Visited 06/28/2025 - Family Suite on 6th floor. Rooms/Suite we stayed in was very nice and clean as were all common areas (lobbies, waiting areas, breakfast area, and parking deck). Mostly nice and attentive staff. Only two pools were heated (the two 4-feet deep pools). All of the other pools were very cold and NOT heated (kids splash pad, kids 1-foot pool, both lazy rivers, and the adults outdoor pool all were NOT heated), so my 6 and 3 year old kids did not want to use the “kids splash pad nor the 1-foot pool, nor the la y rivers” because of how cold they were. There is NO kids playground on property. The walking areas around the pools were not washed in the mornings as I’ve seen at other hotels and resorts, it was not terrible but it would be a good practice to keep them cleaned up. Overall I’m rating this resort at 3.5 out of 5.

It was so great being right on the beach and the view from the room was great! The food in the restaurant was excellent. I did think it steep to charge $25/day for parking.

I cannot say enough about how awesome this hotel was! We’ve been to Myrtle Beach several times and usually stay further south but we chose this one since we were staying such weird days. Check in process was easy and simple and our room was right next to the top of the parking garage, making it easy to get everything inside. Pools felt amazing and a lot of variety to choose from. Beach access and the views were great too! And the food!! Breakfast was really good but you better get there early unless you want a long wait and the restaurant there has some great chicken tender and quesadillas! Would definitely come back!

I was very disappointed that they now charge for parking. I was also disappointed in how nasty the pools were. There was so much sand and trash in the pools. We were there since Sunday and did not see anyone cleaning the pools until yesterday and the kiddie pool didn't get cleaned until this morning. We had pet hair on everything and we did not take a pet. You now have to get beach towels from a machine and they are charging $25 per towel if a beach towel is not returned. This must have been an issue but seems rather ridiculous. We took our own beach towels so this was not an issue for us. The access to the beach and area to wash sand off your feet was a sandy mudhole. There was no way to get around not stepping in it. Last time we stayed, two years ago, it was fantastic which is why we chose to stay there again. However, I'm not sure we will go back due to some of the uncleanliness and extra expenses. There were definitely still some positives. The staff were all very friendly that we encountered. The a/c worked great. Great view of the ocean. Breakfast was good and staff were great about cleaning off tables and restocking food. Beds were comfortable.

The property has pools onsite and the beach so you have the best of both worlds. The breakfast in the morning was good and if you wanted to bring stuff up to your room for later you were able to. The location is pretty accessible to other places to eat and they had some little shops nearby as well. The airport is only 5 mins away from the hotel and if you feel like taking a 20 min walk there was a carnival going on that is open during the season.

Our room had mold all over the ceiling. We didn’t notice until late the first night. Reported this first to a room cleaner the next morning. Probably not her job. When we got ready to leave to go shopping I. Reported to front desk. They did ask if we needed to change rooms,but since we were leaving the next morning I declined. They did send maintenance who came right away. He confirmed mold and also tried to tighten loose commode. He said there had been a large pipe that had busted on 11th floor several weeks ago. In hind site we should have changed rooms but 3 senior women didn’t want to pack everything back up and move.

Our first room 1132 had trash in front of the door in the hallway, dead roaches and smelled like cat urine. I took the trash down to the desk clerk and asked for another room which we received room 1140. This room did not have roaches but the floor was filthy and there was an old pillow with a layer of dust and dirt under one of the beds. Reluctantly we stayed in that room as we needed to be back on the road early Sunday morning. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of the beach as there appeared to be a homeless hotel to the north of the hotel. The only positive I can say is the pool area looked nice. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The hotel was okay, family friendly. There are a series of pools and kid area. We were pleasantly surprised with that. However, our room's ceiling was covered in mold. The carpet was clearly wet. And the bedding was damp. Yes, humidity can cause this, but this was more than humidity and lacked maintenance. Our door was also broken/misaligned, and we had to break in/out each time we opened it. The door draft strip was broken and you could see right out into the hallway or could look in. We stuck a towel down when we were in the room. The hotel staff was polite and said they'd address it. We were only staying two days. If we were there longer, we would have insisted on a different room. We had family staying in other rooms that had similar complaints though, so I'm not sure a different room would have corrected the mold issue.

