È stato uno dei soggiorni più piacevoli della ns vacanza. Personale disponibile e gentile, parcheggio e colazione inclusi nel prezzo. Zona centralissima e comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, arredato con gusto. Nota positiva anche per la colazione, piuttosto varia e con personale che cuoce direttamente omlette ecc. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, da un 4 stelle mi aspetterei un'opzione vegetale al latte (non disponibile) e agli yoghurt poiché questo renderebbe la colazione un momento ancora più soddisfacente.

Zimmer war ok, obwohl Lichtschalter nicht funktioniert, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, um Parkplatz war reserviert, aber nicht immer frei, sehr eng. Duschkabine mit Pilz bewachsen, der Abfluss abgesengt so dass man sich verletzen konnte. Bei der Personal keine Interesse von den Zustand, Hauptsache bei der einreise den ganzen aufhental bezahlen. Das Hotel und das Personal waren schon Mal top, auch die Restaurant war gut, jetzt gibt es nichts mehr.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schloßes.Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, zwechmäßig eingerichtet mit einem modernen, sehr schönem Bad ausgestattet. Alles ist tadellos sauber. Ideally situated for old town square. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. We were staying at the rear of the hotel, but i imagine it could be noisy at the front, with traffic on the cobbled road. Only things missing is a seating area with possibly the option of coffees etc. Also the showers were a bit slippery. Would definitely consider another visit.

We stayed there for a family reunion, we received the whole floor for us which was great (it is a small hotel, only 14 rooms). Great location in the old city, many restaurants near by. The service and the breakfast were excellent. The only problem is the marble floor in the shower which is slippery and we had to be very carefull not to fall. Highly reccommended hotel

Room lovely, staff extremely helpful, great location, good breakfast. Only one down side - the beautiful building at the rear of the hotel was lit up all night. The brightness of the lights outside made it difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains would fix this.

Brilliant hotel that just lacks a few details to get five stars from us, like mobile charging by the bedside table, and dedicated reading lights on each side of the bed. In addition, some of the furniture was a bit worn, and carpeting is not the best in hotel rooms. Otherwise, everything was great, with fantastic service all the way. Kudos to all employees. Relatively simple breakfast, but what they have is very good, and a separate chef who makes pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs and more to order. Our room was spacious with a small living room, and well insulated against noise. The best thing about the hotel is the location. You can't live more centrally, and if you like to walk, it's a reasonable distance to both shopping, museums, and other sights. Tip: Visit the tourist office located in the castle directly behind the hotel and buy a tourist card. It lasts for three days and gives many good discounts, both on eateries and sights. In addition, you can use free public transport for free.

Jätte bra hotell, inte så många rum. Stora,rymliga rum. Enskilt sovrum och vardagsrum. Hade engelska kanaler på tv. Frukosten mycket bra med en live kocka. Låg nära shopping och resturanger, testade Meat and Eat vid kajen och den var suverän.

Brilliant hotel that just lacks a few details to get five stars from us, like mobile charging by the bedside table, and dedicated reading lights on each side of the bed. In addition, some of the furniture was a bit worn, and carpeting is not the best in hotel rooms. Otherwise, everything was great, with fantastic service all the way. Kudos to all employees. Relatively simple breakfast, but what they have is very good, and a separate chef who makes pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs and more to order. Our room was spacious with a small living room, and well insulated against noise. The best thing about the hotel is the location. You can't live more centrally, and if you like to walk, it's a reasonable distance to both shopping, museums, and other sights. Tip: Visit the tourist office located in the castle directly behind the hotel and buy a tourist card. It lasts for three days and gives many good discounts, both on eateries and sights. In addition, you can use free public transport for free.
