Had to wait for an hour before we could check in. Address given for accommodation was for the reception the other side of the village but this was closed. We had been told previously to message them to let them know our arrival time so did this via hotels.com messaging function. Was then told to contact Simone, but the phone number we had for Simone wouldn't let us call or txt her. I had to ring the property owner to arrange contact with Simone. Once we received txt from Simone, we only had to wait 10 more mins for her to arrive. Trulli house was lovely. Details on hotels.com said we could book breakfast but this was no longer available. Coffee pods were left for us though so we had coffee facilities. Also mentioned a balcony or terrace this was not the case either. Accommodation was good with 2 seperate bedrooms, kitchen/lounge dining and a clean functioning bathroom

A cute little trulli house which was spacious enough for my adult daughter and me. Location was excellent, close to restaurants and bars, and access to all the trulli houses. Alberobello is a very pretty and interesting town. Well worth a visit.
