Family friendly Townhouse by the Bay , private Beach & Pool , Negril

Our host was very responsive and informative. We had a difficult situation with a different Vrbo listing, but it worked out great that we found Sheena's listing. The townhouse and community are both lovely, more than meeting our expectations. Nice area for a morning walk or even sitting near the water. It was easy for us to get transportation around, usually via taxi. The home is well stocked and clean. The 3 full bathrooms were perfect for us. Comfortable, fun, relaxing, and safe stay.

This is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of Negril and yet it’s close enough to all the action with a simple walk or taxi ride. This specific property is close to the pool and little store located in the pool lobby area.The condo itself is very comfortable and clean. Sheena, the host is quick to respond if any questions arise and sends a note to make sure all is well upon check-in.

Wonderful property located in a pristine gated community of expats, vacationers and local business people. Sheena’s communication was proactive and helped us get settled into the community easily and seamlessly. There’s a small convenience store on site with drinks and snacks (cash only) nearby the very large community pool and picturesque private beach. Everyone we met on property was personable and friendly. Sheena’s house was well maintained with modern fixtures, comfy beds, smart tvs and air conditioning in main living spaces. Perfect settings for a couple or small family to have an extended stay different from a hotel or resort experience, more intimate and private snd on your own. We had long wanted to have this sort of experience. to compare the hotel vacationer lifestyle to something more similar to living on your own in jamaica for an extended stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to those seeking a different experience from hotel style and especially for those considering a bigger move to extended stays or living in jamaica part of the year. You will be able to feel like more like a resident in a community such as this with the sense of independence that goes along with it. Blessings and respect.
