The hotel could do with a little TLC, to bring it back to the 5 star hitel it claims to be. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was always clean. The sunbeds weren't by the pool as shown on the hotel photo, neither are they as plush as the illustrated.

Nice hotel, you do need a car because of the location. The Spa was good and the rooms clean. The gym was a bit old but that’s ok.

La estancia ha sido genial. Hemos estado 5 días y 4 noches, la playa del hotel es fabulosa y las dos piscinas del hotel también. Es una zona ideal para los que buscan tranquilidad, si buscáis más “jaleo” no es vuestra zona. La comida es de muy buena calidad, aunque algo mas de variedad por las noches se agradecería. Destacar también la amabilidad y el trato del personal del buffet porque han sido encantadores siempre. ¡Volveremos siempre que no suban los precios descaradamente!

Lovely hotel and great swimming pools. Nice welcome with complimentary drink. Staff great. Only downside was 3 flights of stairs to town/beach. I have restricted mobility so only managed once in 6 days. Should think about a stairlift?

So we arrived Saturday early and they had our room available early but we were on 2nd floor and the lift wasn’t working, we told them my husband had a bad leg and back problems and they said the lift would be fixed that day…the lift wasn’t fixed until Tuesday…now if you have mobility problems this hotel is definitely not for you as the pictures show that they have been superimposed as you can’t get out of the hotel to beach or surrounding area unless you tackle quite a few flights of stairs but breakfast is lovely, we paid for dinner 1 night out of a seven night stay and dinner was nice too, pool areas are nice, you have to pay for water, tea and coffee.

La estadía en el hotel ha sido muy agradable. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y tiene salida hacia la playa. Algo a mejorar es el espacio del Parking. Solo se estaciona sobre la calle que pasa y según el horario que llegues, puedes caminar hasta 2 calles para dejar el coche.

Prachtig gelegen met 2 zwembaden. Vooral het zwembad met de palmbomen was prachtig, goed verzorgd en met voldiende loungestoelen. Heerlijke salades en service bij die bar. Tweepersoonskamer met 2 losse bedden. Netjes en met airco. Wel gehorig. En de zitjes op het balkon zitten slecht. Auto op loopafstand te parkeren. Leuke restaurants in de omgeving. Op sommige avonden hoor je de live entertainment, vooral bij een kamer in het hoofdgebouw. Prima ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze ik zou hier niet all inclusieve gaan zitten. Veel te veel leuke restaurants in de buurt met meer atmosfeer en waar je buiten kan dineren.

Heerlijke accommodatie. Goed personeel. Goed voedsel. Fijne Spa en zwembaden. Onze kamer was evenwel in een hoekje. Dat had anders gekund.

This is a great hotel option if you're looking for great value in a beautiful spot. The hotel itself offered all the basic amenities (pool, sundeck, gym, etc..) plus towels for the beach/pool a couple bars/restaurants and a lawn area for lounging. The staff were excellent; caring and efficient. Rooms/property was clean and well organized. in-room amenities were limited (no conditioner, lotion, etc... you had to call the front desk and ask for them) but everything was comfortable and clean. Our patio overlooked the pool/beach which was a nice bonus for evening nightcaps. Access the the public beach was easy and the surrounding restaurants were delicious and affordable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good value stay.

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Teilen, wir waren in dem Trakt mit Blick auf den Strand und auf das Meer. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen waren im Bad auf dem Klo und auf dem Boden noch haare von den Bewohnern davor was nicht sehr appetitlich war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden was vorhanden. Wenn man aber irgendwelche Unverträglichkeiten oder man aucj noch vegan ist dann wird es schwierig. Die Hafermilch war nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes aus und bis zum Ende gab es auch keine mehr. Meiner Freundin wurde gesagt sie soll sich ihr Zeug selbst kaufen und sie bekommt dann das Geld wieder außerdem wurde gesagt sie besorgen die nächsten Tage was, es wurde aber nie was besorgt. ( ich hatte im Vorhinein eine e-mail geschrieben und da wurde mir versichert es wären genug alternativen vorhanden) Eine kaputte Luftmatratze lag die ganze zeit kaputt rum und wurde bis zum Schluss nicht weggeräumt. Am Strand die Liegen kosten extra, 27€ am Tag was total überzogen ist. Alles in allem war der Preis meines Erachtens viel zu teuer. Ibiza selbst ist eine tolle Insel, wir werden wieder kommen aber dann in einem anderen Hotel.

