Prestige Hotel Vero Beach

Synes ikke man skal betale forneden delvis havudsigt…. Det er lidt at gøre grin med folk at man kan ane havet og så Betale ekstra for det. Pænt værelse og god morgenmad.

we had a great time. I think for the price and location it was spot on. Could the hotel use some upgrades, sure, most do, but it was clean and the free breakfast is always a bonus. We really liked the close beach access and the hotel provided lounge chairs and umbrellas. Vero beach wasnt really our thing, we came for the air show and if we come watch it again next year we would be happy to stay here again. While vero beach was not for us the upside to that is the area was quiet and calm, the area by the hotel was a little slower paced which was nice and there were a couple good spots to get dinner within walking distance.

I forgot a jacket at the hotel and they still haven't returned it. I sent numerous emails, messages through the app, made calls, and nothing. Furthermore, the place is filthy. There was tangled hair in the bath towel. Disgusting. The shower stall wall is small, meaning the entire bathroom gets wet during showers. There's no dividing door between the kitchen and the bedroom, so we woke up at 6 am with light coming from the kitchen. It's not a place to take seriously. It's not a beachfront location; there's a huge plantation in front. The pool is awful. The photos definitely don't reflect the quality of the place. Terrible value for money.

We have been to this hotel several times in the past. I always book through hotels.com. We took this vacation because we got a terrific rate. We arrive a couple of hours before checkin and the office staff was always accommodating and allowed us to get to our room early. BUT this time we were given the room directly above the office. I walk in, and it was sooo small. A mini fridge on the floor, no table, I honestly don’t remember seeing a closet or a table. I went back down to see if we can get another room, one that wasn’t so cave like. Fortunately, they could but it costed an additional $100. We paid it, but next time I know to ask about the rooms and if I get another good deal on hotels.com, I will call the hotel to see what room we will be given.
