I LOVED staying here. I did not want to leave. Having a washer and dryer was awesome! The gym was perfection. One night I watched Harry Potter on a giant screen while I sat in the hot tub ❤️❤️.

Property was nice. Pre Check-in was a nightmare. Parking was also tricky. The gym was nice. The pool was very nice.

The check-in procedure was actually quite simple and we loved all of the amenities included in the room, such as a full-size kitchen, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and well equipped bathroom.

Enjoyed the room, very comfortable and well appointed with supplies. The property was nice, great location close to the airport. Only issues were parking - I paid for parking but the first night when I arrived (late flight) there were no spaces available so I had to park in a free, unsecured lot that was a considerable distance away and haul all my stuff back. The second night I managed to snag the last available parking spot. The room was overlooking a main road that was quite noisy all night but some white noise took care of it. In spite of this minor issues, I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property with full kitchens and comfortable beds. The apartments are spacious and equipped with everything I needed for my stay (laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, cookware, blender, etc.). I liked having access to the fitness center and pool. This was my second stay, and I've already booked another one!

Liked the way the kitchen was set up with appliances (toaster, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine) and a bit extra. Loved the indoor washer and dryer. Loved the outdoor grill and hangout area. Great proximity to the peppermill. Parking was confusing at the beginning but overall convenient. Loved the fact that we could access what we needed from a pantry. Didn't like that pool was away from residence. Pool loungers were dirty and outdoor TV was broken and only played tennis. Didn't like that we couldn't use the outdoor pizza oven.

Excellent communication with clear instructions on how to access parking and room. Mobile key works great as well. The site is well manages. Mobile app works well for check in and check out as well as access to the room.

Easy check in. The bed was low and a little too hard for my personal liking. The kitchen has just necessities and if you use the Keurig, be careful, the coffee will fill to the very top of mug provided. The pool area with the clubhouse is very nice. We enjoyed grilling, billards, foosball and a swim. Nice gym also.

During my two week stay originally, it was great. I booked it again a few days later thinking the stay would be great again. Unfortunately, bed bug bites started to appear on my body. Not knowing if they were from my other stay for a few days, or at Kasa/Reno, I decided to search and inspect my new room. After staying in the room for a couple days, of course the room was infested! Gross for my wife and I.
During my two week stay originally, it was great. I booked it again a few days later thinking the stay would be great again. Unfortunately, bed bug bites started to appear on my body. Not knowing if they were from my other stay for a few days, or at Kasa/Reno, I decided to search and inspect my new room. After staying in the room for a couple days, of course the room was infested! As mentioned to the management, dishwasher leaked all over the floor, shower volume was so low that it was difficult to get wet,shower curtain was extremely short, causing water spillage on floor, previous tenant left trash in room, room smelled, and I checked under the bed and it was very dirty so I cleaned it myself, etc. Don’t like this place.

Clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Appreciated having a dishwasher and laundry in the unit (with provided laundry and dishwasher soap). Gated parking and short distance to car charger. Felt safe here. Kasa was very responsive via text. Would definitely stay here again.

New apartment, clean room, spaceous. However, ceiling fan in bathroom is broken and there aren't much counter-top and table-tope space to put towels and clothes in the bathroom, despite there is so much space... Usually there are towel bars and towel racks, but no, only 3 towel hooks. There is only 1 sink in the bathroom in a 2 bedroom unit. I don't understand their bathroom design, so much empty space wasted. The room is next to Virginia Street, and sometimes cars on the road are loud even at late night (loud music, loud engine)... But it should be quieter for rooms not facing Virginia Street. Parking in gated area (need to pay), easy check-in with key codes, common area clean and new. Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, bowls, plates. Has cooktop, microwave, refrigerator. Bed and sofa are comfortable. Overall good experience.

This place is fairly nice, geared toward short or medium stay guests. The furnishings were decent, but basically IKEAlevel and comfort. The hallways inside the building could definitely use some carpeting to keep the noise level down as people are coming and going to their rooms. And we could easily hear people talking and arguing in the unit next door. The gate code did not work when we drove up, so we had to park and go through the building's front entry along the street in order to get to our unit and the key fobs for the gate to the parking lot.

