Cozy Studio with Direct Ocean View

The room itself was great! Served all purposes and had a decent ocean view! Room was bright and welcoming. The location is good, close to a ton of things. But the resort itself is bright when you walk in but the people behind the desk will treat you like an inconvenience. The gentleman wasn’t very helpful and ignored me for a long time while talking to someone who worked there. So that put a damper on it. Then we were sent down a long hallway that looks bright in the pics but is very… dark alley vibes. Pools both indoor and out are closed down. Gym? Nope. Bar or lounge.. nope. I know there was a hurricane in 22 that did damage but nothing seems fixed. And the elevators are sketchy as heck. However, I will say the housekeeping staff I met were super nice!

Really cute place, has everything you’d need. Lot of space to unpack and “move in”, loved that. Love the balcony and ocean view. Comfy bed. Short walk to beach access. Check in was easy peasy, parking was not. The front lot was always full, and the parking deck as well as the parking lot beside the place was closed. So you have to park across the street and down the road in by a shopping plaza. We did pick this place because it had a pool and a tiki bar in the description, but we were only notified after booking in a message that they were closed which was a bummer. So just beware of that if you were interested!!Overall was a great stay, just a few minor complaints if it helps anyone decide- if you’re a light sleeper, be sure to turn off the dehumidifier. It woke us up multiple times to be emptied like an alarm clock. It was overall clean and tidy, except we noticed right away that the floors hadn’t been swept/mopped. Our socks were pretty nasty after the first hour of being there. Not sure if the kitchen amenities are monitored frequently, the creamer pods were curdled and the water pitcher had some mold in it. They do provide one roll of toilet paper and papertowels as well as some dishsoap, laundry detergent and i believe some sunscreen if you forget your own! Also a canopy for the beach which was neat.We had a really nice time staying here and would visit again. Thank you for having us!

What was really disappointing : All the amenities were closed and to get to the beach you had to take a long walk to the other side of parking garage which was also closed. The front lobby staff were rarely there and a young blond lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Out of the three elevators only 2 worked.could not use indoor pool and exercise room, not a available to guests, the 2 outdoor pools destroyed due to hurricane, no restaurants or bar open, the parking lot adjacent to the property is inconvenient for guests to get back to hotel. Lobby carts were never available.

I had the worse experience at this place! The room smelled so bad and carpet felt disgusting! we had to buy air freshener to help with the smell. The TV would NOT turn on, after several attempts to notify the owner, they responded the day before we were leaving to ask if it was still not turning on. The WIFI was off, after sending a message to owner, I guess he restarted it. I DO NOT recommend staying here. DISGUSTED.

We came for Biketoberfest. We really enjoyed the Condo. Everything was very clean, and the unit was well appointed. Only issue was the bed. It was a little lumpy, but we did ok. For two people, it was perfect.

Black mold covering an entire wall and ceiling. Light switches didn't work. Carpet was sticky. Never seen anyone that worked here. Parking was confusing and not protected. We lost power for the 2 days we were there. When power was restored our building only had the hall lights on while the building beneath us where the hotel guest stay had full power.the parking garage where the condo sat on top of was so bad it was deamed unsafe to park in. The building swayed and shook during wind. The elevators were running and stoping at random floors where noone was. Faulty wiring perhaps? Our suites fire sprinkles were rusted and looked like the entire building is lacking in inspections.

Pictures dont match the property and room. Pictures look updated and nice but when you get there its all run down. Funiture is old. Carpets is dirty and stained.

No smoking policy, yet the whole floor and room smelled like smoke. Two roaches were found in our room and the shower was absolutely disgusting. We will not ever be booking again.

The room was clean. I was not made aware that these rooms are privately owned. I paid for a room with panoramic view got a standard balcony. Paid for a room with a/c did not get that either. Was not advised I need to bring extra towels for bathroom. Had to use the ones given for the water coming from the a/c. I understand things happen, can’t control nature, however, it would be nice to be informed and not showed pictures of something not there. The front desk is not needed don’t have any thing to do with rooms can’t help with anything. So over all poor rating. Want be staying here again.

The door to the condo wouldn’t close properly you had to physically lift the door to close. The AC didn’t cool the room. We were not notified there was no pool access or beach access from condo. Reached out to number for questions with no response.

Typical beach front condo. Some kitchen items provided but bring extra basics (kitchen towel, paper towel, soap). Small cooking area with 2 extra burner cooktop to add to countertop if needed. Pans are slightly warped making hard to heat evenly. Bed comfortable. 2. Chairs on balcony. Neighbors are also rental so people come and go.

