We had a wonderful time, went to the beach, ate at local restaurants, and was close to the airport. The host arranged for taxi transfers, and had plenty of snacks, coffees, teas, water for our arrival.

Stay 15 minutes from the airport with a wonderful host who has thought of everything. The apartment is immaculate, the kitchen fully stocked (especially with coffee gadgets), and there is a lovely covered patio in the garden to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine.

The suite is spacious, clean and tastefully appointed. We were also pleasently surprised to find various greek treats already present in the room that we were not expecting, ranging from sweets, to greek Brioche. The location is great being only a 10 minute drive from the Rafina port. Be careful to plan your ferries ahead though. We unfortunately arrived late to our suite due to flight delays, after which the best thing about this place occured: The local couple managing it were unbelievably kind and helpful in helping us to come up with a backup plan to leave from another port to catch a different sailing. They even sent us off with a bunch of fruit and snacks! Truly you couldnt ask for better hosts! 5/5 on all counts.

We had less than 24 hours at this property, but we made the most of it. At the end of our visit to Greece, we booked this apartment for its proximity to the airport. We got more than we expected! It was a short walk to a lovely beach and restaurants. The owner provided beach towels and mats, as well as a bag to tote our things to the beach. The apartment had everything you would need for a longer stay, but sad to say, we didn’t plan for more time here.

The apartment was well stocked with basic toiletries, and more! She provided a yummy bottle of wine, some breakfast goodies and even beach towels and flip flops for our use at the beach. The beach is nice and only about a 10-minute walk. Afterwards, we enjoyed our wine sitting on the VRBO's patio in the lush garden. My friends and I wished we could have stayed a few more days, but we chose this 1-night stay because of its proximity to the airport and an early morning flight. The neighborhood wasn't quite as charming as the property itself, but we embraced the authentic Greek-life experience which added to the uniqueness of our stay.

The apartment is pristine and very upscale with all you need for a stay. I say it is one of the nicest VRBO units I have utilized. Outdoor grounds also very attractive. Only drawback is the location which is buried in a neighborhood off the main road. One way roads, etc. we had a nice lunch in town but decided to avoid going out to dinner because of the location and getting back to it at night

Very nice property. It is a newly finished apartment below the host's house. It is very nice, tastefully decorated, and very clean. Melinta is a very responsive hostess who is very gracious. We enjoyed our time there very much!

This apartment was excellent, and though I was traveling alone, would have been a great space for a small group. The hosts were kind and accommodating, even when my delayed ferry resulted in arriving somewhat late in the evening. A lot of thought and consideration went into how the space was set up and the nuanced conveniences (for example, had a can of hairspray, cereal in dispensers, etc). The location is great especially to be close to the airport like I needed. If you’re using Uber, the address for some reason registers outside the neighborhood on a main strip, despite Google and Apple Maps recognizing its true location.

The best location for good food, the beach, and the airport. It’s close enough to Athens for easy trips into the city. The host is lovely and easy to communicate with. The apartment is clean, beautiful, and has indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy. The best place to stay to relax. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space to enjoy time with whoever you are traveling with. It was the best place we stayed at!

Melinta was a fantastic host and her property was beautiful. The apartment is very clean with top of the line appliances and amenities. After visiting the Greek islands, this was the perfect place to stay near the Athens Airport before going back the states. We had the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for one night at the end of our honeymoon because it was close to both the beach and airport. It was as described, very clean and modern. Only about a 10 min walk to the beach and a few cute restaurants. Definitely not a foreign touristy area, more Greek tourists for the beach than anything else. It was one of the best stocked places I've ever stayed in terms of amenities for guests. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Very good communication and very accommodating. We were caught in the technology melt down and we had to alter our reservation a bit. Host was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Quiet neighborhood within walking to beach and restaurants, even with kids. Convenient to the airport.

We chose Melinta’s apartment because we needed a place to stay for one night near the airport (15 minute Uber drive). It’s a beautiful, large apartment with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need and the beds are comfortable. We walked to a nice beach area for dinner. There were many restaurants to choose from and a super market. Melinta is a warm host, providing coffee, tea and a variety of breakfast treats. I would highly recommend this apartment for a one night stay close to the airport, or for an extended stay in Artemida.
We chose Melinta’s apartment because we needed a place to stay for one night near the airport (15 minute Uber drive). It’s a beautiful, large apartment with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need and the beds are comfortable. We walked to a nice beach area for dinner. There were many restaurants to choose from and a super market. Melinta is a warm host, providing coffee, tea and a variety of breakfast treats. I would highly recommend this apartment for a one night stay close to the airport, or for an extended stay in Artemida.

I must say for our very first time in Greece, this place was perfect. The Host was VERY Responsive about all of my requests. In fact, they allowed us to check in early since our cruise ended early. They stayed in communication and answered all of our questions prior to arrival. The spot is a short walk to the beach and a small shopping area. Thank for being so kind for our first visit. They have a nice patio area along with chairs and a small table right outside the apartment. the Host lives right above the place and they were even kind enough to help us with our luggage upon arrival and departing. Overall I would stay here again and you will not be disappointed when you check in either!!!!!!! Great Job and Well Done Hosts!!!!

What a wonderful way to end our fabulous trip to Greece! Melinta was the most gracious and efficient host. Every detail was taken care of, Including our taxi to the Athens airport for our departing flight. The apartment was pristine and extremely well stocked. I cannot think of anything a guest would need that was all not already provided. I hope we can come back next year!

Very nice property. It is a newly finished apartment below the host's house. It is very nice, tastefully decorated, and very clean. Melinta is a very responsive hostess who is very gracious. We enjoyed our time there very much!