Spacious, clean aparthotel. Located on a busy street but we found it to be very quiet. In a great location because of the good eats (and great coffee) spots in Midtown Reno. For a place that sleeps two couples comfortably, it needed 4 plates and 4 bowls (there were only 3 plates and 2 bowls). Communication was good when we had a problem with the dishwasher.

Very clean and lots of room. 2 bd 2 bath - worked out perfect. Enough privacy - except location on the ground floor was not optimal with very loud street car noise. Prob why they have earplugs and sleep masks. It would be great if the people who design the rooms looked at the privacy and comfort. Having the curtains draw upwards on the bottom floor would allow light and sustain privacy. Directions were clever and easy to follow with the pics. Missing in room was a multi cleaner spray, Kleenex and enough toilet paper. 5 day stay - 4 rolls tight. Nit-picky - check lights (spot not working in closet), rug corner curled up and they want you to fill out a maintenance form. Uhhh - no.

the good: clean room, except for the moldy shower curtain, appliances all worked fine, room smelled fine unlike a previous stay in april when air freshener was overpowering the bad: internet was terrible - i couldn’t even facetime one person with no other internet in use, beds were uncomfortable but not horrible, pillows were awful, there is not enough or any sound proofing and the people above me woke me up at 6-7am several days and sounded like kids running and playing, they kept asking for my license plate in the days before i arrived even though i indicated i did not have it since i was renting a car after flying in and when i arrived and tried to add my plate it just errored and said i couldn’t enter it the unacceptable: we received a text an hour before check in time with the building code but no room code or parking gate code so when we arrived we had one of three codes needed, we were lucky i guess that one of the lot automatic gates was open so we got into the lot but after coming and going several times we found that particular gate was always open so not secure at all, i used the virtual front desk to reach out and it took about 45 mins to hear from someone to get the room code while we waited in the hallway, they gave the two of us one roll of toilet tissue for 5 days- yikes! - and finally they accused us of smoking in the room at 12:35 am when we were not and we hate smoke and threatened to kick us out over it when their sensor malfunctioned will not stay again!!

Property was nice, new clean and safe. Unfortunately our unit was on the street side and there is ZERO insulation in the walls or windows. The traffic noise was horrendous until the early hours of the morning. Beds were comfy but it didn’t matter- even with ear plugs in it was too noisy to get sleep.

The shower in the single room is VERY small and if you need to shave your legs ladies your outta luck. But other than that we were super happy with the room. Would totally stay there again in a room with the bigger shower

The bed had a large dent in the mattress in the center that I would roll into, and the room had really weirdly blue tinted LED lights that made it look like a horror movie inside.

Have stayed at Kasa Archive twice and it has been a great experience. Only downfall was front apartments are on Virginia Street and the noise is distracting at night if you are a light sleeper. I requested a quieter room but it was not honored.

Parking & check in was confusing, and not well communicated. 3 different pass codes (one for parking, one for building and one for room). All of which is (on its' face) fine---but the communication of these different codes was not at all clear or intuitive

Nice new apartment, well equiped. Miserable process to register to stay there. Upload this, photo that, youd think you were staying in a federal secure facitily. Then no map to property, but dozens of photos of how to access. So try standing out in the freezing cold and snow trying to enter the code. I had to call the help for about the 10th time. Later I found a photo of the small entry key pad next to the regular one, but it was buried in the dozens of photos and texts i received! Ive rented all over the world and never had this complicated a process!

A few texts were not timely and contained misinformation. Fortunately my car was not towed but both texts came too late for me to act on that information.

