Sauberes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Innerhalb von... 10 Gehminuten im Zentrum 5 Gehminuten Am Hafen für die Fähren, 5 Gehminuten zum Airportbus (Alibus), sowie Supermärkte und ATM vor der Türe. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug und dank eigenem Schlüssel 24/7 zugänglich.

La posizione è centrale e davvero comoda. La camera è carina e spaziosa. Purtroppo la pulizia in generale è approssimativa e nel bagno è totalmente insufficiente.

La struttura non corrisponde affatto alle foto presenti online. Il letto è usurato, il bagno scrostato. Il palazzo in cui si trovano alcune delle camere (tra cui la mia) è fatiscente. Il personale è del tutto assente e per nulla disponibile. Vengono addebitati costi mai indicati nel preventivo, senza alcuna giustificazione. Sconsiglio vivamente!

The room was spacious and clean to a high standard. The balcony was very pleasant- very wide and sunny with a good view over the harbour and surrounding area.

First of all, the reception is not in the same building, ok, i had to read the small text . Second, there were 3 ladies at reception, they let us do the check-in on tablet, which didnt work. Then we had to wait for like 30 minutes until they finally did all the work needed, with faces lime we were burden. They took 5€ for cleaning, i had seen many rooms, however this wasnt clean at all. And there were some bugs in bathroom, i didnt take a picture of. I wouldnt recommend this experience from the begining until the end. At he end they took the deposit from our card. I dont know why, hopefully i would get the answer tommorow. I would recommend to hire new staff - at reception and also to clean.

Foto delle camere incongruenti a ciò che sono realmente, ho prenotato una camera “doppia deluxe, letto king e balcone” nei servizi offerti c’erano il bidè, mini frigo, cassaforte e altre cose che non sto cui a elencare, nessuno di essi era presente nella stanza da me prenotata. Chiedendo spiegazioni al personale, oltre essere risultato scortese mi è stato detto “non tutte le stanze hanno gli stessi comfort, l’assegnazione è casuale, lei ha la vista mare che altri non hanno” mi sono trattenuta dal rispondere che della vista mare non me ne faccio assolutamente nulla se devono levarmi cose essenziali come: bidè,letto grande, mini frigo ecc. Presenza di muffa nella doccia e porte macchiate da non si sa cosa, con ciò la stanza risulta sporca e poco curata. Cauzione di 200 €, inutile, anche perché cosa si potrebbe mai rovinare in un “”””hotel””” che di per se sta già cadendo a pezzi?

The room was clean and tidy . However, there was a strong smell of sewage inside the room , which made it unbearable to sleep in during night .

La struttura ha una posizione strategica. Il problema proprio insopportabile è l’odore di fogna che esce dalla doccia: al mattino dovevamo aprire la porta-finestra della camera e la porta del bagno per diversi minuti prima di poter entrare. Per il resto, la camera era abbastanza spartana, direi nella media per il basso prezzo pagato. Reception e camera si trovano in due edifici diversi. Le camere non sono in hotel, ma sono degli appartamenti senza reception. Il servizio di accoglienza è stato rapido e cordiale. Lenzuola di alta qualità non molto vero e il lenzuolo copri materasso copriva a malapena il materasso, che veniva facilmente scoperto. Accessori per te/caffè non presenti e neanche servizio in camera. Rubinetti abbastanza scrostati. Si sente tutto tra una camera e quella affianco.

Ich war äußerst unzufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel aus mehreren Gründen: 1. **Falsche Preisangaben**: Der Zimmerpreis, der bei Expedia angegeben war, betrug 144 € für 2 Nächte pro Zimmer. Ich hatte zwei Zimmer gebucht und bei Expedia bereits 98,38 € pro Zimmer bezahlt. Laut Expedia sollte ich im Hotel noch 46 € pro Zimmer bezahlen. Vor Ort musste ich jedoch für ein Zimmer 303 € und für das andere 263,72 € bezahlen, wobei in beiden Beträgen 200 € Kaution enthalten sind. Ohne die Kaution hätte ich nur noch 92 € zahlen müssen, tatsächlich habe ich aber 166,72 € bezahlt – eine Differenz von 74,72 €, die mir zu viel berechnet wurden. 2. **Falsche Adresse**: In meiner Reisebestätigung wurde die Adresse Piazza Giovanni Bovio 22, scala B, 80133 Naples, Italien angegeben. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass unsere Zimmer 20 Minuten entfernt von dieser Adresse lagen. Dies ist äußerst irreführend, da ich das Hotel aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage gewählt hatte und nun jedes Mal ein Taxi nehmen oder 20 Minuten länger laufen musste. 3. **Schlechter Zustand der Zimmer**: In den Bädern herrschte ein widerlicher Geruch, der aus den Abflüssen kam, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm machte. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund der falschen Preisangaben, der irreführenden Adresse und des schlechten Zustands der Zimmer keineswegs empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass zukünftige Gäste durch meine Erfahrungen vorgewarnt sind und eine bessere Wahl treffen können.

