Hôtel très accueillant très bien situé et surtout très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est particulièrement bienveillant et réactif à toute demande, sans différence de traitement entre les locaux et européens : un vrai avantage de se sentir bien accueilli, je recommande vivement !

That was one of the worst experiences ever. First, they gave me a room with a gross smell, which they quickly changed to another one that was okay, but the bathroom plumbing was all messed up. The rooftop had tennis and pool tables, which is fine, but the guests were so loud until 2 AM that I couldn't sleep. It was only one night, so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. I tried the breakfast since I missed it because of the late-night noise.

The room was clean and good. It’s a simple room but for me that’s perfect. The staff at the reception were very nice and serviceminded. I had a few nice chats with them and we connected very well. Also the staff that you meet in the restaurant were very friendly every morning. I got the feeling of that the cleaner at my floor was just nice to get money, not genuine, and got upset when i said i didn’t want my room to get cleaned. The staff selling tour guides were very eager to sell their things and didn’t seem like wanting to share too much about other cheaper alternatives. One of the them were nicer and more genuine than the other one and reckommended some local things for me. Overall I’m happy with my stay at Palm inn, and i would definately recommend it to a friend. Ps. You have sea view and pool if you go to the roof top.