The grupotel portinaxt was a very relaxing hotel. The room was very bright and clean. The other guests were quiet and respectful. The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was so good, so much choice and always very fresh. Definitely recommend this lovely hotel

The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. The rooms are very modern but unfortunately we had a room on a floor where everyday dead Cockroaches lay on the floor. And they were they almost lay there half the day and no one put them away. The pool area is great and at the pool bar you can have great lunch with music. The Beach is directly accessible from the hotel by stairs ! The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing special. Overall it was a good vacation!

In der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass man für 11 Euro frühstücken kann, das stimmt leider nicht, es sind 23 Euro, das ist für das Angebot viel zu teuer. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört wann die Zimmernachbarn heimkommen, Gespräche vom Gang und selbst vom Zimmer eine Etage drüber. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer könnten besser gereinigt werden. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer zum Pool hin. Da man weit weg ist und keine großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat, ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig, aber machbar, man muss halt einige Meter laufen. Am 2. Pool mit Meerblick kann man nicht liegen, die Liegen stehen auf der Terasse oberhalb, hier passt das Bild aus der Beschreibung nicht. Zum sehr schönen Srand muss man nur eine Treppe runter, perfekt.

Mucha aglomeración en el desayuno. Para hacerte una tortilla esperabas hasta 15 min haciendo cola. Detalles de limpieza MUY mejorables… en el espejo del ascensor no me podia ni mirar de lo sucio que estaba. En la habitación llena de arena día tras día… El entorno en si estaba bien, un hotel para relajarse! La comida buena y de calidad aunque poca variedad.

Detalles de limpieza MUY mejorables… en el espejo del ascensor no me podia ni mirar de lo sucio que estaba. Gros complexe. Si vous chercher un hôtel à taille plus humaine je ne recommande pas. Chambre vue mer très jolie et très propre malgré une insonorisation pas top où on entends les voisins parlés... L'hôtel est a côté de la plage de portinatx qui est très jolie. Je suis déçue par contre sur le petit dejeuner... peu de choix, pas assez varié, une seule machine à cafe avec la queue pour se servir... je m'attendais à mieux. Séjour de 3 nuits suffisant pour visiter le nord de l'île
Gros complexe. Si vous chercher un hôtel à taille plus humaine je ne recommande pas. Chambre vue mer très jolie et très propre malgré une insonorisation pas top où on entends les voisins parlés... L'hôtel est a côté de la plage de portinatx qui est très jolie. Je suis déçue par contre sur le petit dejeuner... peu de choix, pas assez varié, une seule machine à cafe avec la queue pour se servir... je m'attendais à mieux. Séjour de 3 nuits suffisant pour visiter le nord de l'île

I think the walls are made of paper, you can hear literally everything from your upper and side neighbors. The coffee machine, toilet, even them moving ontheir beds and closing the curtains, not to mention all the other 'activities' so we had overall a bad experience. We were also asked for a 20 eur cash deposit for an ironing board which wasnt possible because we had no cash on hand, they didnt want to charge it to the room so weren't able to iron our clothes, we had to do it at our friends hotel. We paid 488 euro for 2 nights which is extremely overpriced for the quality of the room and service. We're not coming back and do not recommend this hotel.

Chambre sans électricité avec fusibles qui sautaient toutes les 5 minutes. Un technicien intervient deux fois et on nous demande de ne pas mettre deux téléphones à charger en même temps si on veut pas que les plombs sautent (inentendable !). On finit par demander un changement de chambre, qu’ils affirment nous accorder qu’à titre exceptionnel (c’est fou de vouloir de l’électricité pendant un séjour n’est ce pas !)

Portinax è un paesino molto carino, non troppo affollato, con belle passeggiate. La location quindi è interessante. Molto buona la colazione, varia, abbastanza buona anche la cena. Purtroppo gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui. Ogni anno scegliamo strutture 4/5 stelle per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. E' un peccato che non ci sia stata nessuna attenzione da parte dello staff, nemmeno un bigliettino di auguri. Abbiamo prenotato mesi prima, chiedendo se possibile una stanza silenziosa. L'insonorizzazione tra camere è minima, quindi capisco che non si possano fare i miracoli. Ma diciamo che siamo stati particolarmente sfortunati con i vicini. Sia la stanza sia gli spazi comuni necessitano di abbondante manutenzione. Anche una persona dello staff si è dimostrata particolarmente sgradevole. Dopo una nottata "complicata" causa ululati dei vicini, sono andato a lamentarmi in reception. Alla terza alzata di spalle della ragazza in segno di poca curanza, me ne sono andato.

