We had an amazing experience at MPM Kalina Garden! We actually moved here after staying at a 2-star hotel, and the difference was night and day. The receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully clean. The bar has a really great selection of drinks, and the bartenders made the trip even better—they were so fun that we ended up making friends with them. Highly recommend this hotel!
