Check in was contactless, with keys left for us in lock box. Covered parking in garage is a big plus! The condo is a little worn, but very comfortable bed and couch. It was exactly what we needed and a bargain compared to everything I could see. Thank you!

The place is very very dated. They charge prime prices during storms and holidays. I am confused as to why they wouldn't upgrade the carpet, bedding and kitchen appliances. We put a sheet on the floor when we were stretching as it didn't feel clean to touch it. The garage parking and being within walking distance to Canyon Lodge are the best parts.

Nice place, comfortable beds, cool wood furniture, good location, nice hot tub, and garage parking was a plus! Only complaint is that they didn’t give me the door’s access code, I had to call the 24hr number to get in as we checked in late night. That being said, they answered my call at 9pm and gave us a code - really quick resolution! Wi-Fi was also not given to us until we requested the Wi-Fi and PW on our second day. But, again, issue was quickly resolved once we reached out via phone.

We had a great time in the condo. It was relatively close to the garage, spacious, and with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the large sinks in kitchen area and the nice patio.

Overall, a good experience, 4 stars. Hot water issues and the condo is outdated, understandable with a pet friendly rating. The community grill doesn’t work. My husband attempted to grill and it was a total fail. First timers to mammoth and the location was within driving distance to main ski areas and attractions. Overall our children enjoyed the stay.

The complex is tricky to get in and out of if the roads are icy. Garage is kinda short so you may be searching for limited outside spots. Hot tub was great. This unit was nice, though kitchen could have used a few more pots, pans and accessories. Thanks! formhav

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was sufficient to use as a base for our fishing trip. It's proximity to Canyon Lodge made for a short shuttle to the Lodge for 2 of our guests who enjoyed spring snowboarding. The overall cleanliness was fine. A few of the plates had dried food residue. The kitchen is minimally stocked;so you might need to bring extra items (Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.) if you are planning to cook. A nice bonus was the cast iron skillet! We were disappointed when the Vertical blinds in the living area were not working; Maintenance was lacking in the bathrooms. we were disappointed to find a cracked seat in one toilet and a broken handle on the other. Also broken towel racks. both bathroom sinks drained very slowly.The owner/property manager did respond quickly to our inquiry.

But the spiderwebs outside on the patio really need to be addressed. They were all over the ceiling above and the walls. Not very inviting. Never went outside to enjoy.

The Kitchen and Bathrooms are in total disrepair. The bathrooms are terrible. Shower doors do not work nor do they have handles. The TV's in the condo don't work and the WIFI is terrible. The TV's in the bedrooms are from the 1980's. The Livingroom couch is old, dirty and should be replaced. Bedding was smelly and disgusting. This condo is totally over priced given its shabby condition. I don't recommend this condo to any family! This might be the perfect place for Frat Boys and Young men who need a place to thrash on... not a good family Condo.

My friends and I were pleased with our stay. Everything was super easy from check-in and check-out. I've stayed in a similar condo in the same area but what I appreciated about this location was that it was on the 1st floor and saved time and energy from having to haul gear up and down stairs. The rental space was stocked with essential kitchen supplies which helped with cooking. Overall, it was clean, spacious, and a very comfortable place to call home after a long day on the mountain. I would book this place again.

We had a great time in the condo. It was relatively close to the garage, spacious, and with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the large sinks in kitchen area and the nice patio.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were beds there were working toilets and the condo stayed warm. There were no additional perks. The bedding was the necessities only the bathroom shower hot water stayed for just a few moments the pocket door to the master didn’t work at all including not closing all the way. The kitchen wall small had two microwaves because the one in the wall does not work. The mugs were chipped and cracked with our morning coffee the sofa has a rip and neither television worked past the channel powered onto. Fortunately for us, we were truly there to ski and our friends had a lovely condo where we spent our evenings. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived although I can accept that as a maintenance overlook.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. We would happily stay here again.There was a learning curve on the first day since we were not familiar with Mammoth and there weren't any clear instructions on how to get to/from the slopes. It is indeed "ski-in, ski-out" once you know how, but is a bit of a walk down the steep driveway (dicey in ski boots when icy) and then up the hill to Canyon Lodge (we took the really short bus on the 2nd morning). Skiing back home at the end of the day also took figuring out (can easily be done on Ski Back Trail but is not marked when to get off the trail and there were no instructions on how to do this, so we had a really long walk up the hill at the end of the first day). Our second day went smoothly. Only other small issue is to be prepared to sleep in warm clothes on the first night if you arrive late because the cabin takes a while to heat up

Check in was contactless, with keys left for us in lock box. Covered parking in garage is a big plus! The condo is a little worn, but very comfortable bed and couch. It was exactly what we needed and a bargain compared to everything I could see. Thank you!

My friends and I were pleased with our stay. Everything was super easy from check-in and check-out. I've stayed in a similar condo in the same area but what I appreciated about this location was that it was on the 1st floor and saved time and energy from having to haul gear up and down stairs. The rental space was stocked with essential kitchen supplies which helped with cooking. Overall, it was clean, spacious, and a very comfortable place to call home after a long day on the mountain. I would book this place again.

But the spiderwebs outside on the patio really need to be addressed. They were all over the ceiling above and the walls. Not very inviting. Never went outside to enjoy.

Nice place, comfortable beds, cool wood furniture, good location, nice hot tub, and garage parking was a plus! Only complaint is that they didn’t give me the door’s access code, I had to call the 24hr number to get in as we checked in late night. That being said, they answered my call at 9pm and gave us a code - really quick resolution! Wi-Fi was also not given to us until we requested the Wi-Fi and PW on our second day. But, again, issue was quickly resolved once we reached out via phone.
