En el segundo día de mi estancia quedé sin acceso a mi habitación, ya que el código dejó de funcionar sin previo aviso. Al no haber personal en el alojamiento, no tenía a quién acudir en el lugar. Solo después de contactar con soporte remoto se me informó que mi habitación había sido cambiada por un problema interno. Tuve que esperar un nuevo código, mover todas mis pertenencias y aceptar una habitación más pequeña que no cumple con las medidas mínimas anunciadas. No hubo asistencia, compensación ni intención de mitigar la molestia. La forma en que se manejó la situación me dejó en una clara situación de indefensión como huésped

Muy cómoda , acceso super fácil , metro a 2 minutos para ir a donde se quiera , comercios cerca , la habitación es amplia , la cocina en este caso no la he utilizado , buen wifi aunque en la tele funcionaba fatal . Buena relación calidad precio

We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

This became a major inconvenience, especially since the laundry room could only be accessed through that area. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. This setup may work if everything runs perfectly, but if you encounter any issues, do not expect timely assistance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their support system, as it currently does not meet the expectations they advertise.
