Beautiful old style decor in the lobby / entrance area. Walkable to everything downtown. Very clean room. Parking can be a challenge as there is only a small lot making street parking your only other option. Only 2 coffee pods available with no decaf option. The toilet seat did not fit properly so it slid to the side when seated.

This was a fabulous place to stay in Moose Jaw. Rooms very nice, comfortable beds & pillows. Central location made it very easy to walk to local shops. Only criticism is the parking area. Stalls are very tight. I have a mid size SUV and had a couple of times where I actually wasn’t able to exit my vehicle even with the adjacent vehicles technically in their spot. Parking lot was overflowing on the weekend making it difficult to even drive into the parking area.

I love this hotel. The atmosphere is perfect and the staff made the stay great. They were able to answer any questions I had about the city and gave me great suggestions for places to visit while here. The only downside that I experienced is the lack of parking at the hotel. Even though I paid for parking I was not always assured a parking space in their lot. So I did have to go move my vehicle early in the morning so I did not get a ticket. This hotel is a must visit.

Beautiful old building. Rooms are smaller but are unique. Staff were friendly. On the down side there is quite limited parking as the lot is small. The lot also has a very limited number of electrified parking spots which on a very cold night was not nearly adequate for the size of the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and immaculate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was limited, but we managed. I would recommend this hotel, but would not recommend dining here. Our calamari and lamb were both undercooked. The food is terribly expensive compared to the same meals in other restaurants, and not of superior quality in comparison.

Very cool place to stay! The lobby was beautiful and well kept. I think the room could have been a little cleaner- the rug could have been vacuumed better and the bathroom could have be a bit cleaner but overall I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful historic hotel with such friendly staff. It was clean for the most part (although there was a hair upon arrival in our shower and smeared foundation makeup on the bathroom door). The bed was comfy and there’s a yummy restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel itself is a beautiful Victorian grand dame with a stunning lobby and accoutrements. While the room was lovely and the furniture was very nice, many things irked. - The shower stall is not fit for humans. Literally. Banging arms against the walls, the shower, in the middle of the stall, was too short. A towel rack, one presumes, was perched above the shower head and fell off the wall, the fasteners loose. Who this was made for, and made poorly, I cannot say. Completely inadequate. - Weird TV placement, orthogonal to the bed. - No housekeeping unless requested. Annoying when staff cannot even tape the broken sign together. - No accommodation by staff to use a microwave. No microwave for heating one's own food. Unacceptable. - Insufficient electrical outlets, all of which were used by in room appliances. One had to unplug something in order to plug in your own device.

We rented the suite. It was very roomy. Comfortable bed. Downfall was the street noise and the curtains are NOT blackouts. So the whole suite was not dark at all. Then what blinds are on the windows don’t open to have a look out the three large windows in the room.

This was our first time there. The hotel is neat but there was no A/C our room was 75 upon arrival and only moved down to 73 after 2 days. They gave us 2 fans which helped a little but it was too hot for us. The staff was nice, apologetic but not knowledgeable on the A/C. They offered to move us to a double bed room, we booked a king deluxe so not interested in that. For $200/ night I expect better. I do not think we will return.

We only spent a quick night here after our Halloween Party but man was it a wonderful room to come back to. The bed was SUPER comfy and the amenities in the room were incredible ESPECIALLY the shower. The staff were also all wonderful, very friendly and approachable! Will definitely stay here again!

It was not bad but, below my expectation. The lobby was well renovated but not the room. The shower box was so small and not comfortable washroom in total. The vanity was old style but not good quality. The AC had a terrible sound so, I had to shut it off to be able to sleep but, the windows were solid and be able to open. In total, I was not 100% happy with my stay.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, and the listing clearly stated it was for 2 double rooms. However, when I arrived to check in, the hotel informed me that this was a mistake, and they could only provide 1 room. This was extremely disappointing and not what I had paid for. The reception staff were unhelpful and did not offer a suitable solution or compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service

One of our rooms wasn’t ready for 1.5 hours after. We were to get a call and did not get one. Had to call and they said they forgot. Room thermostat and tv did not work properly. Was over charged by nearly $10 for our room from quote. Not happy.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed it thoroughly. My only hesitation in not giving it 5 was I found the male at the check in desk arrogant and rude. Not a good first impression. All other staff were pleasant and polite.