In der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass man für 11 Euro frühstücken kann, das stimmt leider nicht, es sind 23 Euro, das ist für das Angebot viel zu teuer. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört wann die Zimmernachbarn heimkommen, Gespräche vom Gang und selbst vom Zimmer eine Etage drüber. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer könnten besser gereinigt werden. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer zum Pool hin. Da man weit weg ist und keine großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat, ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig, aber machbar, man muss halt einige Meter laufen. Am 2. Pool mit Meerblick kann man nicht liegen, die Liegen stehen auf der Terasse oberhalb, hier passt das Bild aus der Beschreibung nicht. Zum sehr schönen Srand muss man nur eine Treppe runter, perfekt.

The hotel and the surrounding areas are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the beach. One thing to keep in mind is, while the hotel is adults only, the beach is not.

Great staff and hotel. Had the best relaxing time and staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Only downside are the beds- all of them are twins and wasn’t able to cuddle with my partner 😅😅

The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

My wife and I had a really nice stay at Grupotel. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food. The location of the hotel is amaaing in a gorgeous cove of the bay, just seconds from the beach below. The hotel also laid on free activities and we did yoga and breath work classes and went on a guided hike too. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel and area of Ibiza.

Cet Hôtel est excellent , bel accueil et notamment Ana qui nous a servi de tour opérator depuis son accueil et aussi un grand merci à Maria la coach de yoga, pilates et Aqua yoga etc …. Une excellente professionnelle . Une équipe de serveurs exceptionnelle . Bref que du positif ! Allez y les yeux fermés .

The staff were unhelpful and slow | there was an earwig in our “clean” towels, wood lice all over the room and a centipede on the sofa | there is no double glazing or sound proofing so you are woken up at 7am every morning with the cleaners shouting at each other | staff playing blearing music from their phones | there is not enough parking so you have to park elsewhere | there are no ashtrays on balcony’s or anywhere | the only good thing about this hotel is the location by the beach and restaurants

Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen war aber schon ruhig gelegen. Das Essen ist fantastisch und die Kellner sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hingegen sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eher unhöflich, nicht und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund der schönen ruhigen Lage und des guten Essens aber weiter empfehlen.

An absolutely perfect stay, we arrived on the first day of the season and were very warmly welcomed. The rooms are nice and clean, the facilities are excellent and even have a small fitness room. Breakfast is absolutely excellent. Can’t recommend highly enough - 10/10!

A lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Being vegetarian I normally don't have much options but I had so much choice of non traditional English breakfast. My only criticism is the glass door to the bathroom was not very private.

The property overall was less than okay and I wouldn’t stay here again. The food at the bar area is absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered some chicken nugget fingers and they were the worst that I’ve ever tasted in my life. I then ordered a hamburger, thinking it was a safe choice, and it was barely cooked! I asked them to remake it and cook it more throughly however they just warmed it in the microwave! DISGUSTING! I ended up mainly eating at nearby area restaurants, which was very many options. The area itself was nice located in a small town called Portinatx, however, it is far away from the airport and main Ibiza attractions. The taxi from the airport is around 45 euros and a taxi to the main attractions was over 50 euros (one way)! So, you are looking for horrible food only intending to stay at the resort without having to pay handsomely for taxis and being surrounding by mainly older individuals then this is a perfect stay because it’s far away from everything! Also, we were two African american males that traveled to the resort and the way that people were staring at us the entire time was absolutely uncomfortable. There were very dirty looks and it seems like the majority of the people there never seen any people of color! In summary, this resort may be nice for some but I’ll never stay at this resort ever again and I know that I would’ve had a much better time in a different more progressive area of Ibiza. I was very disappointed in my stay here.

Lovely hotel and great swimming pools. Nice welcome with complimentary drink. Staff great. Only downside was 3 flights of stairs to town/beach. I have restricted mobility so only managed once in 6 days. Should think about a stairlift?

