Este hotel está cerca del MRT Paya Lebar y de estaciones de autobús. Cerca encontrarán muchos lugares para comer y un mercado para ir a explorar. El hotel está ubicado en instalaciones un tanto antiguas pero bien cuidadas. El personal es de lo más amable y accesible, incluso me prestaron un cargador universal que necesitaba. La alberca está al aire libre y el agua no está con temperatura, pero la verdad que no hubo problema porque fui en temporada de calor y agradecí que el agua estuviera un poco fría. El único pero que le pondría es que en algunas zonas no hay una limpieza impecable, como el alfeizar de las ventanas, pero la verdad es que, si no te fijas en eso, pues ni te enteras porque lo demás está bien. Sin duda lo volvería a contemplar como opción si vuelvo a ir, sobre todo teniendo el cuenta la relación precio-beneficios.

I stayed here for one day before flying out from Singapore. The location is great with a lot of eating places nearby, fruit and veggies and shopping complex. The small hotel also has a good sized swimming pool and is 20 minutes from the airport. The room is a good size and while it’s fairly basic, it was quiet and comfortable.

Hotel 81 Tristar was in an excellent location. It was close enough to the city that we could easily travel to attractions but far away enough that we felt like we were surrounded by normal Singaporean people. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was a good size and clean.

For that price range, it can't get any better. Rooms are large and comes with bathtub, which is rare. Has a swimming pool and one of the most affordable laundry around. Train station is walkable, with bus stop within a short walk and surrounded by eateries. Hotel may be a bit dated, thus it does look old school and worn out a bit but overall for the price would gladly return without a heartbeat.

It's a great area, everything works, the pool is great, it's lovely and spacious. It's basic, the decor is tired, but priced accordingly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. We love it as an overnighter on our travels.

The floor is DISGUSTING. After taking shoes and socks off and walking around the room for 10 minutes while settling in, my feet were black. Do staff mop the hotel without cleaning the mop? The room was great for a budget hotel with everything needed but the bed is stuffed. Throw it out. Its totally sagging and gave me a very sore back

ホテル自体は古いものの、値段を考えるととてもよかったです。掃除も毎日してくださるので清潔でした。MRTの駅までは歩いてもいけますが、バス停がホテルの割と近くにあるのでそれが便利かと思います。カトンの街並みを堪能できました。近くにフードコートが二軒ほどあります。帰りの空港までもバスで行くことができます。

Not a good stay. The room was dirty , tv channels were pathetic with no YouTube. Moreover housekeeper made up the room but didn't clean up the excess water over the counter in the toilet.

When i made the booking and what made me do it was the price and also the fact that they had CABLE TV, however when i got there they had only 1 channel in english, when i complaint to the manager, i was given a feeble excuse about covid but no CABLE TV. I spend 5 days there and will NOT ever book this hotel. they are misleading.Do not believe anything HOTEL 81 advertise,its very misleading and too late when you have booked online . Pity its a good location.Disapointed

Good side: the place is very convenient to move around via public transport. There are lots of restaurants nearby with good mix food for ec=veryone. Bad side: The rooms were not totally soundproof and can hear guest walking in and out, even sound of laughter can be heard from the next room.

This hotel was a budget hotel but in saying that, it was great, clean, large rooms, fantastic staff and a pool. The area around the hotel, there is a market next-door with great value for money food, clothing and anything else that you may need. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Close to transport and around the other corner great restaurants and cafes. Well done hotel 81

Some of the senior hotel receptionists are extremely rude. Mr. Nico (at the front desk) asked me very rudely to bring the keys from the 5th floor while we were waiting for the cab, after the check out. Furthermore, the front desk staff was mostly in a bad mood throughout the entire stay. Poor value for money in terms of customer relations.

Very tired property in need of urgent renovation. Torn linen, chipped bathroom. Not even 2 stars advertised as 3 stars. Only 3 hangers for 2 people, nowhere to sit when the room was advertised as having a chair and a stool. The room was a decent size and could easily fit advertised furniture. Staff is very unresponsive. The room meant to have slippers, but non provided. The only positive is location. Walking distance to MRT, plenty of dining options around.

パスポートを出してサインしてチエックイン完了！部屋の鍵を渡してチエックアウト完了！とてもスムーズなので最高！ベットメーキングも好きな時間に、ドアに札を掛けておくとしっかり終了している。ここは、日本のビジネスホテルレベルなので次回も利用予定です。バスタブありでバスタオル2枚はすごいありがたい。

Great stay in a nice neighbourhood. Good size rooms, good air condition, lots of restaurants near by, mrt stop near the hotel and very reasonably priced. All the things you need. Had also great service. Fridge in the room was nice and water bottles were provided daily. Only the shower was bit strange but had good pressure and hot water so all good.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Singapour, l'hôtel se situe dans un quartier calme, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du métro (Paya Leba) qui mène directement à l’aéroport et au centre ville. Un centre commercial et de nombreux petits commerces et restaurants se trouvent à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et équipée de tout le confort (climatisation réglable, tv, réfrigérateur...). Il y'a également un service de consigne de bagages et une piscine ouverte!

The location seems a bit unsafe if you are coming from developed countries but is the opposite, there's a lot of people and even families so we felt very safe all the time, even late at night after 10pm. The location is great as you have paya lebar train station, for just 1,7sg you can go to anywhere, even marina bay or gardens by the bay, so don't waste money using grab. The station is juts 10min walking located in a very developed shopping mall, so you'll have everything you need close to this location. The building is a bit old but the rooms are big, also the bathroom, good shower pressure and hot water, not just warm as other hotels. They change towels every day and provide water. Also the super king bed was enough for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. All good in this hotel. Recommended.