Adress in the ad is not the same as the hotel, dirty room and service that seemed like they wanted to argue. Still haven’t gotten back my deposit after 14 days, havent heard from them. Will never book here again

The room you “booked” is not what you get. You get instructions on what to do. Once you do the instructions and go to your accommodation there is a separate sign and QR code that says this is the wrong place, you have to go somewhere else to get your actual instructions. It’s a bit of a scam/ game. I met other people who were at the reception (Turkish guy who I helped translate what was going on) who said the same thing but there was nothing any of us could do about it. There’s a cleaning fee they also charge you in cash only because they don’t want record of it (separate of the tourist/ hotel tax). They say it’s a combination of both. Worst part is Expedia knows of this and the agent on live chat told me Expedia can’t do anything about this scam. I took some videos and photos of how dirty and bad this place is but Expedia doesn’t seem to care either. There are other reviews saying the same thing as this too upon further review. If Expedia cared they would have done something about this already. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you are looking for the human touch, dont go here and be ready to walk from one place to the other. The bed was uncomfortable, but the room and towels were clean.

Me encantó porq esta súper ubicado, en pleno centro de Nápoles, cerca de lo más visitable! A parte, las recámaras son nuevas y están súper bonitas! Quizás el edificio es feo, pero el área donde están las recámaras está muy moderno!

Horrible check in and navigation services. Hard to get to. Room smelled like new paint and was not properly ventilated. No security no peephole

Si bien la ubicación es buena, el estado y el confort que ofrecen es desastroso. Estuvimos 4 noches sin agua caliente, sin calefacción, el wifi solo funcionó un solo día, habiendo hecho los reclamos correspondientes y no dieron respuesta alguna. Para nada recomendable!

Das Zimmer lag am Anfang des Ganges, wo jeder durchlaufen musste. Türe klemmte/laut. Fön defekt. Fernseher sehr klein, darum gar nicht erst ausprobiert.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM ALERT! I checked out May 28th, and it is now July 23rd. I have not received my deposit back. I messaged the company directly prior to even staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to stay as I had already reserved the room. The company responded to my concern by blaming me for booking with them. They didn’t care about who received their deposits or not, and they could not answer why they need to hold deposits for so long after guests have checked out. They even referred to customers as greedy because they could book the hotel cheaply. This leads me to believe that the deposit is intentionally treated as additonal income for them. This company does not return your $200 security deposit. They also make it their policy to intentionally hold your deposit for 15 to 30 working days. Why would a company need to hold your deposit that long? Most likely, this is the time needed for you to not to be able to dispute the charge with the bank. If you have not received your deposit, please email me at simplifyacct@gmail.com. I will be pursuing a complaint.

Awful customer service, check in woman is so rude. Plus they charge you €4 to hold a suitcase and €5 for a cleaning fee. Trying to charge for every little thing they can. Oh and they want this in cash.

Worst customer service ever. Even have a sign that says “the customer is not always right”. I’ve never had to pay a deposit to stay in a room before 200 euro is ridiculous. They also make you pay for extra fees in cash only. There were alot of disappointed people in reception. The reception was also a 20 minute walk from where I was staying. They also charged me double for city tax and cleaning as I was staying in a double bed room so they charged me for 2 people. Not worth the money at all - highly do not recommend.

Be warned: This hotel is not located at the address it claims. If you get there, they direct you to the "annex location" which you need a code to enter. They don't give you the code, and when you text them, they want to send you to a THIRD location. All of this in busy, downtown Napoli where driving is difficult. The locations are half a mile apart, so walking isn't a good option either. The people who run the restaurant next to the second location said that they are the only hotel in Napoli who behaves like this. We ended up just giving up and leaving town because the third location was just to get information for the second location, and we'd had enough. Now the hotel won't refund the room we never even got to see!

