A pleasant place to stay, and convenient once you've figured out the Munich subway system. The snack bar has a good range of beers but not much else, and dining options in the area are limited, so eat up while you're in town.

Great place to stay if you were visiting for the Euros. Otherwise the place is terrible. Staff couldnt care less, shocking lack of facilities even for a budget option and its slap bang in the middle of no where. Luckily its easy to get the underground near by otherwise it would genuinely get 1 star.

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Zimmer war super sauber und ruhig! Was wir ein bisschen schade fanden das es mit den Parkplätzen sehr bescheiden aussieht und man eigentlich gezwungen ist die Tiefgarage zu benutzen (16 € pro Tag) finden wir ehrlich gesagt etwas zu teuer sonst waren wir vollkommen zufrieden!

The overall stay was good, just they did not clean the floor on any of the days on our stay, there were spider nets too due for the lack of cleaning. In the shower there one broken soap tank holder, they never replaced it. This hotel has very small windows, so you would not have much light into the room. Then one day we wanted to use the oven but there was a written message on that saying it was broken and was not possible to use it. The staff is not that friendly too, we asked about the parking outside they replied that they only knew about the underground car park of the hotel, they would have no idea of the on street parking in front of the hotel entrance.

Had a two night stay whist visiting the Christmas Markets, knowing that we would be spending little time in the room, we looked at the vfm Budget options. This hotel ticked all the boxes, the room was small but had all required amenities and was clean. Not an extensive breakfast offering, but enough to line the stomach before a day out. All staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly and the location just a 5 minute walk to the nearest U-bahn station and bus stops was perfect. Theres a clue in the name; this is a budget hotel and thats reflected in the price and my ratings are given considering all aspects.

Floors were filthy and not cleaned the days we were there. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast options are terrible for the cost. Nothing in the area for lunch or dinner: Budget hotel is being kind.

Freundliches Personal, das Zimmer ist klein aber sauber. Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut. Die Dame mit der Brille im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich.

Beim Check-In um 16:55 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht frei, obwohl die Check-In Zeit 15:00 Uhr ist. Es gab wohl zu wenig Reinigungskräfte. Das kann ich verstehen, aber dann muss man eine andere Lösung finden, z. B. ein Upgrade o. ä. Letztendlich war das Problem nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit behoben. Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber. Wollmäuse, Haare, Silberfische, Toilettendeckel nicht so wie man es sich vorstellt. Vermutlich der Schnelligkeit der Reinigung geschuldet.

Es ist immer nur ein Mitarbeiter am Schalter und ich muss immer warten. Problem mit der Karte, so dass ich sie täglich am Schalter aktualisieren muss, was ich nicht gut finde. Sie haben keine frischen Handtücher für 2 Tage zur Verfügung gestellt und das war die sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

O quarto era muito confortável, embora o banheiro fosse um pouco pequeno. A cama e travesseiros eram ótimos. Localização muito boa, com fácil acesso ao metrô. TV não muito boa, com difícil conexão para espelhamento.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten sein Gepäck unterzubringen. Statt eines Kastens gibt es zwei Regalbretter und 4 Kleiderbügel. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt definitiv nicht gut geeignet. Außerdem war über dem Doppelbett ein fixes Stockbett eingebaut, das heißt, regulär wäre es sogar für 3 Personen gedacht! Die Dusche steht im Raum (für Paare ok, bei 3 Personen fraglich), die Tür öffnet nach innen, könnte bei korpulenteren Personen wortwörtlich eng werden. Preis wurde deutlich angehoben (2 Tage vor Beginn des Oktoberfests im Vergleich zur Woche davor. Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption wäre der Preis deutlich günstiger gewesen (ca. 70€), durch die Buchungsplattform hatten wir aber schon den vollen Betrag bezahlt.

Für eine Nacht okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Hauptkritikpunkt ist das Bettzeug, dass sich anfühlt, als wickelt mach sich in eine Plastiktüte ein. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel neben einem Park mit großem, schönen Spielplatz für Kinder. Frühstück mittelmäßig...auf jeden Fall keine 13,50€ wert.

