Perfect location, across road from foreshore and beach. Walking distance to shops, cafes, supermarkets, scenic walks. Bus stop few minutes down road to go to other areas of island. Clean and well equipped room with all you need. Each room has own balcony or patio area. Decent sized clean and inviting plunge pool. Laundry service $10 a load, I believe, didn’t use it. Staff were excellent very friendly, professional and went out of way to help promptly with small issue. Probably best motel on island for price and location. Be aware when booking, rooms with canal views are in allowed smoking area. Rooms looking out to foreshore non smoking. I was unaware of this when I booked my room. Motel contacted me promptly providing this information. Very quickly with no issue changed me to another room.

I liked that there was a toaster and microwave. This is often not the case at motels these days. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with a lovely view and used the pool.

The traffic noise from being quite close to one of the main roads was the only downside although thick glass doors and blockout curtains did ease the problem. overall the stay was very good and close to everything on Bongaree beach so no real concerns. Would stay there again should we revisit Bribie Island.

The studio with a canal view was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the outlook was pleasant and the little kitchenette with a bar fridge and microwave was very handy. The hairdryer was good (not like the usual why-bothers motels use). Parking was plentiful. Shops were an easy walk along the waterfront. One tip: if there's even a remote chance you might arrive after 5pm make arrangements for after hours check in prior to traveling to avoid distress if you get caught in traffic from Brisbane airport.

I have being staying here for years one of my favorite places to stay on bribie island close to fishing and everything but this time wen me and my partner stayed here our air-conditioning didn't work we told staff and got told they ain't maintenance didn't even try move us rooms or anything and the bathroom was mouldy won't be staying there again

Average motel. Noisy fan in the bathroom that can't be turned off separately from the light. Bathroom so small it's not easy to dry yourself after a shower without bumping something. Spacious wardrobes. Clean throughout. Easy check-in with friendly staff.

Positioned on a Canal, the room was accessible by anyone. There were noisy people outside the door (both front and back) for much of the night. The bed was. Uncomfortable and we had very little sleep. I do not think that we got value for money.

During a 5 day stay if you needed extra supplies of toiletries or milk after first issue at check in you needed to see reception which had limited hours and as I was there for business I left before they opened and came back after close. On the up side the milk was fresh milk not Uht.

Its position is very convenient and across the road from the water. The managment is very clear on check in times of after 2pm. But after leaving home at 4am and arriving at 1pm we were hoping we could check in as we were exhausted but office is closed until 2pm. So be aware that there are no exceptions and don't arrive early. Otherwise it was very quiet and we were happy with what was offered.

This premises has been renovated over time, the rooms are extremely clean, linen was very good and comfortable. It was annoying having to go to the office daily for milk, maybe that could have been identified at check in which would also avoid any waste. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Road noise at the front of the premises was on from 4.30am. Close to shops and amenities. Overall good

Great place for a short stopover- right at the waterfront and the canals. Comfy bed good amenities, great view from the front lower rooms. Easy walking distance to shops, a number walks along the water edge nice spot for sunsets.

Professional and pleasant staff, comfortable units in good location and would certainly stay again. The only downside was occasional noise from the floor above us.

Liked being able to have ground floor room with small patio which was ‘smokers’ approved. So rare these days! We are always mindfull of the rights of non-smokers and abide by rules.

I was shocked with how clean the room was such a lovely surprise 😊 The bed was very comphy we loved the outdoor area attached ot our room it was so lovely to sit and look at the water. The room was spacious. Shower was excellent pressure and nice and hot and a nice spacious bathroom. I liked that morning fresh was available to wash my dishes with as well as chxux cloths , scrub pad and scrubbing brush. A weird one but they actually supplied excellent quality toilet paper (other places cheap out on toilet paper ) Plenty of Parking Available Excellent spot very close to The Bribie Bridge (if you wanted to walk to Sandstone Point Hotel the walk isn't too bad). A place I will definitely be staying again. Kid Friendly as well. Staff friendly and excellent communication prior to arriving happy to answer my annoying questions.