Beautiful high ceiling room in a good location. Extra beds were already laid out for my 2 young children. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Our room was in a block a short walk from the building the reception is in, but this was fine.

For a new traveller, using the QR code to check in and having to check in at a different address to the venue was a bit of a challenge. I couldn't find the check in address to check out and the process was a bit daunting. There were many people who were unaware of the requirement to provide a EU200 security deposit that would not be refunded until two weeks after checking out and were upset about the rule.

Terrible customer service. We extended for one night and they made us check out then check in again. Leave for 5 hours and charged us to leave our luggage. And wanted to charge us more to move to the other room before 3pm. This place does not know what customer services is. Would never stay in any of their properties.

I booked the day before. After locating the property from a back alley. Standing at the 3rd floor doorway, there was only a locked door and a qr code to scan. No staff, no reception, nothing. A staff member happened to arrive and unlocked the door but refused me entry. It was about 12:30 and she communicated 3pm check in. I tried to convey that my phone could not access the qr link and asked if i could leave my 50 kilos of baggage. I was told no, which is very unusual. I returned at 3 pm to find the exterior doors to the building closed and locked. I buzzed, called the # for assistance, attempted to message, without success. There is no onsite staff or assistance. Later at another accommodation and with wifi assistance, I located emails regarding remote check in procedure (probably what the qr link would have explained, if I'd had wifi to be able to access it). All staff, reception, and service are not on site and are remote. I was not aware I was required to access email, to check in. This process is new to me, foreign and frustrating. I've requested a refund and this is the 3rd day that I have not seen an email reply. Good thing this email reply isn't the check in process, it wouldn't have arrived until after my stay is over!

Måtte betale depositum for rommene på 200 euro hver. Rommene lå 15 min gange fra resepsjonen, og de hadde ikke skyss dit. Tungvint innsjekking, måtte laste ned masse greier, ta bilde av pass. Mer eller mindre selvbetjent Rommene i seg selv var rene og ok. Lite komfort.

Prenotato come se fosse un’hotel, infatti nel nome c’è scritto hotel, solo dopo pagato e ricevuto le mail di prenotazione e effettuato il pagamento si capisce che la prenotazione riporta ad una società che gestisce vari b&b, con sede dislocata, quindi niente di ciò che si aspetta da un Hotel. In tutti i casi provo a fare il check-in online ma alla fine del tutto mi richiede una cifra di prenotazione anche più alta della prenotazione stessa già pagata. Quindi obbligato ad andare in sede prima di raggiungere la struttura per completare il check-in. Una volta fatto il tutto leggendo il termine del check in ci accorgiamo che da piazza Bovio in oriento centro siamo stati spostasti in piazza mercato, due zone che messe a confronto sono il bianco e nero senza nulla togliere a Piazza Mercato. Ovviamente sempre un b&b e non Hotel con tutti i servizi annessi di una struttura che si chiami Hotel.

Posizione strategica vicino alla fermata metro Università. Nei dintorni bar , ristoranti e tour operator. Hotel qualità prezzo buono. Pulizia accettabile. Consigliato per il prezzo

Ao chegar para minha estadia, fui informado que o check-in deveria ser realizado em um local diferente do apartamento reservado. Esta informação não havia sido previamente comunicada, o que já começou a causar transtornos. Além disso, o apartamento citado na reserva não foi o mesmo onde fui hospedado. A localização do novo apartamento ficava em uma área completamente diferente da anunciada, e a distância entre os dois locais era significativa. Esse desvio inesperado resultou em uma demora absurda para chegar ao apartamento correto, gerando uma série de constrangimentos. Fui forçado a gastar tempo e dinheiro adicionais com transporte, o que não estava previsto no meu orçamento. Toda essa situação causou uma imensa frustração e estragou meus planos iniciais, afetando negativamente minha experiência de viagem. Além dos gastos desnecessários, a mudança repentina de local impactou o tempo de viagem, criando um estresse adicional. Toda a situação foi mal gerenciada, evidenciando uma falta de organização e comunicação por parte da administração do local. Essa experiência lamentável comprometeu seriamente a qualidade da minha estadia e deixou uma impressão muito negativa do serviço oferecido.

Definirlo hotel è per dì più con 4 stelle è improprio . Si tratta piuttosto si affittacamere . La mia stanza era situata in un appartamento all’interno dì un condominio senza la possibilità dì avere la colazione . Scarso rapporto qualità prezzo.