We really enjoyed staying here. Melinta was a great host (as was her daughter) and the accommodations were just fantastic. Not only was it impeccably clean but she has thought through EVERYTHING one might need while staying there. We were so impressed with this. Her place is 15 min from the airport which was very convenient for us before flying home. One thing to know - and this isn’t a negative on the place- this location is off the beaten path and the walk into the small town is doable but felt a bit unsafe with the narrow roads and cars flying by. Getting into town we realized there wasn’t much to do/see so we booked a cab into Sparta to the outside outlet mall and that was a total win! Amazing place to go for food, shopping, being amongst the locals. We just loved it. Then we hailed a cab to take us back- no more walking for us. Just a little tip for you. Overall the stay was amazing and we appreciate the incredible hospitality so much! Perfect one night stay! Thank you!

Comfortable stay for the night before our flight back home. Nice seaside location outside of Athens city center. Easy walk to a very nice organized beach and to the downtown area with lots of shops & restaurants. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Only downside for us is that we came to the apt from the port of Piraeus. It was over an hour ride and we had difficulty securing a taxi despite using Uber (port is super chaotic). Plus the ride was expensive. No reflection on the owner or apt, just something to consider next time.

The suite is spacious, clean and tastefully appointed. We were also pleasently surprised to find various greek treats already present in the room that we were not expecting, ranging from sweets, to greek Brioche. The location is great being only a 10 minute drive from the Rafina port. Be careful to plan your ferries ahead though. We unfortunately arrived late to our suite due to flight delays, after which the best thing about this place occured: The local couple managing it were unbelievably kind and helpful in helping us to come up with a backup plan to leave from another port to catch a different sailing. They even sent us off with a bunch of fruit and snacks! Truly you couldnt ask for better hosts! 5/5 on all counts.

The apartment is pristine and very upscale with all you need for a stay. I say it is one of the nicest VRBO units I have utilized. Outdoor grounds also very attractive. Only drawback is the location which is buried in a neighborhood off the main road. One way roads, etc. we had a nice lunch in town but decided to avoid going out to dinner because of the location and getting back to it at night

We stayed here for one night at the end of our honeymoon because it was close to both the beach and airport. It was as described, very clean and modern. Only about a 10 min walk to the beach and a few cute restaurants. Definitely not a foreign touristy area, more Greek tourists for the beach than anything else. It was one of the best stocked places I've ever stayed in terms of amenities for guests. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

This apartment is immaculate and very spacious. Melinta lives on property which made the check in process very easy, and she even lent us some duct tape to repair a damaged suitcase. The apartment was well stocked with basic toiletries, and more! She provided a yummy bottle of wine, some breakfast goodies and even beach towels and flip flops for our use at the beach. The beach is nice and only about a 10-minute walk. Afterwards, we enjoyed our wine sitting on the VRBO's patio in the lush garden. We had a wonderful time, went to the beach, ate at local restaurants, and was close to the airport. The host arranged for taxi transfers, and had plenty of snacks, coffees, teas, water for our arrival.

We had an absolute amazing stay! Melinta and her family were so very helpful and accommodating. Melinta’s accommodations are the best I have been to so far. She even left a bottle of Greek wine in the fridge.💜 It was nice to be able to park the car, walk to the beach AND get really good food.🙂 We visited Acropolis and the Pantheon, which is less than an hour drive without all the hassle of staying in a big city like Athens.

We wanted a nice place to stay and relax before heading home to Kansas City USA after a seventeen-day Greek tour. This apartment was close to the airport and the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. This apartment is perfect in every way. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Candies, pastries, water, coffee, and tea were waiting for us upon arrival. We arrived and took a short walk to the beach where we had lunch. We walked around to see what the downtown area had to offer, bought some food items for dinner, and headed back to take a shower and relax. Our only disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer. We chose Melinta’s apartment because we needed a place to stay for one night near the airport (15 minute Uber drive). It’s a beautiful, large apartment with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need and the beds are comfortable. We walked to a nice beach area for dinner. There were many restaurants to choose from and a super market. We stayed here less than 24 hours our last night in Athens after returning from Crete the night before our flight back home. I selected this place because it was fairly close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The communication prior to arrival was great but upon arrival our hosts spoke very little English which was a bit awkward but it was fine. The place was very clean and well equipped as well as spacious. My only complaints are the air conditioner was in the main room so you have to leave the bedroom doors open to get cool air inside. Also, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I ended up trying to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. So unfortunately I did not get much rest. We did walk towards the beach in order to get to some restaurants for dinner but it was a bit farther than we thought. We decided it would be safer to get a taxi back to the house after dinner since it was dark and we really weren’t familiar with the area. Hosts left coffee, tea, breakfast treats, candies and waters in the fridge which was very thoughtful. It’s obvious they take excellent care of their property. Outdoor area with seating was nice. We didn’t really stay long enough to enjoy anything as this was just a place to lodge before our departure. It worked fine for our needs.

This is a beautiful property. We were thrilled with how comfortable and well appointed the apartment is. Melinta was so kind and thoughtful, leaving us fresh fruit and lemonade and a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the patio in the beautiful garden. She even offered to drive us to the airport because we had such an early flight. The apartment is 4 blocks from the beach with easy walking. The neighborhood is charming and the beach is a popular spot for locals so it is lively and fun. There are many seaside restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. The area is great and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

We were a family of four who stayed one night. The stay was excellent. The apartment is spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Melinta has thought of everything you might need down to complimentary water, breakfast snacks, fruit, toothbrushesand toothpaste!We had challenges with some of our luggage not making it from Milos to Athens (beware apparently this is a common issue with flights to/from the islands!). As such our arrival was later in the evening than expected. Melinta and her husband could not have been kinder!Many thanks Melinta!