Bissl weit weg von allem, dafür zu wenig geboten, wenn man mit Taxi fahren muss wirds schnell mal teuer… nach 5 Tagen hatten wir 400 Euro Taxi kosten… man kann natürlich auch im Hotel bleiben 😅… sonst alles sehr schön bissl runtergekommen aber nicht weiter schlimm

Prachtig gelegen met 2 zwembaden. Vooral het zwembad met de palmbomen was prachtig, goed verzorgd en met voldiende loungestoelen. Heerlijke salades en service bij die bar. Tweepersoonskamer met 2 losse bedden. Netjes en met airco. Wel gehorig. En de zitjes op het balkon zitten slecht. Auto op loopafstand te parkeren. Leuke restaurants in de omgeving. Op sommige avonden hoor je de live entertainment, vooral bij een kamer in het hoofdgebouw. Prima ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze ik zou hier niet all inclusieve gaan zitten. Veel te veel leuke restaurants in de buurt met meer atmosfeer en waar je buiten kan dineren.

Prima hotel met mooi zwembad. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Ontbijt is geweldig maar de lunch bij het zwembad is slecht. Wifi verbinding is zwak. Nadeel is dat iedereen bedjes reserveert om er een handdoek op te leggen en vervolgens pas aan het einde van de middag ge ruik maakt van het bedje bij het zwembad. Hier moet beter op worden toegezien.

So, you are looking for horrible food only intending to stay at the resort without having to pay handsomely for taxis and being surrounding by mainly older individuals then this is a perfect stay because it’s far away from everything! Also, we were two African american males that traveled to the resort and the way that people were staring at us the entire time was absolutely uncomfortable. There were very dirty looks and it seems like the majority of the people there never seen any people of color! In summary, this resort may be nice for some but I’ll never stay at this resort ever again and I know that I would’ve had a much better time in a different more progressive area of Ibiza. I was very disappointed in my stay here.

The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

La estancia ha sido genial. Hemos estado 5 días y 4 noches, la playa del hotel es fabulosa y las dos piscinas del hotel también. Es una zona ideal para los que buscan tranquilidad, si buscáis más “jaleo” no es vuestra zona. La comida es de muy buena calidad, aunque algo mas de variedad por las noches se agradecería. Destacar también la amabilidad y el trato del personal del buffet porque han sido encantadores siempre. ¡Volveremos siempre que no suban los precios descaradamente!

Mucha aglomeración en el desayuno. Para hacerte una tortilla esperabas hasta 15 min haciendo cola. Detalles de limpieza MUY mejorables… en el espejo del ascensor no me podia ni mirar de lo sucio que estaba. En la habitación llena de arena día tras día… El entorno en si estaba bien, un hotel para relajarse! La comida buena y de calidad aunque poca variedad.

Très bel hôtel avec belle plage immédiate à proximité. Un effort devrait se faire au niveau du dîner par rapport au coût global de l'hébergement qui est relativement élevé. Sinon tout est parfait.

A lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Being vegetarian I normally don't have much options but I had so much choice of non traditional English breakfast. My only criticism is the glass door to the bathroom was not very private.

Quarto confortável, roupa de cama e travesseiros excelentes. Café da manhã apesar de bom estava sempre muito cheio. O hotel fica em uma area muito agradável e tem uma praia praticamente particular em frente, além de algumas opções de restaurantes a poucos passos do hotel.

A fair hotel staff really good. Evening meal was poor quality food and not much choice. When I complained to one of the managers he just shrugged his shoulders oh well.

We love the location of this hotel. The hotel is well presented and the staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has a very good choice. The only reason for the 4 instead of a 5 is that some of the furniture is a little tired and the shower in our bathroom was grubby around the bottom. Certainly no reason not to keep coming back though. We love it here!

We were told we got an upgraded room. It wasn't an upgrade on anything. The room was dated and the view from the balcony was like we were in a semi basement room. We were ok with the view as long as the room was comfortable. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I woke up with a sore back. I didn't complain immediately as presumed I would get used to it but when I did speak to reception I was told there wasn't anything to be done. I was told I couldn't get an extra pillow or a mattress topper as the laundry cupboard was locked. Very disappointing. Staff at pool bar were great. The hotel location is very good and the area is amazing but the poor condition of the room and the bed in particular took away from the whole experience.
