This place should be condemed.. no ice no phone 2 outlets..rude mgmt.. I had left my my charger at home walked to the office to see if I could borrow someone's. They said 10$ for 10 min I thought it was a joke.. he told you go fim office or I call the police.. check out is at 1030 both husband and wife show up at my room at 845 with cooking utensils demanding I leave... Wth do yourself s favor and pass this dump by

The property was clean, the room was clean however it really needs some basic replacements. Toilet seat and tub had cigarette burns all over. Bath fan didn't work, bathroom door didn't close all the way, paint needed help, bathroom sink faucet was covered with hard water metal peelings, drawer broken, just a lot of deferred maintenance. Pool was covered and out of service. small grass area was full of dog poop. I would replace and add some basic items to the units, put a stand with a trash and poop bags to encourage guests to pick up their dog crap. Maybe offer your guests at least come coffee in room or in the office, even Motel 6 does that for the same price. You can do better than this. To the positive, the exterior was clean and plenty of parking. The rooms are large and have door openings out to parking which makes it convenient with pets. You could do a lot with what you have. Spend a little money on the place and it could be a lot better.

The bedspread had white dried crusty matter on the top, when we flipped it down it was all over the other side also. It looked like bodily fluids. He did move us to another room, it smelled so bad, my shoes were sticking to the floor, there was trash in the trash can, and there was clear dried goo on the table. No matter how cheap or old the motel is, the level of cleanliness should always be the same. I am so offended by how dirty it was.

My stay was awful the room stunk of cigarettes I went back to the office and requested a non smoking room she said the room is non smoking. I then proceeded to tell her the room is definitely not non smoking it stinks of cigarettes she informed me there was nothing she could do they had no more rooms. I had no choice but to stay, we then go to our room and see that it’s absolutely filthy and run down we then had to go to Target and buy Lysol, candles, air freshener and a mop there went $40 of our money to clean a room that should have already been clean! I highly recommend you stay somewhere else this is a motel you stay at if you have absolutely no other choice!

Grungy, thick dust on mop boards through out entire room. Crayon markings on the walls and back of door, cotton ball stuck with n hole in door where peep hole was. A in outside generator began at about 8 pm til midnight. Sounded like maintenance was being down on rooms or closed swimming pool loud pouring or sandblasting!. Rate promised was 52$ and was charged 67$. I asked for 15 credit. The clerk did not care. His response:. You stayed in the room all night! Just a horrible experience.

Cheap motel trying to become better but they need to get better house keepers hardwood floors but housekeeping obviously does not mop or sweep the floor it looks like they just half a$$ clean there was dead roaches on the floor and the floors where dirty you could see that they haven’t been swept or mopped in a long time do not walk around barefoot in your room god knows what’s been on the floor!

There was a bit of a mix up at check-in with another staff member. The lady that i believe was in charge corrected it kindly and swiftly. Spacious rooms and bath rooms. Of course a photo opportunity with aliens out front for the feel of Roswell. My family and i checked in late but conveniently there is a food truck right behind the check in office that had great food! Also other fast food options all around. Great for the price and a quick sleep to get back on the road.

There was a bit of a mix up at check-in with another staff member. The lady that i believe was in charge corrected it kindly and swiftly. Spacious rooms and bath rooms. Of course a photo opportunity with aliens out front for the feel of Roswell. My family and i checked in late but conveniently there is a food truck right behind the check in office that had great food! Also other fast food options all around. Great for the price and a quick sleep to get back on the road.

When I placed the booking online supply in town was short. The pictures were not bad so I booked while sitting 2hrs away on the side of the road. Upon arrival I was disguted with the first room option. The second room wasnt much better. The room had a strong unidentifiable stench. There was hair on the pillows and sheets which didn't belong to me!!! I returned to the front desk and the office agent said oh well. No rooms in town....you want it? It was already paid for and I requested a refund. Upon his refusal I just left. My car was a better choice for a night

Super clean, was kind of surprised due to the price, which was awesome. Owner/night desk was super nice, and very helpful. I would give the bed a 4/5 but that's the first time my toddler hit a motel bed and went immediately to sleep, zero roll around, so from the eyes of a 2 year old adventurer, 10/10, would recommend lol. Tall apartment fridge is perfect sized. This is definitely going to be where we stay when we next visit the area!

Most of the rooms are filthy and in disrepair, the housekeeping never comes to change your bedding no matter how long you stay, half their showers are broken and barely get warm. Several occasions we had to go to office for toilet paper or towels. The only good thing about the place is its close to food etc. Even the property is in poor shape, litter all over the place. Would not reccomend.

Most of the rooms are filthy and in disrepair, the housekeeping never comes to change your bedding no matter how long you stay, half their showers are broken and barely get warm. Several occasions we had to go to office for toilet paper or towels. The only good thing about the place is its close to food etc. Even the property is in poor shape, litter all over the place. Would not reccomend.

The room was clean and big free. The towels were actually fluffy. The place seems to have new owners that have tried to really fix it up. I stayed here a long time before and it was horrible before they got it, swore id never stay again, but it looked fixed up outside so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did! Great price, large rooms, full size fridge and a really good Mediterranean restaurant right in front.

There was a bit of a mix up at check-in with another staff member. The lady that i believe was in charge corrected it kindly and swiftly. Spacious rooms and bath rooms. Of course a photo opportunity with aliens out front for the feel of Roswell. My family and i checked in late but conveniently there is a food truck right behind the check in office that had great food! Also other fast food options all around. Great for the price and a quick sleep to get back on the road.

I asked the property if I could checkout 3 days early. They said it was okay with them but I needed to go through Hotels.com. I called Hotels.com and they said it was fine but would take a few days to get the refund. Once every was agreed I checked out. Week went by, so I used the chat function. Hotels.com said they needed the property to confirm that they approved the early check out, but they couldn't get ahold of the property, so they were closing the case with no refund. I called the property during their business hours to make sure I could get through and then used the chat function again asking Hotels.com to contact the property. Hotels.com got through by phone this time, but the property said to email management. Hotels.com later emailed me that the property didn't approve the refund and closed the case.
