My stay was very disappointing due to the poor state of the room. The cleanliness was severely lacking.. I expect a basic standard of hygiene and comfort from any accommodation, and this room did not meet that. It was not up to standard

Kind of ok. Washroom’s are too compact. No microwave

Service from restaurant and from desk are good, but need more training for staff in restaurant. They are too active to clean dishes and table, even I just put a full glass of Juice then left for taking some food. The juice was taken away then my seat was occupied during the peak hour. All the rooms are actually inside the building, no outside view, only a window view to artificial garden.

The property is very old. The rooms are dark. The bathroom sink was very dirty. Breakfast room was always full of locals and to go round and round looking for cutlery and napkins. The egg station always had a queue. The check in and check out was smooth.