Our stay was delightful. Room was clean and bright, sometimes a little too bright. There were no night lights in the room. Would have been nice to not have the super bright bathroom lights when answering those "night calls"

The title of the room DIDN’T match the actual room we received. It said 1 bedroom with a sofa couch and we received a king studio where there wasn’t any rooms and there wasn’t a sleeper sofa like stated.

The hotel was good and the staff was pleasant. Felt the room was a bit tight for four people but clean and manageable. Air conditioning in the room was noisy and fan in the bathroom was noisy and didn’t seem to be very efficient. Bathroom could use more hooks for towels as there was only one. Three more hooks were located in the room above a table and a mirror behind the door to the room was in and odd spot. Mini fridge and a table with two chairs which were located infront of the mirror made that area of the room feel crammed. Better space planning might want to considered for a room like this in the future.

The location was ideal, right on the beach, and close to several attractions with a short drive. The housekeeping staff didn’t have time to clean the room every other day, as was scheduled. We had to get new towels, and bathroom tissue from housekeeping personnel, as we spotted them in the hallway, and from the front desk. We had to bag our own trash. We received a $25.00 restaurant coupon for our inconvenience.

i booked a reservation online, we get to hotel and walk into the room and it’s not the same room as it was shown online, i went and said something to the front desk, what they told me was “oh i thought we took all those pictures down, they have the wrong pictures on the wrong room. when we checked in the lady at the front desk, said that she would change our rooms but they didn’t have anything available, but i looked on there the next day and it showed they had four that was available, instead we had to be crowned in a hotel room for a week, with 3 adults one child and a dog, i also bought all this stuff expecting to have a kitchen where i could put everything at so that we wouldn’t have to eat out durning the week, and because of that i didn’t have the space for everything.

We needed a one night stop over as we were traveling south. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Our room was upgraded and fabulous! The bar offered great drink specials and delicious crab legs! The free breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. Everything was kept clean and orderly. The people working here were some of the nicest I've ever met!

Horrible check in. Room wasn’t ready. Manager Tristan used excuse that she had 145 rooms and only 5 people cleaning them. Room was adequate. Old couch horribly uncomfortable, shower door took two of us to open and close, beds were comfortable, trash bags in corridor in front of garbage room. Breakfast a disaster. So crowded, dirty tables, by the time they replenish food and everyone runs up there, it was gone again. One choice of eggs and kielbasa. Kielbasa… really? What about bacon or sausage? Strange offering I thought. That’s it for hot food. Unless you want to wait in the longest line for pancakes. I was looking forward to this stay because views are beautiful. Easy to walk around and walk beach. Plenty of pools and a couple hot tubs. Even had cornhole to play. Nice bar too. Parking garage was of course crowded and spots were so close together. So many big cars took two places up bc they parked over the lines. Overall not happy with stay here for price but I am particular.

Jennifer greeted us very warmly, huge smile and statements of welcome. The room has a few needs, the air conditioning doesn’t work properly after a while it increases in temperature so I woke several times from being too warm. The bathroom needs attention as one of the handicap bars isn’t on properly. I think a towel bar as well as a few more hooks would be very helpful. In the room above the luggage rack a clothes bar for hanging suites or dresses would be great. Also an additional chair would be great. The views were incredible and the pools were perfect clean and comfortably heated. Breakfast was great, really appreciated all the choices.

The hotel was nice and very clean. I had called on the arrival date and let them know I wouldn't be checking in until 4am. When we arrived, there were prostitutes near the entrance to the parking garage. Michelle checked us in, used my driver's license as ID, it took longer than expected and she never mentioned any issues. She charged us for parking (expected), and we went to our room. A few hours later, we had a very nice included breakfast, returned to the room and then went to the beach. When we returned to the room, we were locked out. I spoke with Ian at the desk and he stated that no one was checked into our room and he had no record of our reservation. Once I stated the reservation was made through Expedia, there was a change in attitude. It became no longer their responsibility. He eventually found that we had been checked in under another name in a different room. He fixed our key cards, demanded I return with my driver's license for their records. No apology of any kind, said or implied. When we checked out the following day, I explained to the person at the desk what happened, and again when Expedia entered the conversation, all responsibilities of the hotel went out the door. An off handed apology was given. I witnessed six drug deals from our balcony and the dealers were there all day.