It was fine. I’m pretty sure this is someone’s lil apartment that they rent out. The tv didn’t work and the front door didn’t actually close, u could just push it open. The bathroom sink was clogged. But it served the purpose I guess.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very quick to reply when I needed her. Definitely a great place to stay.

Easy check in. Great customer service

This property was nice however it was different than the usual check-in. You had to contact me owner in advance and they are owned by separate people. These particular people that I booked with were horrible at communicating and solving issues. Due to the storm I kind of overlooked some things. However when I tried to reach out to them they did not respond and I had to contact them several times just to get into my room. Overall the cleanliness of the room was wonderful. The problem is we will not able to use all of the amenities due to the power being out the stove was inoperable as well as the refrigerator did not have any power and we even try to plug it up where it was unplugged and still no power and again I reached out to the property owner and no response. There was a cooler in the room so I'm assuming this has been an ongoing issue so what we had to do was go get ice to keep the items that we had cool. When booking make sure you inspect the room thoroughly because you may not get what is listed when you book The room apartment condo or Villa. That was the only issue mainly that I had was we were not able to use the stove that we booked for as well as the refrigerator also we were not able to get any channels on the TV so basically we were just able to sleep and shower. Even if the owner couldn't solve the solution right then and there the communication is very poor. Well if you don’t intend on being at the hotel much, or you’re fine with just being confined to your room this is great. Otherwise run. They say that it’s clearly stated that the amenities are closed. But it doesn’t. We ran into other really disappointed couples as well. There is no pool, no hot tub, you have to park next door and walk over, no restaurant or dining area, and. For “ocean view” you have to look over a crusty rooftop before you can enjoy the view of the ocean. The lamps in the hallway are broken, and to top it off they sold my room twice! So someone accessed our room with our code as my husband was getting out of the shower. It was quite the embarrassing moment for the lady and my husband as he wasn’t expecting anyone and came out barely wrapped in his towel. When I mentioned this to the host. They just said yeah don’t worry it won’t happen again. But you can stay until 12, zero communication as at 10:30 the cleaning crew was banging on the door saying we needed to leave.

The property was as described in the listing. Even though it was a little chilly, the sun shining on the deck and a cup of coffee made for a nice morning. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were very quick. I would stay here again!

When arrived, the room aren't available.Hotel stuff did not help. Contacted Expedia and on the phone for over an hour. Scammed me for another hotel and again no reservation. Disaster.

The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing.

First room had no hot water, ac unit could not cool the room, front door had hinge issue where only an adult could lift the door to close it. Porch unusable due to bird droppings. All pools are closed. All restaurants are closed. 2nd day new room same hot water issue, there was none, ac on max room at 75. At 8:00 am construction company woke everyone up. Yes don’t book your stay here. We checked out at 9;30am and drove back home. This was not a vacation. My kids hated this place. Still awaiting my refund. Don’t stay here until construction is finished…..this place should be condemned.

It’s so sad what has happened to this beautiful resort! The owner needs to FIX The Pools and deck!!!!!! And there’s NO reason the restaurant, indoor pool or bathrooms are closed. We will NOT be back!

Horrible! The hotel was a mess! Closed pools with no upfront notices. Unsafe parking in the next door lot, with no upfront notice. Beach access was difficult, with no upfront notice. Restaurant was closed. Exercise room was closed. Loud neighbors, people smoking by the pool, screaming kids, loud guests playing music, disgruntle front desk staff and to top it off, they overcharged almost $100 for the cleaning fee. Stay elsewhere.

Back in the day, this place was probably amazing. At no time ever in any communication, ad, or during the transaction did anyone mention that this hotel's amenities were closed. ALL OF THEM! 4 pools, closed. Restaurant, closed. Tiki Bar, CLOSED! In fact, the sea wall was destroyed in the last hurricane, which in turn has destroyed much of the pool deck, so you can't even access the beach through the hotel. 7 elevators, only 1 works... Looks like it's been that way for a year and it's on its last legs. The room pictured was upgraded. The one we got was not. AT ALL. We made the best of it. The beach is always a good time. Just know what you're getting into.

The pictures made you think it was ocean front, all the amenities were closed both pools, ocean view bar all of it was closed, no ice had to go to another floor for ice. If the amenities were open I would have have a wonderful stay!!! It was boring nothing to do there.

Every single amenity here is closed. The front doors to beach access were locked so my party had to walk around the entire building which was not easy for my elderly family members. There was only 1 working elevators during the time of my stay and the refrigerator in my room was only half functioning. Would not stay here again.
