The hotel was really nice, in the centre of the town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: the town is very old and mostly pedestrianized, but there is ample free public parking close by outside the city’s ancient walls.

We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Wir mit meiner 28 jährigen Tochter unterwegs, für uns war alles perfekt, man darf natürlich mitten in der Altstadt keine Aussicht erwarten, die beiden Minipools sind sehr charmant, das gesamte Ambiente ist traumhaft, super Frühstück, einfach ein Juwel in toller Lage für Ausflüge. Kostenloser Parkplatz 300 Meter entfernt am Rande der spektakulären Altstadt. Sehr empfehlen 😃

What a lovely place! Highly recommend! Impeccable interiors, great decor in the lobby. There are two separate Buildings next to each other. I was in the one with the Cave plunge pool. Wow! Incredible. The tower room was comfortable and had some views of the city walls. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Do it! Very comfortable. I will be back!

We had a standard room, which was adequate but quite small. Not much hanging space for clothes so more than two or three days would be difficult to hang your clothes. The reception staff were lovely. The sitting area by the pool in the main building is quite stunning. A beautiful place for coffee after dinner except as it’s supposed to be closed at 9 pm. Pity. Not a hotel where you would expect outdoor space as it is in a city. Alcudia old town inside the city walls is an atmospheric, spotlessly clean and enchanting place to walk around.

Everything about this little one night get away was perfect. The place was easy to find. The room was super clean and exactly what I needed. Incredible value for money for a one night getaway. The lady who helped me with check-in was incredibly helpful and when as far as trying to call me on my drive to ensure that there was a smooth check-in. She also wrote down dinner reservations and was very helpful and very sweet.

Beautiful hotel in the old town. Location is great and staff (upon arrival and check in) was fantastic. Lobby and amenities are beautiful, rooms are nice but small and simple and missing a few touches that should follow such a beautiful entrance. We were happy to settle in and went out to dinner only to return to a horrible gas/sewer smell in our room. Unfortunately it took way longer than it should have (over an hour) to get in touch with anyone on property only to be told she would have maintenance come in the morning….it was a smell that no one should have to endure. After further conversation she suggested she could move us to another room..What?? That could have been her first response and although inconvenient at now 11pm, a welcomed one! Beautiful hotel but service at least our experience, did not match up. There is no way they are not aware of this problem (which she eventually acknowledged had been a problem in the past) sadly they still charge top dollar for it. Sorry for the next guest who will have this same experience.

Et spennende hotell som man garantert ikke finner maken til. Her har man utnyttet terreng og areal maksimalt, og fått til et unikt boutique etablissement. Selv midt i Alcúdias gamleby ligger dette i en stille gate med nattero. Det eneste vi kunne ønske oss var utskifting av madrassene, da de virket litt nedlegget. Men hit lengter vi tilbake!

Beautiful hotel in the old town. Location is great and staff (upon arrival and check in) was fantastic. Lobby and amenities are beautiful, rooms are nice but small and simple and missing a few touches that should follow such a beautiful entrance. We were happy to settle in and went out to dinner only to return to a horrible gas/sewer smell in our room. Unfortunately it took way longer than it should have (over an hour) to get in touch with anyone on property only to be told she would have maintenance come in the morning….it was a smell that no one should have to endure. After further conversation she suggested she could move us to another room..What?? That could have been her first response and although inconvenient at now 11pm, a welcomed one! Beautiful hotel but service at least our experience, did not match up. There is no way they are not aware of this problem (which she eventually acknowledged had been a problem in the past) sadly they still charge top dollar for it. Sorry for the next guest who will have this same experience.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem um bom café da manhã, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado do nosso quarto, pedi ajuda na recepção quando saímos para jantar no primeiro dia. Voltamos do jantar e nada havia sido, ninguém na recepção, nenhuma mensagem no quarto, nada. Liguei no telefone que está na Expedia e tive que brigar para que algo fosse feito. Nos trocaram de quarto de madrugada para passarmos apenas aquela noite. Pela manhã, após o café, tivemos que trocar novamente de quarto. Todo o ocorrido foi bem desagradável, o tempo perdido, a sensação de ter que brigar para ter direito ao mínimo que é ar condicionado num hotel que se diz quatro estrelas. A equipe do estabelecimento se desculpou pelo ocorrido, mas a verdade é que perdemos uma diária nessa confusão toda.

Et spennende hotell som man garantert ikke finner maken til. Her har man utnyttet terreng og areal maksimalt, og fått til et unikt boutique etablissement. Selv midt i Alcúdias gamleby ligger dette i en stille gate med nattero. Det eneste vi kunne ønske oss var utskifting av madrassene, da de virket litt nedlegget. Men hit lengter vi tilbake!

The Bordoy Mostatxins is an excellent boutique hotel in Alcudia old town. The hotel has a home-like feel and the staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s like a little oasis of calm, especially in the high season when lots of tourists are in the area. Would definitely recommend if you want something away from the crowds.

The hotel was really nice, in the centre of the town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: the town is very old and mostly pedestrianized, but there is ample free public parking close by outside the city’s ancient walls.

Room was compact, however, very clean. We had a terrace which was really good and provided extra space. Staff were exceptional and always happy to help. Breakfast had good options and food was very fresh. Location is perfect just off the main street so quiet but very close to restaurants and bars.

Being inside the old town was a big plus for us. It was walkable to great restaurants, a quick drive to Alcudia beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!

Wir mit meiner 28 jährigen Tochter unterwegs, für uns war alles perfekt, man darf natürlich mitten in der Altstadt keine Aussicht erwarten, die beiden Minipools sind sehr charmant, das gesamte Ambiente ist traumhaft, super Frühstück, einfach ein Juwel in toller Lage für Ausflüge. Kostenloser Parkplatz 300 Meter entfernt am Rande der spektakulären Altstadt. Sehr empfehlen 😃

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful charming location with tons of restaurants and shops near by. Such a cool experience being in that town. We stayed for two nights and it was worth the break from the city life (soller, Palma). They also accommodated my gluten allergy as I mentioned I was celiac. Get the breakfast!!

What a lovely place! Highly recommend! Impeccable interiors, great decor in the lobby. There are two separate Buildings next to each other. I was in the one with the Cave plunge pool. Wow! Incredible. The tower room was comfortable and had some views of the city walls. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Do it! Very comfortable. I will be back!

The hotel was not what we expected the room they gave us was very small and only had half windows, so it was very dark inside it felt like a dungeon. It was not what was represented online and we were very disappointed.