Beim Check-In um 16:55 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht frei, obwohl die Check-In Zeit 15:00 Uhr ist. Es gab wohl zu wenig Reinigungskräfte. Das kann ich verstehen, aber dann muss man eine andere Lösung finden, z. B. ein Upgrade o. ä. Letztendlich war das Problem nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit behoben. Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber. Wollmäuse, Haare, Silberfische, Toilettendeckel nicht so wie man es sich vorstellt. Vermutlich der Schnelligkeit der Reinigung geschuldet.

Es ist immer nur ein Mitarbeiter am Schalter und ich muss immer warten. Problem mit der Karte, so dass ich sie täglich am Schalter aktualisieren muss, was ich nicht gut finde. Sie haben keine frischen Handtücher für 2 Tage zur Verfügung gestellt und das war die sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Had a two night stay whist visiting the Christmas Markets, knowing that we would be spending little time in the room, we looked at the vfm Budget options. This hotel ticked all the boxes, the room was small but had all required amenities and was clean. Not an extensive breakfast offering, but enough to line the stomach before a day out. All staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly and the location just a 5 minute walk to the nearest U-bahn station and bus stops was perfect. Theres a clue in the name; this is a budget hotel and thats reflected in the price and my ratings are given considering all aspects.

O quarto era muito confortável, embora o banheiro fosse um pouco pequeno. A cama e travesseiros eram ótimos. Localização muito boa, com fácil acesso ao metrô. TV não muito boa, com difícil conexão para espelhamento.

Great place to stay if you were visiting for the Euros. Otherwise the place is terrible. Staff couldnt care less, shocking lack of facilities even for a budget option and its slap bang in the middle of no where. Luckily its easy to get the underground near by otherwise it would genuinely get 1 star.

Für eine Nacht okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Hauptkritikpunkt ist das Bettzeug, dass sich anfühlt, als wickelt mach sich in eine Plastiktüte ein. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel neben einem Park mit großem, schönen Spielplatz für Kinder. Frühstück mittelmäßig...auf jeden Fall keine 13,50€ wert.

Für eine oder zwei Nächte OK. Zweck Übernachtung. Wir waren auf dem Konzert in München , 30 min zu Fuß zu Olympia Halle.. Frühstück viel zu teuer , billig Brötchen und Wurst und Käse . Ungemütlich.

Das Frühstück war an und für sich sehr gut. Vorausgesezt man bekommt einen Platz. Einfach alles zu klein für so viele Leute. Würde das Hotel wieder Buchen aber ohne Frühstück, da es wirklich sehr ungemütlich ist.

The hotel was okay overall, but my experience with the elevator was very disappointing. I got stuck inside, and although I pressed the alarm and reception buttons, the staff had no idea what had happened. Luckily, a woman helped me get out. When I told the staff, they simply said, “This elevator sometimes gets stuck, use the other one.” I had already injured my foot before this incident, so I was too scared to use the elevator again and had to walk up and down five floors using the stairs. Not a very reassuring experience, especially regarding safety.

Das Zimmer ist wie bei ibis bekannt nützlich aufgeteilt- die Betten sind bequem- auf Wunsch bekam ich ein weiteres Kissen- die Zimmer sind immer sauber und bei dem Wetter- äußerst nützlich- klimatisiert. Die Fenster sind Schalldicht isoliert und man hört in geschlossenem Zustand die vorbei fahrenden Züge NICHT-, und ich habe ein sehr empfindliche Gehör - dagegen&dafür kann das Hotel nichts- gibt es Menschen welche über einem Zimmer haben die mit den Füßen trampeln als seien sie Nilpferd und Elefant in einem! Auch das Frühstück war ansprechend und ausreichend und das Rührei wurde immer wieder frisch gemacht so das jeder der zum Frühstück kam auch von allem etwas hatte. Obst und Gemüse- Joghurt Natur und Frucht-Müsli, Brot und Brötchen(diverse Auswahl) Kaffee Tee- was möchte man mehr ?