A la carte pricing. You want to check in before 4pm that will be $51.50. You want parking that will be $21. If you didn't find a parking space early in the day and keep it there was absolutely NO parking short of paying. The arrival instructions were way to complex and the unit was difficult to find. The air conditioning vent in the room vented directly onto the bed. When it ran during the night there was a constant cycling of bed sheets on and then off as the room changed temperature. Freezing one moment and warm later. We were given a disabled person's bathroom. The shower had a fold down bench that consumed a considerable amount of room and it had one of those hand held shower heads that mounts so low it basically points at your chest. Annoying. Our room was on the first floor and the windows were adjacent to the parking lot forcing keeping the window shades closed as there seemed to always be someone standing just outside. On the positive side the building complex is new and clean if rather devoid of any charm. An industrial design that is off-putting. Great coffee shop though in the main green space area. Those that are serious about their coffee will like this place. All in all not a bad place to stay, just too many things that were irritating.

The apartment was clean and spacious the only issues I had was the TV in the lounge kept turning off and the check in instructions weren’t very clear also whilst I was there the evacuation alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had no idea where the the evac area was as I didn’t see any instructions anywhere in the property. Overall my stay was very good.

It was plesure staying at Kasa, really liked the full kitchen with all utensils including dishes and cups I brought a nice wine however forgot the cork opener :( but guess what they even had a cork opener that reall surprise me of their little attention to details. All cleaning staffs were friendly and greeted me with smiles everytime made me feel welcomed. Pet friendly, clean, easy access to casinos(walking distance to PepperMill resort) BBQ pit, washers and dryer I could list more. I highly recommend Kasa Reno!

My wife inadvertently left her passport on the counter. She didn't realize until she was at the airport to go thru security. She immediately jumped in a cab and called Kasa. After a short hold, her call was answered. Explaining the situation she was told they would contact the a staff member on premises to allow access. Sitting outside the front door in a cab, a gentleman came out the door and asked if she was looking for a passport. Which he promptly handed to her. Quick response and very satisfactory. This situation could have turned out to be disaster. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is pretty basic. Our only complaint would be the kitchen is not stocked well with cooking supplies. No mixing bowls for making salad or scrambling eggs.

The room had a kitchen, well stocked with appliances and utensils. We appreciated the proximity to highways, as we were taking several driving trips from Reno to other nearby destinations.

Spacious, clean aparthotel. Located on a busy street but we found it to be very quiet. In a great location because of the good eats (and great coffee) spots in Midtown Reno. For a place that sleeps two couples comfortably, it needed 4 plates and 4 bowls (there were only 3 plates and 2 bowls). Communication was good when we had a problem with the dishwasher.

Enjoyed the room, very comfortable and well appointed with supplies. The property was nice, great location close to the airport. Only issues were parking - I paid for parking but the first night when I arrived (late flight) there were no spaces available so I had to park in a free, unsecured lot that was a considerable distance away and haul all my stuff back. The second night I managed to snag the last available parking spot. The room was overlooking a main road that was quite noisy all night but some white noise took care of it. In spite of this minor issues, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, good location near supermarkets and restaurants. Nice amenities includig a large fitness center and pool/jacuzzi. Property is still under construction so you need to get around temporary fencing and put up with some trucks and noise. bedrooms are small and beds/pillows aren't very substantial.

To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I think like most people, I was worried about the lack of personnel on the property and the virtual nature of the hotel. But it was honestly quite a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, cozy, comfy and clean. I was very happy that it was secured with a gate and codes to get into the building. It felt very safe and made us feel very comfortable staying in the downtown area. We came and stayed here during our wedding and they catered a little welcome gift for us for our stay and it was a great way to start our wedding vacation. It made us feel very valued as customers. I liked that when I asked questions by text that I was met with prompt answers. It made the virtualness of the stay feel easy. I think the only thing we didn’t like was that when it was the morning of check out, at 9am in the morning, someone was trying to get into our room (obviously a staff member seeing if they could start cleaning) but there was no knock and nothing stating on our end that we were checking out yet. We still had two hours left and it felt a little bit like an invasion of privacy. We even got a text while they were trying to get in stating that check out time was 11am so I’m not sure why they were trying to get in so early. Besides that, our stay was amazing and we will be staying again in the future

This was a perfect place to stay for a week for 2 people - I like having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The apartment was clean and decorated tastefully and functionally. We got in late, so it was nice that they left us some coffee pods for the Keurig for the next morning before our grocery run. If you don't want to cook, there's a terrific little diner across the street (Black Bear Diner). There's also a convenience store that sells liquor/beer and a casino within walking distance. There are two grocery stores that are just a few minutes up the road. It was a very convenient place to stay - the airport just minutes away, downtown Reno just 10 or so minutes away. Other attractions made for easy day trips (Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, etc.). If we visit again, Kasa Archive Reno-Tahoe will definitely be priority choice for selecting a place to stay.

