This is our favorite hotel to book for our kids birthdays. The indoor pool and breakfast are the best in town.

Love embassy suites. Great breakfast and pool. In need of some maintenance, bathroom in room a bit shabby, pool had some graffiti scratched in and no hot tub. Over all nice would go back

Everything was wonderful, but one thing that stood out for me was the bar. Great bartender, drinks on point and comfortable environment. The only thing missing was some soft jazz music.

Bit of noise from the highway Pool area doesn’t get cleaned up til 11am No towels when we went down at 9am and some guests left mess of food and bottles in the pool area from the night before.

The property was clean, breakfast and pool were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and well maintained. The bed was firm and pillows were flat. They have an eve happy hour but stops at 7. We got in late on our first night. In my opinion it would be great to get the 2 well drinks anytime you come. The other negative for me is the parking fee. 12/per night. I know this is a thing for hotels but it’s so frustrating. Their parking lot is nowhere near full it’s just a way to nickle and dime you.

This hotel was very clean in a very safe area of Portland. I felt good going there with my kids. They had a great breakfast option was not that far about a two minute drive to dinner that night. The only downfall was the pool wasn’t working and that was the whole reason why I booked that hotel But they let us use the pool at the neighboring hotel.

It is nice because everything is in the hotel, dining, swimming and gym. The staff is great.

Staff were professional and friendly. Rooms had several amenities and were clean. Complimentary breakfast was better than most with warm options and omelet bar. Happy hour snack and drinks, complimentary. Fruit water in lobby. What is not to love?

Pool was nice. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean. Little worn around the edges but overall a good experience. Not a fan of the $12 parking. Otherwise all good.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time, however, I was surprised at check-in with a $12 self parking fee. There is no other option as this hotel is pretty remote from any other option. There isn’t valet or garages or even street parking. There is literally just a giant parking lot surrounding the hotel in the middle of a field. Not sure what the new fee is meant to pay for as there were multiple dead bushes and even garbage in the lot. Our room was lovely as usual, everything was well appointed and I loved that Netflix and Disney+ were preloaded on the tvs, so all I had to do was sign in with my log ins. The bathroom was great but was starting to show its age. The fan didn’t do anything for the steam, there was rust all over the fire sprinkler system on the ceiling, and there was quite a bit of mildew growing in the caulk in the shower/tub. But the water pressure was great as well as the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We’ll stay again, I appreciate how embassy suites always has a hot breakfast and a pool, both very convenient when traveling with kids.

Nice hotel but my room had not been cleaned well. There was food on the floor and hair on the bed and counters and tp in the toilet. It made me concerned how well everything else had been cleaned… wouldn’t stay again.

We have stayed here several times. This will be our last. Now charging for parking, 12.00 is ridiculous!! Breakfast was horrible. Eggs with cheese were stone cold, bacon tasted old. Our room had crumbs, and smelled like stale smoke in the bed. So sad its gone downhill so badly.

It’s not as clean as it used to be. Rooms seem dated and floor’s filthy.

Everything was great until we found a used bandaid in our bed that didn’t belong to us.

Hotel lobby, dining, and guest areas were beautiful and clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Dining experience was excellent. Gym was clean. Our room had a slight odor, nothing specific, just seemed like a lot of people had stayed there without it ever being deep cleaned. Drapes, carpet, and shower curtain smelled. Coffee maker was broken, bathtub was chipped and had mildew on grout, could use an update. Stains on doors, walls, and kitchenette cabinets. Pool was freezing cold, and "jacuzzi" was a corner of the pool with jets but same cold water.

Parking cost was ridiculous and not included. $12 night. Public spaces very dirty inside including hallways. Lobby bathrooms were disasters.

Our room was huge. Maybe it was for someone who uses a wheelchair? Either way, it was spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent.

The room was very nice. My only complaint is the heat was not very powerful so it consistently felt cold in the room despite the thermostat being set to 70. The room temp never reached that.

Very nice stay. Room clean. Staff friendly. The only negative was the heat wasn’t working well. It took about 5 to 6 hours to get up 75 degrees.

Great property. Only downfall is the traffic noise through the windows. They need triple pane windows.

We have stayed at this property before so booked again. This will be our last trip to this property! Check in was good and a friendly young man assisted us. Our room was freezing and showed 60 degrees. After 1/2 hr of trying to get it turned up, I called the front desk. The lady said to force it higher which I told her was not working!! She said she would call maintenance. Two hrs later we were freezing and had not heard a word from maintenance or the staff. Another call and a different staff member answered. He somehow checked our heat status and said it showed it was set at 60 degrees for wifi. He asked if we could force it to increase and I told him we could not. At least he offered to bring a space heater and said he would set it to 72 remotely. He also said he would have maintenance come check on the thermistat. He brought two space heaters and we started warming the room. A few minutes later, power went out in our room. Another call to the front desk and they called maintenance. It took awhile but fuse was reset and we got power. The maintenance guy came and replaced the thermostat and approx 3 hrs later, we had a resolution. The other issue that we want to note is the bathtub plug. It did not hold water for an actual bath nor did it drain fully when taking a shower. This was an incredibly frustrating stay!!! This info was shared upon checkup as well. At no time was there an offer for a discount on our stay. We will not stay or recommend this hotel ever!

