Good value for the money. It's a humble 2* hotel, but the room is spacious and the common area is well taken care of, with a nice pool and some greenery. The bed was comfortable and the shower strong. Only negative was that although Expedia states that check out is at 12:00pm (clearly noted in my confirmation e-mail), in reality is at 11am. When we spoke with the gentleman at the reception, he wasn't very friendly and blamed on me for not reading a follow up e-mail they allegedly sent. Unfortunately not a hospitable or friendly person, but other than that, the rest of the experience was positive.

Beautiful clean pool and the mattress was comfortable. Location is great halfway between the lovely old town where we are most nights and the port and beach on the other side. The room lacks attention to detail and feels very basic and tired. Some small changes could have made the room more attractive, some soft furnishings, better towels, a mirror, a large refillable shampoo instead of tons of sachets and cushions on the outdoor chairs. There are no drinks available at the hotel, would have been nice if the pool bar was open but an easy walk to shops. Overall a nice hotel that could have been amazing with a little more thought and care.

Hotel bello nella parte esterna, camera ok anche se senza frigobar. Bagno brutto e da rivedere completamente. Rubinetteria incrostata e macchie su water e vasca. Personale in reception assente, bar spesso chiuso senza motivo. Il personale è impegnato nella manutenzione della struttura. Piscina bella.

We love this spot. No frills, yet everything we need and comfy. We love the pool for relaxing after exploring the island all day. Staff is lovely. Location is excellent, close to all but isolated.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue muy buena. La habitación era mediana con cosas básicas. Se nota que están empezando y a modo consejo, le añadiría poco a poco unos fritos pequeños a las habitaciones, así como dispensadores de gel/champu en la ducha. A pesar de tener vecinos en la habitación de al lado, no se escuchaban ruidos. Tiene parking que caben bastantes coches lo que es un gran punto a favor y está muy cerca del pueblo, hay un Mercadona a menos de 3 min en coche. El resto de instalaciones son muy bonitas. La piscina es chulisima, con música y muchas hamacas para tomar el sol, y también cuentan con un bar/chiringuito. La verdad que el hostal es muy chulo, cómodo y muy muy acorde al precio. Repetiría sin duda :)

We stayed at the Hostal Alma for one night, and our experience had both ups and downs but overall it did feel clean and safe. Location: It was convenient for the buses to the northern peninsula viewpoints (which you can’t access by car between 10am-10pm). It was a 15 minute walk to the bus in one direction and to the port in the other direction. And the walk felt safe in the dark too. Pros: Check in was smooth and quick, there’s lots of free parking available, and the pool area is nice. It’s also very quiet but still reasonably close to things. The space felt very clean too. Cons: The WiFi was very inconsistent, to the point we weren’t actually able to use it at all. The room had a very strong smell which we believe was from the cleaning products but has a stronger chlorine scent than the swimming pool. We also found that the shower pressure/temperature was good but water would spill out of the shower and flood the bathroom as it’s all one open floor area. We also didn’t find the bed to be super comfortable, but it was totally fine for one night and decent value for the price.

We had a nice room with pool view on the first floor. Nice facilities including the pool and garden area, easy parking and close enough to both Alcudia town and Alcudia Port, so the location was very convenient. On the way to the town there is also a Mercadona.

Nuestro alojamiento fue muy bien! La única pega la humedad… la habitación olía y las toallas también. El suelo de la habitación estaba un poco sucio, en dos paseos tienes los calcetines negros. Por lo demás todo muy correcto por el precio que se paga.

Bien mais quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées. Chambre sans frigo. Eau de douche et robinet salée, donc prévoir !!! Pas de quoi étendre convenablement serviettes de plage et de salle de bain pas d étendoir (chambre 402) attention la nuit le linge ne sèche pas au vu de l humidité nocturne. Nous avons demandé et laissé nos serviettes de toilettes nous les avons retrouvées au même endroit le soir ( voir photo) juste inadmissible !!! Seulement les lits avaient « été faits » Pas de gel douche en libre service, juste petit sachet pour faire un shampooing rien de plus !!! Pour le petit déjeuner rien de transcendant, pas de fruits, de pain frais. Les vrais atouts piscine et proximité centre.

Points négatifs :lumière extérieure des terasses allumées jusqu'au milieu de la nuit sans possibilité de l'éteindre ce qui n'est pas très ecoresponsable. Vous arrivez dans un cadre vraiment magnifique : piscine, fleur, arbres, petit snac dispo à la piscine. La chambre fut une petite déception même si ce n'était pas catastrophique : à l'extérieur un petit patio donnant sur un trou dans le mur avec des canalisations visibles, une robinetterie usée, un lit en 140 qui couine, de l'eau déssalée aux robinet, pas agréable pour se doucher, ou se laver les dents (d'ailleurs est elle buvable ? Pas d'infos à dispo), idem pour l'eau de la piscine (mais là c'est moins gênant). Le petit déjeuner correspond au prix de 7€ avec certes produits salés et sucrés, mais pain au chocolat en sachet + pas de tasse pour le thé (j'ai du faire 4 verres). Le service de chambre est impeccable, on sent l'attention, la bienveillance et le soucis de bien faire, je tiens vraiment à le souligner. Bref un séjour convenable mais beaucoup de mal avec le fait de ne pas avoir de l'eau clair pour la douche et une robinetterie mangée par le sel. Dommage car le cadre est vraiment très beau.