Stayed 6 nights in Jan '23. Property was very clean and conveniently located. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and huge tv in pool area. Big gym. Lots of construction nearby, but not noisy. Many 'extras' provided. Plenty of laundry soap, dish soap, dish sponge, paper towels, tea/coffee, some snacks left for us at check in. Kitchen had plates, bowls, cups, utensils, mugs. Hot water carafe and coffee maker, blender, cutting board, a few storage bowls, stainless steel frying pan, large pot (6 qt?) and small pot (3 qt?), a few cooking utensils and a block set of knives plus steak knives. You never know what a kitchen is stocked with so I'm listing items. Dishwasher detergent would've been helpful (I had my own), anon-stick pan for pancakes and eggs would be nice (lots of butter solved that problem). A pancake/egg spatula would be nice. The fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer all full size. Doors are thin. Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Fridge are loud enough to hear through closed doors. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of storage. 2 sets of towels per person. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Beds extremely comfortable. 2 pillows on each bed. TV in every room. Housekeeping was eager to get started and stopped by at 9 AM on check out day. Check out is at 11 AM. But staff was friendly and patient about it. Apartments are clean, comfortable and roomy! It was nice having a full size kitchen and laundry! We didn’t get to use the beautiful pool as weather didn’t permit. Lots of dining options within a 2 mile radius. It was the perfect location for our needs and our sons doctor appointments. Will definitely stay again. The virtual check in was easy as can be and the property was quick to respond to every text!

Pros: Cool concept. The grounds are nice with grills, fire pits, a nice gym and pool. Having a kitchen and washer and dryer is a plus. We were on the 4th floor and we thought it was quiet. 2nd floor has a foosball table. If you have any questions you just text them. We would stay again. Parking was confusing at first. We did keep getting texts about letting them know our license plate before arrival, which we didn't know because we were renting one. There is a strict noise policy, basically everyone inside by 10pm. Cons: Our room didn't have enough hangers and one luggage rack so we didn't unpack from our suitcases. The kitchen wasn't fully stocked, it was pretty bare. No tongs to use the grill. Never found the 24 hour coffee machine.

I am in reno 4 or 5 times a year for a couple of weeks at a time. This is a great alternative to staying in a hotel. The option to cook for myself is great! The washer and dryer in the unit is definitely a positive. I was able to come home to NO LAUNDRY!! I would like either a dresser or more hangers. 2 weeks no dresser and 2 hangers...I had to keep my clothes in the suitcase or on the shelf. One other item for the wish list...dish towels.

Liked the way the kitchen was set up with appliances (toaster, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine) and a bit extra. Loved the indoor washer and dryer. Loved the outdoor grill and hangout area. Great proximity to the peppermill. Parking was confusing at the beginning but overall convenient. Loved the fact that we could access what we needed from a pantry. Didn't like that pool was away from residence. Pool loungers were dirty and outdoor TV was broken and only played tennis. Didn't like that we couldn't use the outdoor pizza oven.

My only complaint about the property was that the spa was out of order and it was difficult to find the parking entrance. We lost the fob for the amenities and the charge was a bit steep for a fob that most likely can be deactivated remotely, but lesson learned. Will stay here whenever in town. P.S. you are two blocks from the Peppermill

This property is great. Check in was easy. Even with there being no onsite front desk they are very responsive throughout text messages. The room was really nice. There is a full kitchen, in room washer and dryer, the room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. They provide you with all the kitchen items needed, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and multipurpose cleaner. It is quiet considering the room is right on Virginia and you don't hear your neighbors. They have a great pool, a BBQ, outdoor seating, a fire pit, and outside lighting. I will most definitely be back.