The room was great. I only wished the restroom had one of those circulating fans. Also, there was a sink, microwave, and refrigerator, i wish they had plates and silverware IN the room.

Next to the freeway cars noise all night i was tge last room in the hall.

My kids loved to stay in the hotel for 2 nights. The suite room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. The only minor complaints are the AC/Heat controller is pretty confusing and the shower drain is slow.

Very clean, attractive property. Pleasant and helpful staff. Had to pay $10 for parking, unexpectedly. Breakfast was above average. Sofa beds are terrible. If you’re a family and planning on using the sofa bed for an adult, think again.

Staff wasn’t friendly. Never looked up when people walked in. The first room we were in, the view was blocked by a wall, and had a smell. We weren’t informed about maid service only every 3 days. When I asked for fresh towels, they gave us some but never removed old damp towels. Elevator floor was dirty all 3 days. Our second room was noisy next to the freeway. The air conditioning did not work. The only decent thing was the breakfast and the staff there. One would maybe be ok with this if paying very little bit not for over 2 hundred per night. I will never stay there again!! This is my first ever negative review and we travel frequently!!!

For some reason they did not have my reservation made on Expedia on file when I arrived.

Rude front dest. House keeping were lazy, they skipped a day of cleaning. Front desk told me to pick up my clean towels myself.On day the did clean they made only one of the beds.. Too much to write.

Lady at front desk Sunday morning was rude had her AirPods in and good not hear you speak Sat night tried to get room service as was advertised in my room until 9 pm called at 745 and was not available as staff went home so don’t advertise it if it’s not going to be available

Very nice place to stay with the family. Quiet and safe and easy to get around.

We stayed at this hotel during a long weekend as part of a road trip. The area is surrounded by business buildings and was very quiet over the weekend. There are no malls or stores nearby, so having a car is convenient for shopping and dining, though it’s a bit far but still walkable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the omelette I ordered was delicious. We were in the middle of a long trip and were able to get a good rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay and near everything in Hillsboro/Beaverton.

This hotel is conveniently located, yet not right in a busy area. The place was clean and the staff nice and helpful.

Good hotel. close to food but not walking friendly.

This is our go to every time we're in the area. Close to restaurants, shopping, Top Golf. Pet friendly is a plus. Great staff. Amenities are spot on.

In an industrial area

The property was close to the medical facility we had an early appointment. Easy and very accommodating!

Breakfast is not refilled even there is still time for the breakfast fast hours.

Only complaint was brrakfast. Omelets were made to order but the rest of breakfast wasnt great and was barely warm.

Loved everything about this place. Truly a hidden gem!! We did dine at the restaurant instead of going out and did regret that. The food was expensive and just not that great. We don’t mind paying but we expect it to be good and it just wasn’t. For example, I got Alfredo pasta and they served me white cheddar Mac and cheese. Actual twist noodles for almost $20. Dine out but definitely stay here. We loved it and will be back soon!!

We paid $174.92 plus $12 more for our car to park there. Of course the breakfast is included. We chose staying here because of the nice room and the good breakfast. This time was disconnected. The room is cleaned but very noisy because of it was next to the busy highway. The breakfast was limited in choices. My husband could not eat his omelette. He said it was not good. The sausage links were tough and no flavor. The bacon was so thin and did not taste like real bacon. It has gone down hill or perhaps it is only this particular location. I don’t know.

Let me start off to say, I’m not a picky customer, but there is a standard that Embassy Suites should uphold, which is why we ALWAYS choose them. So, the staff was kind, hotel cleanliness was on point! But Do not eat at the restaurant - we’re not busy by any means (we were the only second party there) they got half our orders wrong, forgot to make 2 of our orders, brought out an extra kids dish by their mistake and then charged us for it, we sent back a burger that was ordered with no cheese and received back the same burger with the cheese scraped off. The food was 5 star pricing, but 1 star food. No soap in the rooms, the bed was leaning so bad my husband and I had the worst nights sleep ever at a hotel, breakfast was mediocre at best, even my children wouldn’t even eat the sausage. I am very disappointed in this Embassy Suites Hotel property.

Impressed with our room BUT- our dinner experience was terrible. Had to search for someone to wait on us. Ordered fish and chips and chicken parm. Both breaded dishes. Served to us with burnt breading. Bitter and nasty. That should have never left the kitchen. Did offer us free desert. Reception food at the bar was better.
