Room wasn’t so clean

Great hotel!

It was great had so much fun would for sure go again

There were a few good things I'd like to mention about this place. Having in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen was nice, the bathroom with separate shower & tub, the pool area were nice too. Now, with all that being said, having a kitchen without the proper tools, its like whats the point of having the kitchen? Not even having a can opener or bottle opener, the pans were super scratched up & looked old & abused. I wiped the countertops (bath & kitchen) down, it was dirty, the rugs were not vacuumed, floors not mopped. The TV in the living room didnt work as well as the ice machine in the freezer. People yelling & screaming in the halls in the middle of the night. I called the front desk several times, no answer. For as much as they charge for this place, they need to do a better job, cleaning it and have the proper supplies. Also, the young lady in valet taking the tickets had an attitude problem, rolling her eyes a few times. I will not stay at this place again. The extra valet & resort fees are outrageous.
