Staff was helpful and answered queries. Room was clean and good breakfast options. Just not much variety for vegetarian but had enough for a decent breakfast.

Where should I start. Black mold everywhere shower head almost fall on me. 10:30 am been locked out of the room went 5 times to reactivate my card that was a disaster especially when they looked very bothered by my presence 5 times don’t use the slippers in the room are been previously used by god knows who. They will charge you 55000 for using the laundry bag and they laugh behind your back. The only positive side is the people work at the restaurant downstairs the nicest hard-working people. Just a summary it’s all about money, money money and how they can charge you. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Gut gelegenes Hotel nahe der Altstadt mit Pool. Super freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Flughafentransfer von/nach Danang über das Hotel gebucht, was problemlos geklappt hat. Als wir da waren, war es sehr ruhig, da das Hotel noch wenig Gäste wegen der Überschwemmungen empfangen hat. Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur, es gab immer genug Liegen, auch als das Hotel voller wurde. Frühstück gut, Kommunikation vorab per Whatsapp durch das Hotel ebenfall super. Zimmer war groß, Ausstattung gut - alles da, was man erwartet. Reinigung jeden Tag. Wenn nicht gewünscht, dann erhält man dennoch neues Wasser und Handtücher. Auf dem Balkon gab es ebfalls zwei Stühle zum sitzen. Fahrräder stehen zum leihen bereit (nicht genutzt).

We spent 2 weeks at the hotel and had a wonderful experience.The hotel itself was very good,the staff were incredible and we received fantastic hospitality,we became part of the family.It was conveniently located,just a 5 minute walk to lots of entertainment.We would highly recommend this hotel and huge thank you for setting up our romantic dinner for my birthday.😁🙏 Trevor $ Diane ❤️