Staff was excellent - very knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was very clean - we were given an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. We found a number of good restaurants in the area and within walking distance. We enjoyed the tunnel tours. Overall, a great experience.

This was my second time staying at the Grant Hall. It’s a fantastic location right downtown, across from Crescent Park and close to the Casino and other downtown attractions. It’s a wonderful old hotel and the rooms have been nicely updated. The only issue I had was with the parking. It seems there’s *just* enough parking so if you’re arriving back at the hotel later in the evening, it might be difficult to find a spot. Fortunately the staff are pretty friendly and helpful if you need helping finding space!

The ladies at check in were the friendliest people I’ve ever met! We were able to park our car early and go out exploring. Our room is beautiful and comfortable. Walking distance to many great things and we are so thankful that we chose to stay in this luxurious and classic hotel!

I found that the parking lotbis at back of building with a ramp to go into the hotel. I didnt feel safe walking to my car during daylight hours. Dome unsavory persons around when checking in adked where the tunnels were. Was tild next block over. When in reality it was two or more blocks over.

We were on a sightseeing trip with friends. The hotel is downtown and within walking distance of a lot of things to do and a lot of great places to eat. From the moment you walk through the door, the ambiance is very pleasant and relaxing. The staff are amazing, the restaurant and staff there were top notch and the rooms are a great size and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again

Beautiful old style decor in the lobby / entrance area. Walkable to everything downtown. Very clean room. Parking can be a challenge as there is only a small lot making street parking your only other option. Only 2 coffee pods available with no decaf option. The toilet seat did not fit properly so it slid to the side when seated.

We were welcomed so nicely by Regina, who was at the front desk. The only thing that I was disappointed by was the restaurant. I was pretty excited about the meal that I would have based on previous reviews, and I was pretty disappointed with the meal that I was presented. The server, though was very gracious and offered to replace my mail with something else and the second plate that I was given was so much better so I do appreciate her graciousness.

The hotel was beautiful and immaculate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was limited, but we managed. I would recommend this hotel, but would not recommend dining here. Our calamari and lamb were both undercooked. The food is terribly expensive compared to the same meals in other restaurants, and not of superior quality in comparison.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel the staff are very friendly. Our only complaint was the time that the room is cleaned. The room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon after many requests to have it done. The reason we were told is that they had to clean first rooms that had been vacated. Surely the rooms that are occupied should have priority?

Amazing price to stay in this heritage hotel. Beautifully furnished, modern bathrooms, and very comfortable bed! Friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. We did have a problem with some of our amenities in 303. The tv picture and sound was weird, the Keuring didn't work, and the lock on our door was fussy to unlock, but these were minor inconveniences that did not really matter to us. The walls were thin but everything quieted down at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had breakfast in the dining room. I’m very fussy about my hollandaise sauce for eggs Benedict, theirs did not disappoint. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw close to the tunnels and the spa and shopping. The staff went above and beyond. All of us girls had a great time in Moose Jaw

After reading about the renovations we decided to cancel the hotel we had booked and book the Grant. So happy we did. Old world charm greets you, the gemtleman that greeted us on the front desk was very helpful and we were given an unsolicited upgrade. The room we had booked was great (another couple woth us had one) but the upgraded room was amazing. Bed comfy, shower Great, very quiet, ample room, amazing breakfast and a brilliant location. Breakfast made so much better by Melonie our server who not only took part in our banter but gave it back 10 fold! Had us all laughing. Will definitely be back.
