Bright & clean hotel; friendly staff; good pool and hot tub. Very nice rooms (though the kitchen is really small). Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was decent, though the coffee was not great. Note that renovations are expected so it may be noisy for much of 2024. Would definitely stay here (and at others of this brand) again!

We were in town for a kids tournament. It was very easy to find, easy to park, easy and fast check in. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The clean pool was also a big hit. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loves this hotel. Only down side was children above us running around till 10 pm in a few nights. We stayed 6 nights. Hotels should ask when booking if people have children and then put them on ground level.other than that this was a great hotel and fantastic breakfast.

This is a go to place when you would like to enjoy a day in Sylvan Lake for a picnic. It’s 18 minutes away from the lake. The place is well maintained and relaxed atmosphere after a busy day at the lake especially for families. The rooms are equipped with basic kitchen utensils for a longer stay even. A truly home away from home. The breakfast has several choices and and their 24 hour coffee and tea beverage ( complimentary) in the lobby and little kiosk for snacks for a charge and some basic medicine is convenient as well.

Loved our stay here. Me and my friend met in the middle in Red Deer to give our kids a few days to spend together before school starts and they had a blast. The two bedroom suite was perfect! Full kitchen was such a great thing to have. Location was perfect as we hopped on the highway and went to Sylvan and Canyon. Staff were awesome. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was great each morning. 5 stars across the board!

There was nothing about this place that was just ok, nor was there anything that was outstanding. We had the two bedroom which was nice and spacious and a full kitchen which was nice. Our toilet was a 1.6 gallon per flush model and it struggled to rinse everything down, especially the paper itself which was frustrating to say the least. The tv in the living area was the smallest of the three in the suite which was odd to us, but these rooms likely cater to transient workers, not couples like us. The breakfast was ok, but there seemed to be a premium on the boiled eggs as we could only ever get one each at the most. Caterpillars where everywhere the parking lot and at the front entrance which was a little offputting, a broom occasionally would make the entryway a little more pleasing. Some restaurants close by which is always appreciated. Would we stay again, we’d probably try elsewhere next time.

Our toilet was a 1.6 gallon per flush model and it struggled to rinse everything down, especially the paper itself which was frustrating to say the least. The tv in the living area was the smallest of the three in the suite which was odd to us, but these rooms likely cater to transient workers, not couples like us. The breakfast was ok, but there seemed to be a premium on the boiled eggs as we could only ever get one each at the most. Caterpillars where everywhere the parking lot and at the front entrance which was a little offputting, a broom occasionally would make the entryway a little more pleasing. Some restaurants close by which is always appreciated. Would we stay again, we’d probably try elsewhere next time.