Hostel muito bonitinho, com piscina, estacionamento gratuito, quartos amplos, o único ponto negativo é que podemos ouvir tudo o que acontece no quarto ao lado. Mas ficamos muito surpresos com o capricho das instalações, porém dormir foi um desafio.

Arrivati in hotel, dopo aver inviato inutilmente i documenti in modo virtuale per il self check in da loro richiesto ti trovi reception chiusa, chiami il numero da loro indicato ed arriva subito l'incaricato al check in. La struttura è molto semplice e dozzinale, tutto primo prezzo Brico/Ikea e si respira in ogni angolo. Dettagli come scotch da cantiere ancora su finestre e etichette ikea attaccate ai mobil, prese di corrente dietro la testa dove dormi, battiscopa non finiti a farla da padrone. Per carità, costa poco rispetto ai prezzi folli di Maiorca ma rimane comunque un posto fatto solo per incassare senza un minimo di cura ed attenzione. Camera umidissima e molte zanzare all'esterno. Good value for the money. It's a humble 2* hotel, but the room is spacious and the common area is well taken care of, with a nice pool and some greenery. The bed was comfortable and the shower strong. Only negative was that although Expedia states that check out is at 12:00pm (clearly noted in my confirmation e-mail), in reality is at 11am. When we spoke with the gentleman at the reception, he wasn't very friendly and blamed on me for not reading a follow up e-mail they allegedly sent. Unfortunately not a hospitable or friendly person, but other than that, the rest of the experience was positive.

Se trata de una casa unifamiliar convertida en hostal, con el primer piso dividido en diferentes habitaciones. En el lavabo no había ningún enchufe donde conectar un secador o similar. El haver el check-in nos hicieron pagar diez euros de tasa turística. Sorpresa cuando después de pagar y una vez en la habitación y revisando la factura, nos dimos cuenta que la factura ya incluía la tasa turística, además la factura era por un importe inferior al pagado con anterioridad. A la hora de reclamar la chica de recepción nos derivó a un tlf de su jefe.

We had a nice room with pool view on the first floor. Nice facilities including the pool and garden area, easy parking and close enough to both Alcudia town and Alcudia Port, so the location was very convenient. On the way to the town there is also a Mercadona.

La chambre fut une petite déception même si ce n'était pas catastrophique : à l'extérieur un petit patio donnant sur un trou dans le mur avec des canalisations visibles, une robinetterie usée, un lit en 140 qui couine, de l'eau déssalée aux robinet, pas agréable pour se doucher, ou se laver les dents (d'ailleurs est elle buvable ? Pas d'infos à dispo), idem pour l'eau de la piscine (mais là c'est moins gênant). Le petit déjeuner correspond au prix de 7€ avec certes produits salés et sucrés, mais pain au chocolat en sachet + pas de tasse pour le thé (j'ai du faire 4 verres). Le service de chambre est impeccable, on sent l'attention, la bienveillance et le soucis de bien faire, je tiens vraiment à le souligner. Bref un séjour convenable mais beaucoup de mal avec le fait de ne pas avoir de l'eau clair pour la douche et une robinetterie mangée par le sel. Dommage car le cadre est vraiment très beau.

O lugar é muito bonito e muito próximo ao centro e ao centro histórico. A proprietária tem uma piscina maravilhosa. No entanto, meu quarto era no térreo e com o teto muito baixo, sem ventilação no banheiro. Havia um cheiro estranho e o ar condicionado ficou ligando e desligando o tempo todo durante a noite, fazendo barulho. Deve ser uma programação deles para economizar energia. É oferecido um café da manhã por 7 euros. Gostei bastante. E precisa deixar um depósito em dinheiro, no valor de 50 euros, que é devolvido depois se nada for danificado no quarto.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable memory foam type. Room was very basic but I guess that is all you need. It was just a place to crash at night for us as we were out early every morning and not back until late. We needed somewhere that didn't include breakfast so it was perfect in that respect. The pool was nice. The parking was a little crowded and cars got so jammed in sometimes that I feared we would be able to leave early but we got away with it by claiming the positions that couldn't get blocked. However, just shy of £400 for a three night stay, even in August, I feel was a bit steep for such basic a room. Otherwise it was great.

Amazing property, rooms were very spacious, clean and the air conditioning was great. The pool area is very peaceful and beautiful. Location is equal distance from the old town and waterfront so it is perfect. Staff are super friendly and helpful!