We only stayed here for one night. The hotel is beginning to show its age a little bit. However, the check-in staff was extremely friendly. The view on the ocean front side is beautiful and overall we had a good stay. Location is great. It’s right on the south end of the strip. So it’s close enough to walk and get to everything but it’s not where all of the people are hanging out all night.

I like the pools and beech access. Breakfast buffet was good. Views from the balcony were amazing. But at night I did not feel safe walking about off hotel property. Seemed to be a lot of drug addicts and homeless people. It’s close to the airport. But not exactly close to the main attractions of Myrtle Beech. It wasn’t a bad stay. I went solo. There were a lot of families there. And their kids really seemed to enjoy the pools. I went during Labor Day weekend. So it was busy.

The property has pools onsite and the beach so you have the best of both worlds. The breakfast in the morning was good and if you wanted to bring stuff up to your room for later you were able to. The location is pretty accessible to other places to eat and they had some little shops nearby as well. The airport is only 5 mins away from the hotel and if you feel like taking a 20 min walk there was a carnival going on that is open during the season.

You have to pay for parking in their garage now. That was an expense we didn’t expect. My daughter drove her car too. That was almost $300 for our vehicles for 5 days. We loved our room - superb view of the ocean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a disappointment. Although there is variety in the hot food offerings, it is all reheated processed foods - nothing freshly made off a grill or out of a skillet. There is fresh whole fruit available, but nothing organic and no whole grain offerings, so if you want a healthy breakfast, be prepared to go out.

Had some issues with the room but nothing really to complain about. Couldn’t close the shower door all the way , so I had to leave it cracked. Feel free to check, room 370. I cannot say enough about how awesome this hotel was! We’ve been to Myrtle Beach several times and usually stay further south but we chose this one since we were staying such weird days. Check in process was easy and simple and our room was right next to the top of the parking garage, making it easy to get everything inside. Pools felt amazing and a lot of variety to choose from. Beach access and the views were great too! And the food!! Breakfast was really good but you better get there early unless you want a long wait and the restaurant there has some great chicken tender and quesadillas! Would definitely come back!

We came down from Durham for a model show. The room was perfect and the staff helped us to combine two different 1 day stays into one combined stay in the same room. Super service. We also tremendously enjoyed the on site restaurant, Reel. The food was excellent, the service great and the prices very reasonable. We loved it. The room was fabulous overlooking the ocean and we really enjoyed sitting on the veranda, so much that we didn't even walk on the beach

Overall this hotel was a nice stay. The breakfast was okay, but very crowded, so sometimes there was a little wait for them to refill things. The thing that bothered me the most was that there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. That should be a small fix, but would make a big difference.

Staff at breakfast were very helpful and cheerful. I was surprised that our sheets were never changed for the four days we were there. Painters were on our floor, and though they were courteous, tracks were all over the carpet and wet towels were down at the doors for them to wipe their feet. I think our friends and us, two couples were the only ones on our floor (4th) With that much noise and painting, I think we should have been on another floor. I had requested a bath to accommodate my needs as I am 80 and have serious arthritis, but that didn't happen. I was offered another room but we only had one more day. We liked an inside restaurant and ice cream place. The outside grounds were lovely. Beachfront is breathtaking. We loved our view from the balcony. Had a lot of things wrong , no access to safe , no hairdryer, no lightbulb in a lamp , only 2 bath towels , one roll of toilet paper. The staff were very helpful but I think some employees dropped the ball after I mention these since nothing was done until I went to the front desk 3 times . The staff were very helpful but I think some employees dropped the ball after I mention these since nothing was done until I went to the front desk 3 times . They staff was giving me things one at a time otherwise we had a nice stay in Myrtle Beach.
